My partner and I are the proud dog parents of two golden retrievers and a Pomeranian. We recently relocated to Seattle from the West Coast and were in need of a dog walker while we were living in our temporary corporate apartment waiting to purchase our new house. After meeting Dominika for the first time, I was sure we were going to have a great relationship with her and we did... for about a month. The first incident happened when she locked our dogs in the bathroom, under our instruction, for the cleaners to clean our apartment. What we did not tell her to do was to lock three dogs in a 5x5 bathroom without filling up their water and then proceed to turn a heater on full blast in the bathroom for four hours until I returned home and was able to rescue them. Just imagine these sweet dogs were trapped in what was basically an oven with no way to help themselves. I even sent her specific instructions warning her that the middle switch was a fan and third switch was a heater and to make sure she didn't accidentally flip it on, but she did. After I confronted her, she was apologetic and seemed to be truly remorseful so we decided to give her another chance, something I wish we had never done. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt and to give second chances but this situation is a reason why you should be careful doing that. The next morning, she had the nerve to actually ask us to pay her for the previous day. This woman asked us to pay her for abusing and neglecting our dogs. We, trying to be good people, did pay her. A couple weeks pass by and everything is back to being wonderful with Dominika until she decided to take our dogs to a lake. First off, she never told us that she was taking the dogs to the lake. Secondly, she never asked if it was okay for our dogs to go to the lake and get in the water. In fact, we had explicitly told her on her initial visit not to let the dogs get in the lake if she wasn't going to give them a bath afterwards. She then dropped the dogs off at our apartment soaking wet and dirty with lake water. She didn't even brush them out. Anyone with a long haired dog knows you have to brush them out when they get wet so their hair doesn't get matted and tangled. Additionally, one of our dogs GPS trackers was missing so I texted her the next morning asking her if she had seen the tracker, since we spent over $100 on it, and she promised to look for it. She reported back she was unable to find it. She then admitted she should have taken the dogs collars off prior to swimming because she knew we kept GPS trackers on them but she refused to pay to replace the tracker she had lost. She then made some lame comment about how she spends $50 in gas to keep their truck cool enough for the dogs, as if that had any relevance. We basically paid this woman to $800/month to abuse our dogs and to lose our stuff. I have kept text messages and screenshots of every incident including her admitting she locked our dogs in a bathroom and then proceeded to turn the heater on and text messages of her admitting she should have taken the dogs GPS tracker off but refusing to pay. We need to keep our dogs safe and well cared for! People as irresponsible as this should not be allowed to keep dogs in their care. She fooled us big time and cost us so much unnecessary money; I am just trying to make sure this doesn't happen to someone else! read more

Dominika and Tracy are truly amazing at this work. Our dog is a rescue with fear-based reactiveness to other dogs, and at times, this has made the process of finding a dog walker who was comfortable with Effie difficult. When I first told Dominika about this, she didn't even blink, and Effie immediately fell in love with her. In addition to long walks and runs, Effie got to explore some new places that we hadn't even heard of. We just moved away from Seattle and we're so sad that we won't be able to work with these ladies anymore, but we won't forget them. I've been meaning to write a review, but I couldn't find the right words to express how much Killah (the lady pug) and I love these two hot chicks! I've been using Hot Chicks Dog Walking Co. since January 2016 and they continue to impress me and exceed all my expectations. They always let me know they are when they are coming to scoop her up and if she has had good poops haha (Kills has a sensitive tummy). You can definitely see how much passion they have for their business and of course their passion for dogs! They are a prime example of "loving what you do" and it shows. I can't say enough wonderful things about these women. My dog, Mabel, adores them and so do I! Mabel goes on long outings to parks and waterfronts in the middle of the day. Not a single instance of rescheduling/"can't make it," -- rather they offer to take her at a moment's notice... incredibly flexible.  Star three. Beatrice gets to go everywhere!  Get frequent pictures while at work (very comforting) of her travels -- my dog has seen 20X more of the pugetopolis than her Dad.  Star four. Like many dogs, Beatrice has a couple of special needs.  The Hot Chicks excel at individually tailoring while also maintaining a pack mentality.  Beatrice returns to me in the late afternoon exhausted, having had individual "ball" time, but also a much more social animal with other critters in the building.  Star five. Dominka and Tracy are the absolute best!! They work together as a team , and go above and beyond to meet individual needs of every dog they take care of. I have two french Bulldogs and I never have to worry about their safety or well being. They always come home happy and tuckered out from a fun day of walking or playing at the park. Often my older sturdier dog will spend his day with Tracy, romping around with other dogs in the park, while my younger smaller dog gets to walk or sometimes jog with a pack with Dominka. Dominika has been a true godsend for my family of three dachshunds. She started helping us in March when we added the third, a hyper three month puppy, to our herd. She immediately won our dogs' hearts... Their tails wag and they start barking when they hear her pull in the driveway. She also won our trust and respect instantly, because she communicates so well and never lets us down. Dominika was born to be with dogs. You can tell that she loves each dog like they are her own, and she will do anything to protect their well-being - going way beyond the call of duty. In the last three months alone, she's rushed one of our dogs to the vet for us on a weekend day when we couldn't be there; she's carried one of my sick senior dogs around in a bag at the dog park, so that she can be outside but not overdo it; and, she was even there to make sure our dogs were all lined up perfectly for wedding pictures and walking down the aisle (not an easy job!) This