Anyway - his name is Nick and besides being such a nice human-being, he was able to get our knives sharpened in one day and even brought them out to my car when I went by to pick them up. As far as his charges go - they seemed extremely reasonable to me but since I've never had any knives sharpened before I don't know how his rates compare to others. Regarding the quality of his work - both my husband and I are very happy with it. All the knives are so much sharper and are cutting things so much easier and better now.
