Whenever I get a chance, I would treat myself to Auntie Anne's pretzels. Well, I got two hours to myself at ValleyFair mall so using the app, I picked up a cup of the pretzel dog bites. These were so good! The pretzel was salted nicely, and the mini little hot dogs were juicy. The cup was bagged nicely and ready for pick up as soon as I got there. The location was easy to find. The main problem is that their production is not keeping up with demand. Mini dogs are classic and they are always making fresh ones from dough and sausage, putting in and taking things out of the oven. Other things stay in the display case but mini-dogs are so in-demand that they do not stay in the display case. It is my belief that mini-dogs should be made in larger batches so that they can fulfill demand. In this case I had to wait 10-15 minutes for mini dogs since 5 people in front of me also ordered mini dogs. You just hope that the employees remember the order that people ordered the dogs in, haha, wish there was a way to order at the stand, shop, and then come back with your order number assured. read more

Awful experience I had at this Annie's. An employee with a bowl cut was very rude. He Had a big attitude and was trying to rush me while ordering.
