I'd rather spend my time using my tools than sharpening them. I brought my woodworking tools that I usually sharpen myself. They came out much better than I would have done. I highly recommend for sharpening tools. read more

There is nothing worse than having very nice, but very dull knives. I have been meaning to get mine sharpened for months. I know that there was a knife sharpener at the winter farmer's market at Russell's, but then again... maybe not. Google to the rescue! Mr. sharp is so convenient and did such a great job on 13 knives I brought to him plus a hedge clipper! Be careful though! They are sharp, and I cut myself (nothing fatal) almost immediately. Likely due to the fact that I was so used to having to cope with dull knives for so long. Highly recommend! read more

Mr. Sharp had a spot at the Attleboro MA Farmer's Market in 2023. He was so good I took more knives to him late last year or early this year. I am not a chef but two of my brothers are and I appreciate sharp knives. Personable, speaks great English & the sharpening work perfection. Mr. Sharp is an entrepreneur who deserves your consideration and business. read more

I've been needing to sharpen my knives for a while. I found Mr. Sharp through a simple Google / Yelp search and now I can attest to the raving reviews he's received. Sent a request on a late Sunday night, got a response first thing Monday, I dropped off my knives that afternoon and he had it delivered to me that very evening (costs extra but it was worth it for me)!! I am incredibly happy with the job he did with my knives and he even fixed a small chip I had in the smaller one, you can't even tell it was there! Will be returning in the future. read more

As I am historically negligent in the care of my knives. My son, who cannot stand cooking in my kitchen because of that, got me a gift certificate for Mr. Sharp's knife sharpening. Vlad exceeded expectations in so many ways. From quickly and pleasantly responding to my first text to delivering the final, beautifully sharpened knives, the experience was fantastic. My knives were in such bad shape - the large chopping knife even had its tip broken, and I never expected him to be able to fix that. But he did. It is a pleasure to use my knives again. I strongly recommend him for all your knife/scissor/tool sharpening needs. read more

I've never had my knives sharpened before and I'm an avid home cook. Little did I know what a difference it makes to have sharp knives. My go to when looking for vendors is Yelp. I read reviews and liked what I read about Mr. Sharp. Vladimir (owner) picks up your knives and delivers them back within 24 hours. I texted him a picture of my 5 knives and 1 pair of scissors and where I would leave them for him to pick up. One of my knives is a Shun knife with a chip on the blade. He said he could repair it and you would never notice. He was right -you could not tell there was ever a chip. As promised he delivered them back within 24 hours and they were all super sharp. I plan to use his services in the future. The total cost was 100.00 (15/ item+10 for delivery). It saved me time...instead of dropping (1 hr round trip) them off at Williams Sonoma then having to wait a week to get them back. Not waiting to get my knives a week later and saving myself time is worth it to me. Thanks Vladimr! read more

I emailed Vladimir, Mr. Sharp on Wednesday. He picked up 3 of my Henckel knives and a pair of kitchen shears on Thursday at 11. They were returned promptly in 24 hours. They are even sharper than I bought them. Look brand new. And he was reasonably priced. I highly recommend Vladimir if he picks up and delivers to your area which can be found on his website. I desperately needed our primary kitchen knives sharpened and had been putting off getting them sharpened for way quite a while as we couldn't go too long without them. When I heard about Mr. Sharp it seemed to good to be true but I went ahead and received a quote an made an appointment. It just so happened my appointment was the morning of a fairly substantial snow storm but Vlad arrived just like he said he would and picked up our knives. 24 hours later, snow still falling, road still terrible, Vlad dropped off the knives looking brand new. I'll definitely be using Mr. Sharp again in the future. read more
