When Ginger started speaking to hin in baby talk, we were both gone. My new girl was so sure they were going to kill her, she pooed in fear. Ginger took it in stride. I felt awful for my young dog, I should have done a shakedown visit. Even though the shop is crazy busy (deservedly so), they continue to do walk-in nail trims between 11-2. If I were bringing more than 2 dogs in, I'd give Ginger a head's up. Many thanks!

Today when I brought my dog in, she wasn't shaking scared!! But she instead ran with tail wagging into the shop. They let her lay on a bed till I get there, which keeps pup comfortable

Sweet boys but very hard to work with. When I called the first time I tried to explain their issue because we have had groomers before ghost us and we need someone patient and who can be understanding. They said no worries and put on their record brain damaged and set us with Kara. Kara is the most patient and amazing person. She told us that she will do her best but not to expect perfect. Understandable! One couldn't stand in the tub, kept falling over when his feet got wet, both have tried walking off the table multiple times, one refused to walk anywhere, too scared of the dryer etc etc etc. and every time she has done an amazing job. I highly recommend Kara. She is so patient and is willing to groom them every time.

He came out looking and smelling fresh. Pretty reasonable prices given my dog's amount of fur and fluff, and remained consistent during my 3 visits. I wish my dog and his groomer got along better, but I suppose he is just a grumpy old man who misses his old groomer in Colorado. It does get pretty loud and hectic in there, so I wouldn't recommend for anxious pups, but otherwise the groomers seem kind and patient so you should be a good hands.

The cat was was incredibly dirty, had a bad case of the fleas that i addressed with a topical 2 days before i began looking for an appt for her. I contacted this groomer in the morning around 645AM with a text message within which i inquired about scheduling, procedure, and my sense of urgency. They replied very promptly, surprisingly, around 8AM with clarification questions about the hair length and whether or not the fleas are still alive on her body or not. They also informed me they were booked up at least 2-3 weeks in advance. As soon as i realized i had received a reply i immediately replied at 10:50. i was under the expectation that they would be offering me their soonest available appt. Instead they ignored me. i'll include the screenshots below.

They may hate to be groomed, but loved the playtime with her dogs while they were there. Alicia has closed her business and moved out of state per her relationship and someone else has moved into her spot and it now has a different name. THIS IS NOT THE SAME BUSINESS AND SHE DIDN'T TRAIN ALICIA. I haven't gone there but I've talked to her myself and didn't get that same caring feeling that I'm use to I also haven't heard good things about her in particular. She looks like she's cashing in on Alicia's old clients. It'll be hard to find a groomer that will drive to your house to shave your physically challenged cat's belly or who will cry when your old dog passes because she truly loved him. My yorkie was there for 4 hours and I had a very bad feeling. Long story short, when I picked her up noone told me they hurt her. After we got home, we realized her eye was cut as well as her ear. We wound up at the animal emergency clinic. Addicted to Pets didn't acknowledge my voice message, and was not honest when I visited her in person. All I asked for was half of the emergency visit bill, which she has not paid, This has been a horrendous experience and I do NOT recommend Addicted to Pets on Camano.

Ash Way Pet Spa is the first out of many different groomers that my dogs actually wag their tales when we go there and they seem to really enjoy going to be groomed. They do a great job every time, and it is easy to see they really love dogs which is probably the primary reason our dogs love to go there.
