I always love me some auntie Anne's but the last time I had it during holiday season/early 2023 not only did I have to wait 15-20 minutes for my pretzel, that is made to order, it tasted very oily and strong in that liquid they dip it in before baking. The service is horrendous here now. I asked the cashier if she can grab me the front almond pretzel cup in the front and she refuse saying it would be hot to reach, then how to it get there. Awful experience I had at this Annie's. An employee with a bowl cut was very rude. He Had a big attitude and was trying to rush me while ordering. I usually ask them to cut up my pretzel so I can just enjoy a little at a time and this way I won't have to play balance the pretzel. You know exactly what I'm talking about. After you take that first bite of a pretzel it usually gets flimsy and starts flopping around even more after each bite. You end up constantly keeping an eye on the pretzel to make sure the caramel almonds, powdered sugar, or whatever topping you got on the pretzel stays on the pretzel and doesn't end up all over your hand or on the floor.
