She explained the menu and said they were known for the yard bird sandwich. Explained the heat levels. Im a wimp I went with mild and baked potato salad. I chose to start off pretty low on the heat scale with mild, but would love to work my way up to hot. Kept it simple with a chicken sandwich and opted for the medium spice, but wanted to try their mild and hot spice level too so got an order of wings. Along with the side of red beans and rice, this was actually too much food! The wings are huge and the chicken sandwich is so delicious, it won't leave you craving a whole lot more. The bun and toppings on the sandwich were just absolutely perfect - I will 100% be back here for another! But just when we thought we had enough, the cashier offered us a slice of their famous butter cake.... I wasn't expecting such a delicious little treat - SO GOOD! This little off-shoot business of Frashers Smokehouse is just incredible, and they have every right to be very proud of the recognition they've received at both restaurants.
