He went over the different models and features, spending quite a bit of time with me. I bought a more powerful Echo trimmer, despite the extra weight. It is a superb machine. When I had a problem with (misusing) the trimmer head, he repaired it on the spot, at no charge. I cannot recommend this guy and his business too highly! He treats his customers like I do in my lumber yard, going the extra mile to build relationships!
