My neighborhood Baskin Robbins :) this location is close to my home and I decided to treat my son to a scoop of ice cream after daycare. This location is clean and has really friendly service. There are so many flavors to choose from, so there is something for everyone. The scoop was really generous so I was able to share the single scoop with my toddler son. There are three tables inside the store and they do have high chairs available. Great little shop if you're craving a sweet treat! read more

I make a special trip to this store; I put my order in, and all of a sudden a huge group comes in. Dude behind the counter says, "We'll get your order taken care of, but I have to take care of them first." WITLH IS THAT!?! That's me walking tf out. What a waste of time. I visited my friend for Labor Day weekend and it was a scorcher in San Jose! So we decided to cool down by going to get ice cream and the local Baskin Robbin's and it was definitely a treat! You can never go wrong with assortment of flavors they have! I went with the double scoop and got triple mango and monkey business and both were delicious! Service was great, the staffs were all very friendly and efficient! They told us since it was the 31st if we downloaded the app and create an account we get 31%... well that's a no brainer! Ambiance was nice, clean, organized, well ran. 3 tables inside to sit and enjoy your goodies! read more

I saw some very cool Bday cakes made by Baskin Robbins and decided to get one made for my daughters boyfriend. He is a Kobe Bryant fan and it is a sad story about how this GOAT of basket ball passed away with his daughter January 2020. I thought this cake that was made was a beautiful art work and talent from the employees at B.R. It will be a fantastic Bday gift to my daughters boyfriend and pretty sure he will love it. read more

Last week I ordered a Polar Pizza on the Baskin-Robbins website to pick up at this location. A few hours later, I got a phone call from the owner, Usman, telling me his shop was out of the chocolate-chip cookie dough one I'd ordered. He told me about all the others & I chose mint chocolate-chip. Because this one doesn't typically come w/ rainbow sprinkles, I asked if he could add them because I love sprinkles. As you can see from the pic, he did! When I got to the store that afternoon, the Polar Pizza was ready at the time promised, & Usman himself gave it to me. He was just as friendly in person as on the phone. I also really appreciated that he himself called me about the need to substitute. The shop was super-clean & the other employee there was nice. I ordered a cake here, I thought the color was not too vibrant, it didnt look like the color in the photo shown on the website. The staff members were helpful and nice! Baskin Robbins has been a favorite go to since childhood for an ice cream craving but recently I've been ordering their ice cream cakes for special occasions and they are always a huge hit with everyone. They are not overly sweet but still so delicious and a nice switch up from a regular cake. They have so many cute decorations and themes, especially for the holidays. They are a little on the pricey side in my opinion but for an occasional treat, I think it's a nice way to go for something a bit different than your traditional sheet cake from the grocery store or bakery. Found on Facebook advanced buy one scoop ice-cream cone get scoop free. The employee was very nice and friendly. I tried the new ice-cream flavor Spicy N spooky. It wss quite Interesting. I did like it but for myself I'm not quite sure I'd be able to eat a full scoop myself. The flavor in the mouth and tounge was delightful but in the throat it had a very light tingling and spicy. I do highly recommend at least trying it. You just might like it for yourself. I do recommend this location so go get some ice-cream to enjoy read more

Came here two days ago because of the bogo scoop for 99¢ but we ended up getting a tub from the fridge instead lol! Service was quick and easy, however I wish they had contactless payment available :( The staff member that helped us was really nice and also helpful; he was also really patient while helping the customers who came before us. ~Covid precautions~ Labels are marked on the floor to enforce social distancing, door is left open to minimize contact and help airflow, plexiglass, masks worn/required, gloves worn, hand sanitizer available. I usually go to the BR on Santa Teresa because I've been going there for years and it's much more spacious which I like, but I don't mind going to whichever location I am closer to. Overall, I haven't had any issue at this location before and I used to go here for scoops before covid with my friends as well which was really nice. read more

This location always has great customer service whenever we stop by, but today it was extra great! We walked in to order our usual, a quart size of almond pistachio for us to enjoy at home and the whole place was in the Halloween spirit. They had bloody foot prints leading to the ice cream, caution tape and other decor. The most memorable thing we saw was Kimiko and the beautiful smashed ice cream cone on her forehead!! The amount of detail and effort that she put into it showed, she was so excited when I asked her for permission to snap a few pictures. She said spent two hours on her masterpiece and also said that she was going to do it everyday she worked, so if you're craving some ice cream stop by and say hi to Kimiko!! read more

They did a great job with a birthday cake that I ordered. Ordering in store was super quick and easy and the girl helping me out made sure that all the details were correct. I was craving for some ice cream and ended up at baskin robbins. I just ordered pineapple coconut ice cream. It was mentioned that no sugar was added in this. But it tasted really good with small pineapple chunks. After our order, Tim asked us to sample some flavors. He gave us a couple of flavors and he later chatted with us for a while. He is a cool person and very welcoming. But I felt the ice cream is pretty expensive compared to other brands. I don't feel anything special about the ice cream too. So, I don't see myself at Baskin Robbins again very soon. They have a promotion that any scoop on 31'st of the month is just 1.30$, which is pretty cool. read more

