Tractor tune-ups used to involve calling a repair business, wait for them to pick up my tractor, work on it and then return it. It could take up to 10 days. Mowers n' More took a few days to set the appointment and 90 minutes in my driveway. He breaks the tractor down, cleans it, changes the oil and gas filters, and spark plugs. He was on time and left my driveway clean and was no more expensive (maybe cheaper) than my former tune-up guy. The scheduling of the appointment is done all over the internet. Very easy. Joe reburied them, and my landscaper buried them again when they reappeared. I had my lawn aerated in the fall and expected a few punctures but ended up with at least forty throughout the entire yard. I waited for weeks for Joe to show up to fix them and when he did show up it was at 5 PM when the sun was getting ready to set. He said that he finished the back yard although he hadn't and didn't touch any in the front yard. I waited several more weeks for him to return and when he didn't I decided I'd fix them myself. The lines I fixed were buried an inch deep. Certainly they should be deeper. I called Joe again to see when he would be back to finish repairing the lines and to close the system. He came by, again as the sun was setting, and closed the system but did not finish the repair of the punctured lines. He said he was too busy to fix them and that he'd be back when he finished closing everyone else's sprinkler system for the winter. He never returned. As I turn the system on this spring and begin repairing Joe's shoddy work I felt it was necessary to warn others, I wouldn't recommend Joe / East Coast Irrigation for anything. If I could give zero stars I would.
