Prior this place was unique and delicious, and really hit a spot. I believe that now with the various matcha spots around, it may not have as much as of unique selling point. Their tornado matcha is good and sweet, and is a great dessert however in my personal opinion, their traditional drinks are not standouts. Last week I went with a friend and ordered a matcha oat latte with a double shot, and while I tasted the matcha, it was grainy and didn't really have any depth. I wouldn't say I would avoid going here, for a matcha option and to get caffeinated for the day. It is still an option but I feel like it wouldn't be fair to say it's worth driving over 30+ minutes here. As a note too, this location can get extremely busy in terms of parking! The plaza is popping with heavy hitters.
