Anyway - I'm so happy to be able to trust Morgan and Linda with making my furbaby look AND feel great! They removed all her dead and matted hair, especially from her neck and tail where it'd started to get pretty bad and were difficult for me to brush out on my own. She had so much dead hair caught up in her fluffiness that she had a more grey tone to her color. Now she's back to her shiny black! I thought she was getting more grey with age - but no she just needed a solid grooming! They shaped her to perfection, my cute lil poof! Like a soot-sprite from Spirited Away ;) Most surprising of all, she was ecstatic when I arrived to pick her up. Not for me, though!! She wanted to stay there with Morgan! I'm used to her bolting for the door, like "get me outta here!" But for the first time ever after the groomers, she hung back and barked at Morgan for more attention. The cost for the service is very reasonable when compared to others. The self wash offers the best self wash experience I've had by a mile. It's not always a perfect experience. Sometimes they are super busy and getting checked in and out can be cumbersome. They would benefit from a larger lobby for sure. I also have found that groomers come and go a lot but that's true at many places. I wish they were closer but that's my biggest complaint.
