Thick heavy crust
Julian E.

I got to be honest, this is not going to be a good review. I ordered a half chicken (unseasoned), fries, red beans and rice, and two tenders with one being medium and the other hot. The tenders had a heavy crust but the seasonings did have some flavor to it and the heat level was nice and hot. The red beans and rice were not what I expected. The rice was mushy and the beans had no flavor even after adding salt. The bone in half chicken had a thick heavy hard crust and actually cut my upper palate. The meat was dry and had no penetration of any brine or seasoning. The skin off the thigh had no discernible flavor but might have been due to being overcooked, I couldn't even eat the leg. The fries came seasoned but really had little flavor and were bland. I had high hopes for this place but only threw most the food away and left sad for the business.

We stumbled onto this place after we decided Raising Canes want enough on the way. Am i glad we did?? Yes! The tenders with the Hot sauce were the perfect blend of hot and flavorful! Their texture was unlike anything that I've had before, in a good way. The service here was adequate, nothing much stood out. This had a cute old school ambiance on the inside. Two constructive critiques I'd offer. First, they advertised macaroni and cheese (on a dry erase board) that they had ... run out of. Second, they gotta get some ramps up to their doors to make their entrances less of a trip hazard.

Didn't know what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised!! The food was 10/10 delicious & the service was amazing. They went beyond to come outside where I sat and ask how everything was, refill drinks and gave a dessert on the house!! I got the chicken sandwich medium spice & loved it! Will definitely be going back there

Chicken tenders - Habanero level

What a gut bomb! I drive by this place often and decided to try it. Appearance and staff: building is cute and well decorated. The girl at the front was very friendly and offered suggestions. Food: We had chicken tender bricks deep fried and then saturated in spice oil to make them hot. The outside was very crisp with a thick shell of bread. They use heat oil to spice but seemingly no rub or other flavors. It was very long John silvers reminiscent minus salt. The koolaid was tasty but very sweet Banana pudding was overcooked and super sugary but decent flavor however very sweet The French fries were indeed the best thing we ate and we didn't eat them all. Bbq sauce is VERY sweet. After recovering from newly found diabetic shock, we tried the baked potato salad... which is cold baked potato with stuff... but it's all cold so there is no flavor. Much like eating cold butter. Note: They own Frasers bbq nearby... which we will not be trying based on this experience of food. Price: 2 puddings, a drink, tender meal and kids meal was $40+ which would be fine if it actually tasted like Nashville. This is not Hattie B's! That's certain.

This is the first time I've had Nashville hot chicken tenders and they were very good. It had a very ASMR crunch to it. The breading was thin, but not in a bad way. The inside of the restaurant is pretty small. They do have a front patio that is quite adorable. The staff was amazing 10 out of 10. I will 100% come back when I'm on this side of town. The only thing I wish I could could've had is more napkins to blot off the oils. They did have a little kit with a fork and a knife and a napkin, but it was only one and I need a little more than that. I looked around and didn't see any. I just wish there was napkins at the table.

If you're looking for a good Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, this is the place to go. We've been here a couple of times now and we'll be back. On this visit we got 3 sandwiches. 2 medium heat and 1 mild heat. They also have chicken breasts, thighs, wings, chicken wings and tenders. The sandwiches we got were full of flavor and just the right amount of heat for us. My oldest wants to try the hot on our next visit. I was surprised how big the piece of chicken was. To top it off, you get a side of yummy seasoned fries. We didn't leave a fry behind. Lol. My kids love that they had Kool Aid. We ate our food there and we were the only ones there on a Tuesday evening. It was very busy for take out orders though. They have a small inside dining area and a nice big outdoor dining area. If you like spicy chicken sandwiches, you have to try this place!

Good chicken, big pieces, good sides. Medium heat is basically buffalo sauce. Good service. I'll be back.

Great Gooey Butter Cake! Interesting take on Nashville hot chicken. Less smoky heat, but heat from Sriracha aioli.

It's cozy and very well shaded. The service is one of the best and the food is great. It always hits the spot. I really enjoy the chicken tenders. Meaty, fresh, and well seasoned. I don't usually care for shoestring fries but they know how to cook them just right. It's a very peaceful dining experience and my go to when I want a quiet while eating.

