Lacey is such an amazing human being and we are so grateful to have her in our lives caring for our sweet but quirky and slightly high maintenance boxer Dahlia. I am very picky about who I trust Dahlia's well being with and she couldn't be in better and more caring hands than Lacey. Dahlia is reactive on leash to other dogs and reacts to cats and also has a lot of fears and anxiety but her confidence has grown and she really looks forward to her solo outings with Lacey. Lacey is sincerely the BEST. Our sweet pup gets so excited every time she sees Lacey walking up to the house. I always love the photo updates Lacey sends each day - it's so fun to see the pack out enjoying our beautiful parks and neighborhoods. She is flexible and accommodating, even altering the walk schedule substantially to help our pup get one on one time while she recovered from surgery. Lacey then worked with us to slowly reintegrate her into group walks until she was able to return to her usual schedule. Lacey is amazing with our dog. Solidly consistent and provides amazing communication throughout. Additionally, about a year ago, our dog tore a major ligament in one of her back legs while staying with someone else. We communicated the progress of her healing post surgery, and Lacey was able to provide slow and limited therapy walks for our pup as she slowly got stronger on her repaired knee. The exercise and attention she got from Lacey definitely played a huge role in her recovery, and before long she was back to her old springy self again. We couldn't ask for better! read more

Lacey is amazing! Our dog Bowser totally adores her and took to her instantly. He's typically very skittish with new people and it takes several introductions for him to be the friendly/sweet boy we are used to at home. Not Lacey, he jumped into her lap as soon as they met (never happened with a stranger before) and he was glued to her ever since. After each walk we get an e-mail with a cute photo and important details (if there was a poop or not). Sometimes Lacey has a ride-along pooch (one of her services) which means Bowser gets a buddy to socialize with on his walk, this is a huge plus since we stopped taking him to doggy daycare. We completely trust Lacey with our dog and access into our home, I would never hesitate to recommend her to anyone. read more

In echoing the other reviewers sentiments I feel incredibly lucky to have found Lacey. My dog isn't great with other dogs and I was really struggling with finding a solution to make sure his needs were being met. Lacey has been an absolute gift to us: She sends daily pictures of their walks and sends me updates on obedience skills that they practice. Additionally, even though she's there for my dog, I had been worried about my cat's health and asked her to check the litter box for me so I could better monitor my cat. Lacey didn't hesitate for an instant! Outside of what she does for my dog and cat, she is so thoughtful to leave the porch light on for me when I come home! Lacey is a wonderful dog walker! She is communicative and very attentive to my pug. While I'm at work, I never have to worry about him. I know that he'll get a great walk with Lacey (and maybe a buddy). She sends me a photo and note after each walk which always brightens my day! We hired Stroll Rover a few years ago to help out with walks during the week. Upon meeting Lacey we knew immediately that she genuinely cared for her clients, both dogs and humans alike. Our pup is a full-fledged member of our family and we were really careful to pick a dog walker that we knew would give him just as much love and care as we do. Stroll Rover has gone above and beyond in that department. She's always aware of changes in energy and temperament and has been a great partner in helping us pin-point any health issues. I trust her implicitly with our home and our pooch. The best part is that Otis loves her to the moon and back! He gets so excited to see her that he can't contain himself - he barks and sings until the leash is on and he's out the door. We also love the text updates and pictures she sends us on walk days. 6 months and counting--we LOVE Stroll Rover!!!! My pup and I have been clients of Stroll Rover since the end of September 2014. I have been a satisfied customer since day 1; with each day, I find myself very happy and extremely grateful for Stroll Rover services. Everything I could have ever hoped for and more, I get from Stroll Rover: 1) safe and consistent exercise for my dog; 2) love and attention for my dog from his walker and 3) social time with other dogs. Stroll Rover takes my boy on solo walks, walks with other dogs and the best part of all, the once-weekly dog park romp. My dog is a very happy boy. Also, I have been at home many times when Lacey comes to pick up my boy, and I can tell from his bark and his crazy-excitement that he truly loves being with her. I was worried about how the transition from a life at dog daycare to a dog walking service would be for my dog. Looking back on this, I realize that my concerns were not necessary. I get all the Stroll Rover goodness at a truly reasonable price and at less cost than daily daycare. Lacey is honest, reliable, consistent loves my dog.
