While they were more expensive than what I expected to pay, I was really impressed with how cool the knives looked with their colored bicycle grips, so I took a chance and ordered an 8" utility knife. Once I got it, I knew I had made a great choice. The knife was very sharp (and still is) and most tasks started taking less time. The knife is very easy to grip and gets it right the first time. I've since ordered a 10" for myself and another as a gift. These are great knives. If you're serious (or just semi-serious) about cooking, you need the right tools and nothing is more important than a good knife. Spending a bit more here is rewarded nicely.