For a $21 plate of what they called "Pasta", it was $27.49 including tip and tax. It's lovely to be able to sit outside. It wasn't noisy. The music was soft.. The temperature was fine. If you look up, though, you will see that Wally's has misters for those hot nights. There is also an indoor seating area. It looks like it will seat as many as were outside. It's a place for all seasons. No one in my party of five complained about the food. We all liked the service. Mine was Pasta with Meatballs, Spinach and Mushrooms. The food was very hot (temperature) and full-flavored. The sauce was thick and smooth, made from tomatoes. Nothing very fancy, but very satisfying in taste and portion size. Nice place, maybe that's why it's so crowded on Saturday

They describe their own ambiance as "clubby and chic". I'd agree with that assessment. Dark wood and low lighting thoughtfully dominate. Front desk staff elegantly dressed, reminded me of walking into Polo Lounge in Beverly Hills. 2 levels to the place. Ground level elegant, cozy bar and 2-top seating, main dining is downstairs and in addition to booths and tables, there's another bar. If I was shopping at Fashion Mall and wanted to stop in for Happy about libation and shareable bites to eat, would stay upstairs. They've got a lively happy hour program. The food and beverage program shines in a lot of ways. Cocktails are inventive and ai tried their riff on an Old Fashioned they call Fancy Cowboy Attire. It includes a peanut mole and cinnamon ... I was hesitant at first, but my knowledgeable server Izzy assured me it was really good. She was spot on. I loved it. There are some nice maki sushi appetizer offerings as well as some other shareable that evoke American and French influences. I ordered the oysters from the west coast US. Really fresh and served traditionally. Don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. For entree, went with the New Orleans/French. Inspired Salmon. Perfectly cooked and served with roasted potato, artichokes, arugula, and I think a béchamel sauce. Light and flavorful. Paired well with a nice 9 oz pour of French Sancerre. For dessert tried the schoolmate sticky toffee. Melts in your mouth. Dessert menu is fantastic. Had a hard time picking just one. Throughout the meal, staff was attentive and knowledgeable and my server Izzy was not afraid or hesitant to offer recommendations. I was super impressed. Entrance to Society Swan just opposite the green garage valet which is convenient. With cocktail, wine, appetizer, entree and dessert I was at about $150 before tax and tip. That would be a good per person estimate for the full, enjoyable meal. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere is very dark, moody, and upscale with a two-level setup, though personally the lower dining level felt a bit cave-like and cramped at times. It was so dim that I noticed multiple people using their phone flashlights just to read the menu. That being said, it still had a trendy, intimate vibe that worked well for a night out. Our server, Bailee, truly elevated the experience. She was witty, patient, attentive, and so kind while my partner and I asked what probably felt like a million questions throughout the evening. To start, we ordered two martinis that were absolutely fantastic, honestly some of the best cocktails I've had recently. I'm already excited to come back and explore more of their drink menu. For appetizers, I ordered the truffled Brie baguette which was rich, flavorful, and super filling. The only downside was that the bread slices were cut a little too thick, making them slightly cumbersome to eat. My partner ordered the chicken potstickers, which were decent, though they reminded us more of mini empanadas than traditional potstickers. For my entrée, I had the steak frites, and this dish was excellent. The steak was tender with a beautiful charred crust, and the fries were perfectly seasoned. My partner ordered the spicy vodka pasta, which was a huge portion and something he thoroughly enjoyed. Dessert was a tale of two very different experiences. Unfortunately, my Black Forest toffee pudding cake missed the mark for me, since it was overwhelmingly bitter and not enjoyable. HOWEVER, my partner's praline butter crunch cake absolutely stole the show. Think warm butter cake drenched in a gooey hazelnut toffee caramel sauce, topped with silky vanilla ice cream and crunchy pralines. Seriously unforgettable. Overall, Society Swan delivered a memorable dining experience with standout cocktails, excellent service, and some truly delicious dishes. I'd gladly return to try more menu items, and especially for that praline crunch cake alone. Huge thanks to AZ Restaurant Week for introducing us to a new favorite spot at such a steal of a deal!

It looked pretty busy when we got there, and we heard live music would start at 7:00pm. For drinks, the menu says to ask about mocktails - I would prefer that they list it on the menu so that I have more time to decide. I forgot what was in my mocktail other than yuzu, but I enjoyed it. I think my friend's mocktail was blackberry with ginger beer. For food, they are known for their Aftermath Burger, but the Jalapeño Bacon Burger sounded even better. We told our server that we were going to share everything. We didn't ask to split the burger, but I guess he told the kitchen to, so that was a nice surprise. Did not see an up-charge for that either. The burger was SO good - loved the crispy edges of the burger patties. It was so flavorful, and I would definitely go back for it. The crinkle fries were extra crispy. The Rigatoni Alla Vodka was okay, though I wouldn't order it again. Same with the burrata - I was okay with the sliced almonds for some crunch, but the fresh strawberries did not pair well with the burrata for both my friend and me. Overall we had a good dinner with decent service. The live music was great and interactive too - the singer asked questions at a nearby table, then picked a song to sing based on the responses.
