Each hibachi meal comes with a small house salad and hibachi soup (mushroom based broth with fried onions). You can also swap out for the miso soup, if you like. The filet mignon was nice and tender. I could've done with more flavor, but I guess that's what the dipping sauces are for. One of my favorite things about going to a hibachi place is the fried rice. Further, when I tried sharing the feedback respectfully - after the waiter wondered why we had barely eaten and refused to go boxes- I was told to write this review online - which itself was weird. It's like the staff want to sabotage the customer experience or highlight the experience for the owner to take note. My best guess is the owner doesn't treat/pay his staff well and they are likely very checked out and doing the bare minimum or below it. The place was a mess also behind the counter, on the way to the restroom etc. with no deliberate storage of the overflow supplies.
