The broth is on the lighter side, which some people might like, but for me it felt like it was missing a bit of depth. One thing I didn't like is they don't include pickled vegetables. Street parking is pretty much nonexistent here unless you park in nearby residential streets. Their menu is pretty extensive that ranges from baos, apps like popcorn chicken, to their signature noodles soups, ramen, rice noodles, and even shareable entrees. Service here is very quick. They seem to have tons of staff that walks in and out of the area, many of the staff when they're idle are facing towards the customer on standby, so they're pretty attentive. My partner and I both ordered a bowl of the House Special Beef Noodle Soup which is what their mainly known for. Order came out really quick and presentation is pretty standard. I loved the portions that they provide, 3-5 beef pieces, and they're HUGE, it's well cooked, and melts off easily with each bite. Noodles are delicious as well and it's mixed with a broth that's not too salty. 10/10, would recommend. We also ordered a beef roll to share, was tasty but it wasn't anything special. It was BUSY on a Saturday night. I got on the Yelp waitlist before heading out and it was about an hour wait and inside it was so chaotic. There was a huge crowd outside by the time we got there around 630pm. The lot is pretty crowded cuz there's also several other restaurants in this strip. They give you an ordering sheet and menu while you're waiting so it was very efficient by the time you get it. But you don't get a chance to make any changes once you submit it cuz the workers are so busy running around clearing tables and delivering the orders. We ordered the house beef noodle soup, spicy beef noodle soup with flat rice noodle (fun), potstickers and stir fried rice cakes. They gave the wrong noodle and instead of fun we got the thin rice noodle. But it was too hectic to even try to get that corrected. My bf was not a fan. He didn't think the broth was flavorful enough and didn't care for the potstickers either. I thought the rice cakes were good but you can get that at a lot of different spots. What they're known for which is the Taiwanese beef noodle soup was just ok. The beef was super tender but the broth definitely lacked salt and flavor, it tasted pretty bland.
