Great place for doggie day care. Our pup just needed a little more action and activities.

I am very thankful at the ease of making the arrangements and being able to check references, as well as completing an in person meet and greet. Heather is very responsive to all forms of communication. My cats are deathly afraid of people, but Heather was able to send me pictures of them hiding under the bed every day. She made the pick up and drop off of the key super easy and was available to work on a holiday. I appreciate the ability to pay online as well. I also like that she had us sign paperwork for vet treatment as needed ahead of time. We're planning another trip in October and looking forward to seeing if she is successful at getting them to interact with her.

She took the time to understand my dog's needs, her motivations, and how to best work with her. While I was in China for 10 days, Heather and her team were very accommodating and responsive with working with my boyfriend to take care of her. They took her for walks in the middle of the day, and texted my boyfriend a report each day with how it went. They gave her treats (with our permission) and lots of pets after each walk- so I know my dog was living the life of luxury! I was really thankful for Puget Paws, and would recommend them to anyone! It's nice to know I have a reliable dog walker for when I head out of town. :)

I really like how they invite you out to meet your dog beforehand to ensure it will be a good fit. Mark also gave us a tour of the entire facility--he was great to speak and schedule with. The rest of the staff is very friendly and you can tell they are passionate about caring for the pups. They take any instructions you leave them seriously (such as feeding instructions, specific care, etc). The property is absolutely beautiful and you can tell the design was very intentional and made by someone who loves dogs. Every time we pick up Nugget she acts as if she doesn't even recognize us! She has so much fun and I love getting to see her photos of her time here--she always looks so happy and even makes a couple of new friends. This really is a special boarding facility; it is unlike anything you'll find anywhere else and it is so worth the drive. You really have to see it to see just how impressive the property is. P.S.: if you have a very anxious dog with severe separation anxiety, it's probably best you don't leave them at ANY boarding facility. Consider an in-home pet sitter instead.

He was way too aggressive and threatening. Although the rest of the staff was pleasant and understanding and professional we won't be going back and cannot recommend them anymore.

There is easy in/out of the parking lot. It's cool - Right on the order (at the light) easy to find. The Staff was amazing very knowledgeable and helpful. The vet doctor was amazing. Great wealth of knowledge for me. Very grateful to have had this opportunity to talk with her and the staff. My dog Sasha on the other hand was very anxious, nervous and had her own agenda. We need to work on this. I was given Great advice and care. The staff also gave me handouts for Sasha and things to work on at home to help her stress. First times for a puppy can be difficult the staff overlooked this behavior and I highly recommend them and I will go over all the information given and stay having "Happy Visits" so Sasha will become accustomed being around other dogs and clinics. I look forward to visiting and taking Sasha here for years to come. Yeah she is up to date on all her vaccines. Now to get through fireworks. The clinic gave me great advice. I have started now lol. See you all next time thanks again for a good first informative session. One last thing prices are extremely reasonable omg. Best ever! They also have an app which makes life easy to keep up with vaccines and appointments (to do list as well) I highly recommend downloading the app! Pet desk app.

First, the dogs' safety is first and foremost and that is a mission of their positive training. Next, Robin worked on the upstairs and created a space where dogs can begin to work on their improving their skills. Mostly, the trainers are TOP NOTCH. They are all R+, and when there needed to have substitute trainers, Robin brought in some of the BEST. We have moved to more advance trialing, but without the work and training at Four Paws, we would have never embarked on this journey. Thank you to all of the trainers, past and present and to Robin for providing a safe, R+ environment for our pups to catch the agility bug. It is at a convenient location, check in is seamless, dog safety is paramount and it is indoors. It is a busy and overwhelming time for dog trainers, let's give some grace and most importantly have fun/play with your dog. I recommend this facility for people who are developing as teams. I will continue to support this local business and am grateful that the training team was our introduction to trialing. Thanks to the Four Paws team, Team Rio is trialing and doing our best. Side note: everyone wants to get on the flashy equipment, but without the foundation work, the flashy stuff with be for naught. Be patient with the process, and trust the trainers, they are the professional. It is well worth the investment. Rio says "woof"
