One of the worst cookies I've bought. Ordered via TooGoodToGo and got a mixed bag of mini and regular size cookies with various flavors. But most of them tasted dry, undercooked, and doughy. Not much flavor and the only way I can describe is sweet. Would not get cookies from here. Rebaking the cookies did not save them.

This is a great place to get a fun birthday cake for someone that loves cookies. They make a massive chocolate cookie cake. Called in the order and it was ready when they said. Everyone enjoyed the giant cookie. I am sure their smaller cookies are also good.

Definitely satisfied with my order ! I got a custom birthday cake for my girlfriend and my self's anniversary.! It was delicious and looked amazing. Awesome customer service and for sure will reorder for other events !

this store is known for their cookies but i did not get that lol. i got their matcha viet coffee and it was honestly so good! much better than i expected and the coffee flavor was strong. although the matcha wasn't too strong and i didn't really taste it, i don't mind because the coffee was good. they are very quick with it too. definetly want to come back here and try their pink haze viet coffee and maybe a cookie too next time!

it is just a store but as you know mrs. fields cookies are always top notch mostly the white chocolate macadamia nibblers. as usual buy fourty nibblers and you will get another twenty and hey plus ten percent off ~ good deal worth it!!!

We were craving cookies after a long walk around the mall. They have so many options to choose from! One of the deals they were having was buy 15 nibblers and get 10 FREE for $13.99. With so many options to choose from, we decided to try every flavor they have since we had to choose 25! Our favorites were the sugar butter, chocolate chip sugar butter with mnm's and double chocolate chip. I just love how they're bite size and easy to pop into your mouth. Also, they're so soft and chewy! That's all you can wish for, for a cookie. If I find myself back here at the mall, I will for sure grab some nibblers, especially if they have that deal again!

Mrs. Fields, the iconic smell of fresh baked cookies when you walk by in almost any mall. They've been around forever and happy to see they're still going strong. Redeemed a Groupon here a couple weeks ago that was extended an extra year due to the pandemic. Service was friendly and I had no problems redeeming the Groupon. They also had a buy 4 get 2 free cookie deal going on and she said it's $10 for 6 with the deal. She said I could get 12 cookies with the $20 Groupon. Ended up not having to pay anything extra yay! The display of cookies looked pretty empty but they did have most varieties in the back. We tried the milk chocolate chip, cinnamon sugar, peanut butter and triple chocolate. Cookies tasted fresh and buttery. Mostly traditional cookie flavors but they do offer cookie cakes and mini bite sized cookies. If you're craving a sweet snack while shopping, don't pass up that lovely smell when you walk by.

Easily submitted my order online and it was ready to pick up on the date and time selected. The person behind the counter was able to accommodate my request for a "broken heart." Exactly what I wanted and am happy with the service received.

Pastries and breads are often not uniform in size. Pastries that come out smaller or torn, damaged still get selected to be sold to customers instead of seen as a quality defect and pulled. In comparison to premium bakeries in SF, Palo Alto, or even Los Gatos, this was disappointing. I would think it would be better to pull the one or two pastries in that tray. Heck, even Paris Baguette would pull whole trays if it didn't fit their quality standard. (But I don't know if that's still true haha.) Given its premium pricing of $8-15 a pastry, I would expect all the qualities that would justify it. They are a step above bakeries who have frozen products, but do not hit the level of premium in quality of pastry. The prices they had in the beginning were fair, but with the recent increase along with those issues, I'm sad to rate it lower.

The chocolate chip cookies are similar to Levain's since it's a thick and gooey cookie loaded with lots of chocolate chips. They only sell their cookies in packs of 4, and they also have milk in their little fridge. Since I can't eat all the cookies in one sitting, I like to freeze the rest and preheat them in the oven for that freshly baked cookie vibe. They're tucked away in an unassuming little building behind a gas station, but there's ample parking.