is a long overdue review, but better late than never, right!? Dominika and Tracy are the team that is Hot Chicks Dog Walking. These women rock. I haven't found anyone better than them to care for my hyperactive, abeit sweet 8.5 lb poodle named Louie. He is a handful, but thanks to their patience, and hard work, he has calmed down since he's been with them. Which is like over 2 years now. I found them when I moved to the Eastlake neighborhood, and now live in Lower Queen Anne. Without them I wouldn't have my sanity, and Louie frankly wouldn't either. He's tired at the end of the day, and because he's so active, he's super healthy, with absolutely no health issues. Dominika is amazing.! Not only with taking great care of Louie, and having such a calm, sweet demeanor, but she noticed a gas odor in both apartments ( at different times) And, no exaggeration, thanks to her, Louie & I are alive. The Puget Sound Energy service men said it was a significant gas leak in both cases. I'm very lucky to have found someone who cares, and notices things that impact both my dog & I. I love that they send me pictures of Louie playing with his buddies at the park, and when they are picking him up. Never ceases to make me smile. Contacting them initially was a breeze, and after a meet and greet, and figuring out the logistics, I had dog walkers! Don't know what I'd do without these ladies! Dominika and Tracy are awesome! I have a small dog that is very friendly and loving but needs a fair amount of guidance and leadership as he can be a bit high-energy at times. I used to take him to doggy day care but getting him there and back was always a hassle and on several occasions he would come home with scrapes and bruises, not to mention the dreaded kennel cough a few times as well! They also seemed very pricey for the level of service provided. In contrast, Dominika and Tracy are always professional and positive and they will work with you to find the best solution for your dog. They will pick up your dog and drop him off, no hassle or time taken out of your schedules. My dog gets to hang out with a well balanced social pack and always comes back happy and fulfilled. Best Dog Walking Service Ever. We used to take our little Ninja to doggy day care - he always came home stinky and still had lots of energy, and once came home with a swollen eye. That was the last time he's been to day care. We found Dominika & Tracy through a friend (Liz P) and asked if she'd take on a tiny sweet poodle with a lot of spunk. She came to our house to meet him and talk to us, and now she comes to our house every day to take Ninja on adventures. He gets to go hang with other dogs, play ball in the park and travel around the city. He's always excited to go and comes home happy and tired (and no daycare stink). She tells us if she notices something might be wrong AND WE GET TEXT PICTURES OF HIS ADVENTURE AT WORK! It's a day brightener for sure! They will also take him when we're traveling so we don't have to send him to the scary boarding place. They'll often pick him up at our house and drop him off. And he gets to stay at their house with their dogs and family and get snuggles. We don't have to worry about our pup when we're gone and Ninja loves it. read more

I'm writing an updated review because its been over 4 years and we still love Dominika and Tracy for everything that they do and more for the dogs and us. I simply don't know what we would do without them. They board our dog when we're out of town and take her out to the parks during the day when we are at work. She's an old girl now, and they're just so sweet and good about making sure she's happy and comfy. Bonnie thinks they are also her owners. If I happen to be home when they pick her up, she gets so gleeful that all her favorite people are in one room. I would trust them with anything. And the time and care they devote to each and every dog is remarkable. I see them handle dogs that would otherwise be total handfuls for me but they are so confident, professional, and supportive with even the most energetic of dogs. I also really appreciate that they don't just take any new clients. I know they they go through a thorough introduction of new dogs to make sure that they fit in with the pack before they take them on. Where to start!? Dominika and Tracy have been a godsend! When I first got my pup I was so worried about leaving her at home during the day while I was at work, Hot Chicks Dog Walking have taken all my worries away! My pup, Lola, so looks forward to her outings and adventures (their outings far exceed the typical 20-30 minute walk that other dog walkers might take your dog on- they go to parks, trails, beaches, etc.) with these ladies and their gang of puppers! I love it because they are so sweet with Lola and take great care of her as if she was their own and Lola also gets socialized and gets to play with the rest of the dogs in the "pack", it is such a great time for all the dogs (I know this because they send me photos and videos throughout the day so I can see how much fun the dogs are having together). Dominika and Tracy have become family, I'm a bit of a helicopter dog-mom and I trust them with Lola more than my own family or close friends. The owners/partners/hot chicks are the first dogwalkers I've ever used. Now they have set such a high standard it's hard to imagine anyone else can live up to it someday when I move away. I've been sending my dog with them almost every day for many months now. He misses them on weekends. They really understand dogs, such as how to help a new dog become comfortable as part of their 'pack'. I completely trust them to care for my dog like their own. They are warm and caring to people as well. They keep me well informed about any incidents involving my dog and regularly send pictures and videos of fun moments. Dominika and Tracy could not be more amazing. I got a chihuahua, Pidge, in March and they have been walking him since then. I would say that "dog walking" doesn't do them justice--they take the dogs on full-on excursions (as opposed to other dog services, which will take your dog on a 20 min walk around the neighborhood). Pidge is often with them for hours going on adventures at various parks around the city and driving around socializing with the other dogs in their pack. They board dogs, too, which is great because it's nice to know your dog is staying with people he already knows. Dominika is also really flexible about scheduling. My schedule is different every week and I can text her the night before or even early the morning of, and she has always been able to take Pidge. Finally, Dominika and Tracy are just SO good with the dogs. My dog absolutely adores them, and they send me pics/videos of the whole group and you can tell how much all the dogs love them.
