Brianna was great! She was very friendly and professional. I initially called to see if MSI had a specific carrara quartz that I really wanted, but unfortunately, it was on backorder until October. However, I was able to find an alternative. When I went in to see it in person, Brianna was the person who assisted me. She was very knowledgeable and stayed with me while I walked around what felt like 10 times just so I could be sure this was the one I wanted. I told her about the carrara I initially wanted, and she looked for other dealers who might have a similar version. She gave me another recommendation. I wanted to go check out her recommendation, so I held off on making a decision, but to my absolute delight, before I even left the parking lot, she called me with the most exciting news. MSI actually had someone cancel their order of the Carrara I initially wanted, and it was mine if I wanted it. I jumped on that ASAP. We have ALWAYS gotten great service from MSI, and yesterday was no different. We were pleasantly greeted by Joshua Majefski who helped us re-pick most of our selections as the supply chain and being stuck in cargo off the west coast has impacted us as well. We brought our original picks and he, plus another extremely helpful MSI staff member (forgot to get her name) worked with us for over 1.5 hours. They also took us out to the show floor and we picked the EXACT slabs of granite for our counters throughout the new home we are building. To be perfectly honest with you, we all felt that the new selection we left the store picking was far better and matched our vision much better. We got a print out of our selections, as well as an email that we could forward on to our building and for our records. What exceptional service you can expect to get when shopping at MSI. We were referred to MSI by our countertop fabricator, and we are so glad we stopped in! Brittney was the BEST!! We were so impressed by her knowledge, professionalism, and patience. We visited a couple of nearby spots looking for countertops, and we were left to fend for ourselves in their warehouses-- no actual human help involved-- they knew we were there, but abandoned us and were never to be seen again. It was so overwhelming and confusing. Brittney at MSI stayed with us, answered questions, made suggestions based on our taste and really impressed us! Very impressive show room with lots of sample stones for viewing. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and offered to get samples for me to take home. We visited MSI at the recommendation of our counter top fabricator and was impressed by the selection and service. We neglected to make a reservation but still were able to get our quartz material selected with a very reasonable wait. MSI is very concerned about customer safety and makes sure that proper masks, hardhats and hand sanitizer are available. I highly recommend this supplier and advise customers to make a reservation for an even higher level of service (if that is possible). read more