I had such a fun time exploring their bakery and café offerings. It's the kind of place where everything looks too good to pass up. I started with a Cappuccino 16oz (creamy, rich, and the perfect morning pick-me-up) and a Caramel Macchiato 16oz with oat milk for a smooth, slightly sweet twist. The pastries were next-level: the Mango Cream Donut was light, fluffy, and bursting with fruity goodness, and the Guava Danish was perfectly flaky and sweet with just the right hint of tropical flavor. *Tina's Tips: - Grab a tray, tongs, and parchment paper to make picking your pastries fun and easy. - Add all the pastries you want and checkout at the counter. - If you buy a cake, ask them to hold it while you enjoy your coffee and treats in the café. It's a nice little bonus! Just come here with your friends or yourself! This time I decided to stop by here after dinner, my first time sitting down here and ordering. The inside is very clean, modern, and Pinterest-like. They added more decorations and seating from 2 years ago, making the inside more aesthetic. whaT's More always has unique Asian flavors, like durian, earl grey, pandan, red bean, and oolong. The cakes are not too sweet, so definitely Asian parent approved haha! Unfortunately, when we came around 6:30pm, they were sold out of most flavors - so would definitely recommend coming earlier or just ordering online earlier in the morning for pickup. We got the sesame dark chocolate crepe cake. When you eat in the store, the owner provides you with free cups of tea, which are really great for washing down the cake. The chocolate was super rich, and they did not skimp out on the flavor - super chocolatey. The sesame added such a fun earthy and nutty flavor - I thoroughly enjoyed it! The place was situated in a quiet plaza just outside of Lawrence Expressway. There's ample parking but it doesn't feel like the location is suitable for a cafe where you can picture sitting inside looking through some big windows facing a busy pedestrian walkway. However, once I stepped inside, I was surprised at how zen and peaceful the decorations were and how fitting it was for a cozy and quiet cafe hangout. The cake shelf was surprisingly busy. And this is where I took one star out because the lines were confusing and the staff skipped me to talk to the group behind me while I was clearly the next to be helped. Luckily another staff member came out from the back kitchen and jumped in to help. The staff spoke fluent mandarin. I was interested in their box cakes. A few of the yelpers raved about their soy milk cake and luckily they had one out for sampling. It was covered with lots of cream and the cake layer was soft and moist, but it was still slightly too sweet for me and I felt that it lacked the tofu kind of soy flavor. Then, I spotted on their menu that they have a black sesame matcha box cake, and black sesame is always my favorite, so I asked for it. They had the last one left! The staff said she had never tried it so she couldn't tell me if it is less sweet than the soy milk cake. Since it was the last one available and I already sampled the soy cake, I decided to give it a try. I am happy that I did. The cake was filled with matcha mousse and tasted light and aromatic with the jasmine kind of matcha flavor. It is definitely less sweet. Unfortunately, it doesn't have as much black sesame as I'd like. But overall, the cake flavor is the kind that I like, subtle, moist, and not too sweet. $38 for a box cake of 4x4 is a bit pricey, but I'm glad that I gave it a try. The cakes were freshly made and tasted best the same day of purchase. They also recommend refrigerating the cake and consuming it within a day or two.

When we've brought it to social gatherings in the past, it's also always a hit. Their other desserts, like their lemon bars, french napoleon, and turtle cheesecake, are also major hits. So when it was time for my wedding, I knew I had to get my cake from them! It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. They offer cake tasting boxes that include their most popular flavors. However, we had a specific taste profile in mind and asked if they could custom make the samples for us - they said yes without hesitation and didn't charge us extra! The samples were delicious and the pickup process was easy. We went with a ribbon cake (chocolate and vanilla) with fresh strawberries, whipped cream filling, and vanilla buttercream frosting. I also had a very specific vision for my wedding cake - I wanted a detailed three-tier cake with buttercream vintage flowers. We also ordered a plain sheet cake with the same flavors to ensure that we had enough slices for our guests. I worked with Fariba during the ordering process and they were great. It was covered in chocolate and filled with custard, and it was just the right sweetness and not too sweet. The size was pleasing, and the custard filling was good. The cake was not enjoyable; to be fair, this might or might not be due to personal taste. It was a 3-layer vanilla cake filled with lemon mousse, covered in buttercream and white chocolate bark pieces, and topped with 10 blueberries. This flavor can be found on their website catalog. I don't know if this is typical for this bakery, but the cake was heavy, claggy on the bottom, and way too sweet. The lemon mousse tasted incredibly strange, as if it were artificial or maybe had some kind of herb or weird flavoring added. The less said about the cream, the better. The white chocolate was quite good though. I saw they had a wide variety of cake offerings, but I don't think I'd want cake from here again. I might get the choux pastry again.

It was near 5pm. I walked in and the place was empty. The gentleman behind the counter greeted me. I asked for a strawberry smoothie, then walked around to survey all the baked goods. It's a small bakery with lots of trays of individually packaged cakes and pastries. The smell was very pleasant and comforting. Using a flat basket (or tray) I grabbed a few selections. I picked 2 "Heart Pies" that resembled my favorite French Butterfly Cookies. Also 2 pound cakes. The total rang up to just over $21. There's some small tables for enjoying your purchases there, but I took my items to go. The icy cold fruit smoothie was very good and very cold! Not too sweet, it had a natural strawberry taste. The Heart Pies were good and fresh. But the Pound Cakes were probably "day old." I noticed there's no dates or "best by" tags on the packages. It's a nice place to visit, and I will return again. The items were in generic packaging without labels, so take a pic of the items you like so can order when visit next time. While my family enjoyed all the items, I really enjoyed the black sesame studded puffy rolls that I think were made with rice flour. There was a large group of older Asian ladies, including one who brought their lap dog, enjoying good conversations in their native language with their baked goods and tea or coffee. Another gentleman was taking a video call to help decide the best cake to buy. Will add this bake shop for a place to have a coffee meeting and to favorite in Too Good To Go.
