Located in a smaller shopping center this location has plenty of parking and is easily accessible. They have a big sign on the building so you can't miss it. The inside is very nice and they have some big cakes on display to buy as well as smaller ones. Around the store you can pick up other items like coffee cups and balloons for that someone special. I went into this location today to buy cakes. I enjoy the seasonal flavors that come back every year. They are only available for a few weeks at a time. The strawberry cheesecake selection is worth the up charge it has. So delectable in taste and a pretty sight to behold. I received stellar customer service from a young man named Giuseppe. He was darling and adept at his work. Briefly, we shared a terrific talk. I received from him considerate, cordial treatment. I appreciate the efficiency performed by the staff. I stopped by Nothing Bundt Cakes today because I had a coupon for a BOGO offer. This was my first time at this location. When I walked it, I was warmly greeted by the staff. It smelled wonderful in there. They had a variety of flavors to pick from. The Bundt's also come in different sizes. They also sell other gift items in the store like coffee mugs, birthday candles, small balloons, greeting cards and seasonal items. It was so nicely decorated inside and I love how all their items for sale, are displayed. I was helped by a very nice employee. I decided to get the carrot and banana bundtlet. It was a hard decision to make because all the flavors looked good. These would also make a great gift for someone. I'm thinking of getting a dozen of the tiny bundtinis for my physical therapist to share with her staff, as a thank you gift. They would love these. Last time I was here, I picked up a limited time special edition bundt called Strawberry Cheesecake Swirl. I liked this more than the others I've tried. That strawberry gel was really good, and yeah, it's sweet of course, but that's kind of why you come here. Service was friendly and efficient, and it's not meant as an eat-in place, just takeout, so the ambiance inside was homey and clean, but really meant more to feature their take out offerings. Despite having my confirmation email, my ID, and the text history clearly stating the offer could be redeemed at any location, I was flatly refused and told I could only go to my "preferred location." ​The staff completely refused to accommodate me or even help update the location in the system. It was a massive waste of my time, gas, and effort on my actual birthday. I recommend placing orders online ahead of time because it makes pick-up a breeze. I've seen other stores offer curbside pickup, and while I don't think this location has that service just yet... it's still a fantastic spot for any celebration or occasion. If you don't want a full cake, no worries. They've got famous little Bundtinis that might even be a better option, especially if you can't choose a flavor and want to try a variety (red velvet and lemon pls!!). While one may ask questions or voice concerns, it's frustrating when people treat staff as if they're personally responsible for unavailable items or changes with the franchise. It's one thing to ask for what you want, but it's another to march in and demand more than you're paying for, then expect respect when it's unearned. This place is staffed with bright individuals who always give their best. It is so strange to see people compare staff members from other places and create a rank based on one interaction. Let's remember this is a franchise--stop projecting negative behavior and attitude onto the staff. If you think you'll get better treatment elsewhere, don't come back and play the victim when it doesn't meet your expectations. I am never dissapointed when shopping here. The cakes are so moist and delicious. The white chocolate raspberry, lemon and red velvet are some of my families favorites. What I truly love is that this company is franchised and as such, I'm able to send cakes to my family out of state, or to a friend if I want to, and it's always totally consistent. They love them and I know the quality will be the same. They always have a variety for sale so ordering on a delivery platform is easy in a last minute need. I also love that they have a gluten free option, however, I wish they had more variety in this manner because it pretty much leaves certain people out who can't eat chocolate.
