We stopped here to pick up some treats before heading to the movies. I love their Dubai Chocolate brownie, which isn't there every week, and I was happy it was available this time. Their cookies are good too. The price-to-value ratio is a little off in my opinion now that I think about it but worth an indulgence periodically. read more

Very unhappy with this location. I had made an online order around 8pm, intended for pick up the next day. To my surprise I accidentally ordered for pick up that night. There was an option that stated to cancel call store directly. I called immediately after the order went through but was left on hold. I called a total of 4 times that night, around 40 minutes of pure torture listening to that awful Ai Crumbl song. The next morning I attempted to call again, and once again no one answered the phone, pretty ridiculous. I was never available to pick up the order and since no one ever bothered to pick up the phone I had to dispute the charge with my bank. TERRIBLE experience. read more

Crumbl - Cottle - Got my fave Strawberry Shortcake after waiting a year! So delectable just like I remember. My husband got 2 Smores. Yummm - Bakeries Near Me - San Jose, California

Classic American-style cookie. I can see why this place is always packed! The staff are very friendly even though they are very busy. Tried the Milk Chocolate Chip cookie, and it's got that perfect crispy outer layer with a soft center - pretty much the perfect texture comb. But it's a little on the sweeter side for me. read more

This location is SUPER clean and I have been here 3 times. I use the app to order ahead and to look up the flavors of the week. I go in and when they give me my order, its fresh and warm. Service is very fast and you're in and out quickly! Cookies are amazing! Tastes delicious and great for parties. The size of the cookie is pretty huge, so I like to cut them into smaller pieces. read more

Excellent service. Fast. Clean. Good customer service. A lot of parking and space outside to eat

So far I have good experience. My kids and husband love the original Chocolate Chip cookie. It is expensive for 1 cookie or box of 4. But it's not you buy it every day. 1 cookie is good for about 2days depending how much you can handle. read more

This company is such a joke. How do you run out of ingredients to make a cookie. Why am I able to pre-order something that is completely sold out and that you did a horrible job of managing supplies that is ridiculous. read more

Service was horrible, I ordered some mini cookies for a party through delivery and added a whole cookie using my points and they didn't add it so now they tell me I have to go to the store and get it? How hard is it to send a complete order. read more

Thee best cookies in San Jose. The staff are all very sweet and helpful. The store was clean smelled wonderful thank you for our Cottle-Crumble! read more

This location has gone downhill from a customer service perspective. The cookies are good, but the staff are not. I know corporate wants the customers to order on the kiosk, but the young women in this store ignore orders, take their time to fill them, and cannot even look at you when they hand you the box, let alone say thank you. I no longer spend my money here. read more

Service is great and quick. The cookies were sooo delicious! The ambience is relaxing!

Super good!!! Definitely recommend giving them a try and checking out what the weekly flavors are!!

This was my first time ever trying Crumbl or going into a store. I needed a quick dessert to grab for Mother's Day so I thought I'd try these. My experience felt very cold. Though the workers absentmindedly mumbled welcome to Crumbl when I walked in they all stayed busy in the back , never approached me and I was confused. I'm looking up at the wall for a menu and I think it's idiotic they don't have something large hanging up with all the different cookies, prices etc!! I finally see there's just 3 iPads and I guess I have to figure this out myself! I was in a rush to pick up my kids so I just did the mini cookies 12 for over $30 bucks with tax! Next time I will plan ahead and bake myself! I honestly think baking toll house cookies at home are just as good if not better than these and a lot cheaper. Guess I'm just not a Crumbl fan. I prefer the older style bakery where someone actually helps you, maybe try a sample etc....that's just me. read more

i been this location and the service has been amazing and i like the cookie , my favorite is cookie

Warm, fresh cookies every time. Great flavors, fast service, and super friendly staff!

I look forward to getting my mini crumbl cookies once a week and each week I try it from this location I'm more and more disappointed. Every week the cookies are very undercooked. I ordered cookies for pickup and they told me they only had one Reese's cookie left but gave me none and replaced it with a random cinnamon roll cookie. Along the wedding cake cookie had barely any frosting. I don't recommend trying this location sadly. read more

This is the worst location I have visited. First of all, it was 2 pm and they didn't have the open sign on. We walked in and the two girls working ( it was a Tuesday) were pretty much rude. No hello or a greeting as we walked in. Not very much to choose from. If you don't like what you're doing, get another job. You two employees give this place a bad representation. read more

Crumbl employees need to be trained about allergies. My daughter loves Crumbl cookies so we go there all the time we ordered our cookies and put a note on there that she has a severe nut allergy. Please use clean utensils and change the glass. I always watch to make sure that they honor our request the two young ladies that were working at the place completely ignored our request. I asked them if they read it. They said no I explained to them her not allergy and she said there's no nuts and any of our cookies that is 100% incorrect pistachio isn't it which happens to be one of the two she's most allergic to, and if she eats it or ingest it or even touches it, it could possibly kill her. I don't know whether they were not trained properly or if they just don't care either way it's unacceptable. This will be our last time at Crumbl. Even after I reiterated to them the importance of I'm using clean gloves one Girl changed her gloves but the one who didn't change her gloves handed us the box so now my child can't eat the cookies. I didn't want to sit there and argue with them or train them that's not my job. read more
