Two maltipoos - I had several pleasant interactions with her before I got my two boys. I love my two boys. I hope it's not true and she is still breeding dogs because I truly love both of my dogs they are wonderful dogs and very special. Everyone has bad experiences with breeders - my sister once bought a yorkie from a breeder to only have to pass away shortly after she took it home. Don't judge a breeder by one or two bad reviews but do your own due diligence.

I was VERY apprehensive about going out of town and leaving my little girl with strangers due to her age and health condition. I called and arranged a tour with the manager at the time Diane and the owner at the time Dr. Channa. They were very nice and listened carefully to my concerns about my cats health and special needs. I felt "heard". I felt better about leaving town after meeting them but still had some residual anxiety. All that changed when I started receiving regular email reports with pictures of my P.J. thriving in their loving facility. All my anxiety completely disappeared. Receiving updates about my cat was honestly the best part of my trip :) Since then the people and the location may have changed but the love and care they provide for our fuzzy little balls of unconditional love has not. I trust the girls at Cozy Cat with my kitties and I recommend you should as well.

We have been customers of Sam's Cats & Dogs Naturally for several years and have always found them…read moreto be an excellent place. We mostly frequent the Monroe store and have been to the (much smaller) Redmond Ridge store a few times, but this was the first time we tried the Everett location. This is a relatively new Evereett location, Sam's having moved here from a previous location in Everett that had been open several years. This is the old Trader Joe's space in Everett, and it works well for Sam's. It's also Sam's largest location. The selection is impressive, and the quality and range of items carried are perfect. They have some hard-to-find superb pet food brands, as well as others that are a step up from grocery store food but not on that top tier. This is intentional. I know because Sam told me they want to ensure everyone can feed, entertain, and care for their pets regardless of their means. (Did you know they distribute any returned food to food banks and that you can return food if your pet does not like it.) So, yes, I had the pleasure of finally meeting the Sam (Sam Wirsching) behind the name. If you've ever seen Sam's flyers for Santa photos for your pets at Christmas, Sam is Santa (and a perfect-looking one at that). He was extremely humble, friendly, and exceptionally helpful and knowledgable. I was impressed, and it made our family's loyalty to this place increase. Sam's isn't fancy, but it carries top-tier brands. Think of it as a much larger Mud Bay without any pretentiousness. And it has great customer service, even offering free delivery of orders. We love Sam's Cats & Dogs Naturally. Though we will continue to primarily frequent the Monroe store, we would frequent this location if it was the one closest to us. All three locations are great.

When we picked up I was given another update. Our girl didn't get along with one dog and they kept them apart as needed which was appreciated. She looked great upon pick up and came home to nap, clearly having had plenty of exercise. We are very pleased with our experience here and have already booked for our next trip.

She was incredibly thorough with the details and went way out of her way to make sure my chickens were safely put up for the night, every night, when our automatic chicken door timer was malfunctioning. I NEVER would have gotten that kind of courtesy if I'd hired some non-professional pet sitter off of Care.com, which I considered. And I'm pretty sure she even hosed the patio of chicken poop (and neatly coiled the hose) even though I didn't ask her to do that. I know EXACTLY who to call next time we have to leave our fur and feather babies! Thanks Loretta!

I've worked in the pet sitting business myself years back, so when Loretta immediately contacted me and then came by to meet the cats, I was wary to see what we were up against. I shouldn't have had even the slightest concern! Loretta is both warm and personable, asks a ton of questions so she knew what we wanted, and got to know each of our kitties. They took to her right away (even the skittish one!) and I felt comfortable after her first "get to know you" visit. I knew our cats and fish were in excellent hands. She came daily, on schedule, spent time with the cats while we were away. She even tidied up around the house and kept them entertained! We got updates via text how they were doing, and she was always quick to respond if I contacted her. So positive and upbeat. We simply adore her and cannot recommend this service highly enough! I know that from here on out, Loretta will be our go-to if we have to go out of town because she's just fantastic with the animals and an all around fabulous lady. I've never felt *so* comfortable being away from home simply because I knew they were in amazing company. I wish I could give 10 stars, but 5 will have to do. Her prices are insanely reasonable for the amount of care she brings to the job and it was all around the best service for our meows that we could have possibly asked for!
