Fast in and out. Cupcakes were good. Hence the name it has lots of frosting. We got four flavors and my favorite was the Oreo. It was clean inside. Would visit again when wanting something sweet.

Such happy cupcakes! A little on the pricier side but beautiful decorated with unique flavors. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Yummy cupcake. We got the burnt almond and banana cream. The lady who helped me was very kind to include the happy birthday topper

Wow, best cupcakes ever! The owner and staff were also great in accommodating my request. Thank you, Frost Cupcake Factory!

We ordered cupcakes for my kids' birthday party. The whole process was completed via email, quick and straight forward. The cupcakes came out as expected. The frosting to cake ratio was a bit more than I remembered but didn't stop anyone from consuming it all. Overall it's a good go to if you need some decent cupcakes last minute.

This place has the best cupcakes! They are not only delicious, but so creatively made and decorated. My favorite is the hot chocolate cupcake, it literally gives me the feeling of enjoying a warm cup of cocoa just from looking at it! I've never actually been inside the store, but we have someone who brings them to work every week and they always always brighten all of our days.

Easy to get to. Parking is easy. Great selection of flavors! Reasonably priced! Definitely a great spot to get cupcakes.

Never disappoints. The guava cupcake is my favorite. I'm sure they do lots of catering because they are so good but they always have a decent selection for anyone who drops in. They are definitely above average and high quality. You would definitely impress guests, colleagues or anyone with a tray of these gourmet cupcakes.

Was in the area for work and needed a cupcake for a photo shoot later. With 30 mins before closing I got two cupcakes! I am not a cupcake person but they look delicious. They are a good size for $5 a piece. I got the sundae and guava one! Sundae purely for the presentation and guava because it was a popular seasonal. I loved the interior of the store. They had so many flavors like oreo, red velvet and churro!

Saw place from a close by parking lot and decided we had to stop in to look at the cupcakes. It was nice to see different flavors that I don't normally see at cupcake places. My friend and I were intrigued by the rose velvet but I ended up getting guava delight and she got the raspberry lemon cooler. We both enjoyed the cupcakes they were super moist and flavorful and cheaper than some of the cupcake chains. I also got a chocolate chip cookie that I really liked.

Caramel apple cupcake. A hit at my house

I'm not normally a cupcake fan, however one day I was near Frost Cupcake Factory and decided to pop in and try something. I was greeted by Aaron who has a great personality. He was hospitable and helpful. My one cupcake turned into four, thanks to Aaron's brilliance. I don't remember the flavors of all of them but these are the ones I do remember 24 carrot is a delicious carrot cake base with a creamy cream cheese based frosting. It was sweet but not overly. The cake was moist and delicious. Then there was pumpkin spice which is a fall special. I didn't try this one as we all decided at my house to cut them in half for sharing. The feedback from family was that it was delicious. Then there was one that had a rich fudgey cake base and a delicious creamy coconut topping with some caramel drizzle. It reminded me of those zebra cookies I ate as a child. This was my favorite. It was very sweet so half was plenty for me. The last one was called caramel apple. Someone in my house swooped in on this one and said it was every bit appley and delicious. I have attached a picture of this one. All in all the flavors were a huge hit at my house and I will definately return. A huge thank you to Aaron for making my visit there a success.

I LOVE Frost. I've been coming here for years (they were around the corner from the place I get my hair done in Campbell, but moved a few years ago). Whenever I'm in San Jose, I try to stop by! All of their flavors are amazing, so you really can't go wrong. I met Andrea and Randy at a bar once a few years ago after a Sharks game and they couldn't have been nicer, so I love supporting Frost! There is plenty of parking in the lot outside as well which is great. The store is small and the employees are friendly and helpful. Check out their cupcakes if you're in the area!

I'd give their drip, Ube latte, all pour overs a 5/5. It was a late afternoon so I went for a latte decided to treat myself to a pastry since I had inadvertently skipped lunch. I enjoy their gluten-free pistachio cake, but buy chocolate cookie looked enticing. Dubai chocolates are really saturating the market these days and if I'm being honest, some of the versions just aren't any good. However, knowing that the baked goods here are a great quality and based upon the look of itself I decided to give it a try. Wow! This was a perfect balance of chocolate and pistachio, made with real ingredients. The cookie had both taste a slight crunch and a moistness in the interior. For those who like to dip their cookies, dipping this into the Ube latte was definitely next level.

I much preferred the overnight oats which actually tastes like PB&J when I mixed it up. Cute cafe and the people working here were super nice. It was crowded and it took a bit to find a table, as this seems like a popular place to just get a drink and sit with your laptop for while. Fun place to try but I am not sure if I would necessarily seek it out. They have some interesting sounding drinks but if they are anything like the Lexington, the fun flavors might not really pull through. Pastries look yummy though and overnight oats were good.

The baristas seem poorly trained, and they don't have a solid process anymore. They've expanded their space, but that just makes the wait and confusion worse. I recently was in their new space and ordered two simple cold brews--no modifications. Where they used to pour it straight from the tap, now they treat it like a latte--and everything takes forever. If you want to linger in their aesthetic (albeit chilly) space, maybe that's fine. But if you just want takeaway coffee, be prepared to invest 20-30 minutes. It's no longer the quick, quality stop it once was.

My go-tos are: - A A Ron Latte, iced - The white chocolate, hazelnut, and cinnamon flavors blend together perfectly but you can still distinctly taste all three along with the espresso. It also doesn't have any weird aftertastes from the white chocolate or hazelnut syrup, which is an issue I've run into at other coffee places. - London Fog, iced with raspberry cold foam - It's surprisingly hard to find a coffee place that does London Fogs well, especially iced, but this is definitely one of them. The earl grey tea is super strong, and it's complemented by a good amount of vanilla syrup. Also, no weird aftertaste from the vanilla or raspberry. - Mr. Sunshine sandwich, replace the bacon with avocado - This is simple, healthy, and delicious, plus it comes with a little mandarin. I especially love the 9-grain bread that they use because it reminds me of the brown bread from Cheesecake Factory. It was super convenient if you're out walking your dogs like we were. I'm usually a fan of their Pandan, but I think I have a new favorite. The banana cream and Guava cream paired with matcha is a total game changer. You can tell they aren't using cheap ingredients; the matcha is high quality and the cream is actually thick and rich (hopefully its from real fruits haha) which makes such a difference for a latte. It's definitely on the pricier side( about $9 per drink if you want to substitute with other milk), but for the quality and the vibes, it's 100% worth it. Service was fast and great!
