Impressed that they have stock of all these parts. While there and chatted with Frank. Nice guy. I see they are Husqvarna dealers and Stihl dealers with all sorts of landscape equipment good to know as there will be a spring and then summer coming before you know it. Tractor tune-ups used to involve calling a repair business, wait for them to pick up my tractor, work on it and then return it. It could take up to 10 days. Mowers n' More took a few days to set the appointment and 90 minutes in my driveway. He breaks the tractor down, cleans it, changes the oil and gas filters, and spark plugs. He was on time and left my driveway clean and was no more expensive (maybe cheaper) than my former tune-up guy. The scheduling of the appointment is done all over the internet. Very easy. Give Mowers n' More a call.

I don't write a ton of reviews but my recent experience was so wonderful I can't help but post. We…read morebecame a new customer of Star Petroleum about a year and a half ago when they came out to service our Propane tank. The service team was so nice and they are so conveniently located that we decided to switch over our oil to them as well. We've been very happy with no complaints. Recently, just days before our vacation out of the country (of course), our oil tank spouted a small leak. We called to ask if we could patch the tank until we returned from our trip. They came right out and attempted to help with a short term solution. Because the small hole was right on the seam, it was not able to be patched. The team was so considerate and concerned about us being able to enjoy our vacation that they went above and beyond to help put us at ease. They were able to create a temporary resolution until we returned home from vacation and had their team coming out while we were gone (with my sister-in-law house/dog sitting) to monitor the situation and keep the hot water going with a small supply of oil sourced outside of the tank that they continued to refill. Every single person that has come out has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Once we returned from our trip we found out that the annual service fee we pay (I think it is in the $60 / year range - very reasonable) also enrolls us into a program called "Tank Guard" which is like an insurance on your tank. With the replacement of our tank, this program covers up to $2,000 on the cost! It was truly the silver lining to an almost disastrous situation! Throughout this ordeal, I cannot speak highly enough on how considerate, accommodating, and supportive Star has been to us. Without their hard work to put us at ease, I don't think we would have even gone on or enjoyed our vacation but, because of the stellar team at Star, we enjoyed our trip and came home to good news about our oil tank replacement. Couldn't have picked a better oil supplier!! We are very, very happy customers!! Thank you guys for going above and beyond - it shows that you see your customers as people first and it makes all the difference!

Instead of throwing parts on it, it should of been fixed properly. I called to question the bill and was told basically i have to pay it. This is not fair, i am no longer a customer of theirs.
