We had an amazing experience with her. She taught us how to help Annabel not practice her leash frustration. He also lied to us and charged us for one hour of dog walking, 20 minutes for each dog. Instead he walked both dogs together, we had specifically told him he needs to walk both dogs separately, and he was in and out in 30 minutes. Do not trust these people with your pets. They clearly do not care about their safety and will not follow your care instructions.
