Tailored Pet Service saved me both before and during my trip when I couldn't find a place for my elderly small/medium service dog that doesn't like being in a "free roam group setting." No place would accommodate her being in a room most of the day as she would THRIVE IN. Or, timing was too close to when I needed to leave. I finally found TAILORED PET SERVICES!! They were quick to reply and gave a detailed and complete estimate/bill. The deposit was reasonable and the rates were beyond competitive. I loved how my girl dog could either be seen at home or be at someone's home alone or with another dog or two. She has all her vaccinations as required and I got the stool test too as needed. She accommodated me so well and we were able to get my girl in. I met Antigone and her husband and I immediately knew my girl was in good, no, GREAT hands. It was originally for about four days to be kept but an emergency happened medically during the trip and we needed her kept longer and we were accommodated so kindly and they cared so much for me and for my girl. I got photos and updates daily. The photos were better than ones I could take! She looked so so happy! They kept her many many extra days and didn't charge extra and now I have a forever place for my girl. And, since she has been with them, my girl has become more cuddly and allows us to hold her in our laps more. She even fell asleep in my dads arms the other day. She has never done that due to prior owners to me being abusive. This makes my heart sing knowing she was so, so loved. You won't regret trusting your loved ones with Tailored Pet Services. I truly appreciate TPS! I've known their excellent care for my little pups for almost 5 years now. I trust very few people to love and care for my pups, my family, but my TPS walkers are in this group of people. They treat my pups as their own, taking them safely out and back for walks, feeding them dinner if needed, staying with them overnight, keeping them in their home for a week, and observing any areas of concern to share with me. We had the privilege of learning about Tailored Pet Services at a Halloween event they hosted at the Tivalli Apartments. I loved the amount of care they put into the event. At the time we didn't need a dog walker but I was so impressed from our time at the event, I held onto their business card. A few months later, we called and arranged a meet and greet with Anna. Anna is the Mill Creek area walker. We were able to set up and arrange walking services very quickly. Anna is amazing! I have had 3 other walkers before her and she is easily the best. She is thoughtful, caring, and goes above and beyond for my trouble maker Shiba Inu. For example, one time my Zoro destroyed a few of my board games and Anna cleaned up the mess! I was blown away by how sweet she is. She continues to impress me in little ways such as giving me an update of how cool our apartment feels during the crazy heat lately. I absolutely loved the whole experience with TAILored pet services. The first time I found out about this company was when walking my dogs one day I saw a couple of cute terriers and asked if I could pet them, before Covid. Was told that was not something she could do since she was a walker and company policy prohibited. That was perfect to me. A while later I decided to go out of town and contacted TAILored Pet Services owner Antigone. She and I both wanted to make sure my dogs staying with her was a good fit and I went to meet her, David her husband and Chance their goofy lab. Chance and my older dog Taz didn't hit it off the first date. Not to worry Antigone worked with me and my dogs and finally Chance and Taz are best buddies. She and David are wonderful to work with and so flexible, I hope I didn't ask too much of them but hey they are my furbabies after all. This was probably the first trip I've taken that I was able to relax and not be waiting all day to see the pictures and know they were ok, I knew they were taking great care of them. I think they may have indulged my dogs more than even I do, if that's possible, but in a good way. The way you want someone to take care of your precious pups. We have had Antigone coming for a couple of months now to walk our two Great Danes three times a week. Not only is she compassionate and truly cares about animals but she is willing to work with a difficult customer (Hank one of our Danes doesn't always take to new people and would never let someone in the house he doesn't like) and she has gone above and beyond to make all of us feel comfortable.