After grabbing my order at Panda we walked to get dessert. His brother was going to splurge and then go back on his diet after Labor Day. I wasn't going to splurge but I figured.. why not? The line was long and they had 2 people behind the counter. Between people trying to sample things and taking their sweet time to order I waited longer than I should but no complaints.. it was Labor Day Eve and I was in no rush to go anywhere. A single scoop of the rocky road on a cone. When I got into the car Ronnie was shocked to see me eating dessert. When i diet, I diet but when I eat, I eat. I came here today (6/28/23) around 7:10pm) to get a cake for a birthday. I had the worst experience ever at this store. Since we moved closer by we get all of our cakes from this baskin robins for the last 3-4 years. When I came in I picked out the cake I wanted and than the worker the one with long blonde braids ( she was the only girl working when I came in) she told me to bring my cake over to the register to pay, which I did and than after the payment was complete is asked her "can you write happy birthday on it?" And she literally looked at me like I was asking for something so unusual and was so annoyed about it and she looked at the guest waiting after me rolled her eyes and kind of just gave me that "ugh seriously" look. My sister and I looked at each other like what the heck?? No one ever has gotten annoyed with having to write anything on the cakes I have bought, she was obviously hella annoyed and roughly grabbed the cake and it FELL but she caught it in time before it hit the ground the frosting was a little bit messed up but I wasn't going to make a big deal about it. After she grabbed the cake she took it to the back to write happy birthday on it and let me tell u if I knew she was going to do a crappy job I would've just went to Safeway and buy stuff to write it myself. But I mean what was I expecting right ? I know she would've put 0% effort in the writing as soon as she rolled her eyes about my request to write on the cake. I will much rather make the drive to a different location. I WILL NEVER NEVER COME BACK THERE AGAIN. The owners need to find people with better customer service since for the most part the people coming in are buying cakes and ice creams for a happy event or a good time and with the way she treated us it completely just ruined my mood. read more

I want to understand why such a big cup is needed if this is the expected size of the scoops when ordering a triple scoop? I have never seen such small scoops in my life (not even child's size) and really wish I wouldn't have wasted the $8 and 15+ minutes of my night waiting in line just to get this. Very disappointing! On New Year's Eve, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the location, who was so friendly and went above and beyond to make the experience great. It's so sad to see that the staff don't reflect the same level of customer service and standards. Yelpers are correct, this Baskin-Robbins store is exceptional! We came in on my son's birthday. I had his Free Birthday Scoop coupon on my phone (sign up online, it will be sent to you every year). The employee greeted us with a smile and said Happy Birthday to him, she knew how to redeem the offer on the register. You know how sometimes the checkers aren't trained on inputing discount codes, etc.. and you feel bad holding up the line, but still use it anyways. Well, she gave him the scoop and went to get the ice cream cake which I had ordered online. She asked us if it was correct and it was just as I wanted and ready at the time I expected. I've been through this area many times and didn't even know this Baskin-Robbins was here, but now that I do, this will be my go-to location. This shop has been long running for several years and there is a good variety of classic flavors available! I came in 30 minutes before closing time and none of the flavors have ran out yet. Wow! The service here was amazing! I went in to get a cake for my sons graduation and they were out. The gentleman came out and help me pick a nine grad cake with the flavors my son wanted then took it to the back and made it look special with a graduation hat (no extra charge) and writing that said congratulations and name (no extra charge). Then while I was waiting another gentleman from the store offered if I wanted any samples of ice cream while I waited. For what it's worth, it's an okay place for ice cream. I think I've been spoiled with the opportunity to sample some really good flavors elsewhere that coming to BR is just an average experience. Nevertheless, it is still pretty satisfying and I do enjoy the mocha fudge flavor. It is a decent size portion as well. Although, I think the price is a little high, but hey tough times calls for higher prices. This is probably my go to place for ice cream cakes. They have a variety of selections on hand for you to choose from. And they'll even write out a greeting for you without any extra charges! Inside this location are tables for you to sit and enjoy your dessert. It's right across from a state park so you can definitely take your ice cream on the go as well! read more

When the pandemic first began, my roommate and I went to the Safeway in this shopping center. Tim, the owner of this Baskin Robbins location, was out front of Safeway giving out smoothie samples in an attempt to encourage business at Baskin Robbins and let customers know he was open. I really felt for him, it's been a hard year for small businesses. Tim is an amazing guy. Genuinely sweet and caring, very compassionate. My roommate and I have made an effort to get over to get some ice cream from him as often as possible to support local business. Sorry Tim, it did get a little chilly and we haven't been as much. My roommate and I wanted to go the other night but with businesses reclosing we weren't sure about the hours. We called Tim and said we could be there in 10 minutes so he stayed open and waited for us! My boyfriend and I went last night on a motorcycle outing and stopped to get ice cream. While we were eating our ice cream outside, Tim brought us a little sample smoothie as he was closing up. So sweet of him! P.S. Best baskin robbins around! Owner is always nice, he and his crew always provide a great experience when getting a quick bite of ice cream, also very very generous on the scoops! Recently bought a surprise ice cream cake for our house mate who is kind of a snob when it comes to mint and only eats baskin robbins mint flavor. During this crisis Tim and crew still delivers the goods by making cakes fresh everyday and adhering to all the safety healrg standards!
