Another fantastic meal at Mr. Big Fish on Friday, May 29! We brought a large group of family visiting from out of town, and despite our party size, we were seated promptly. This has become an annual tradition whenever family is in town, and it's also one of our favorite places to visit throughout the year. Henri once again delivered exceptional service. He's knowledgeable, attentive without being intrusive, and his recommendations are always spot-on. It's clear he takes pride in making sure every guest has a great dining experience. Every dish that arrived at our table was prepared perfectly and full of flavor. One of the things we love most about Mr. Big Fish is the consistency--we've tried a variety of menu items over the years and have yet to be disappointed. Whether you're craving fresh seafood, perfectly prepared fish, flavorful pasta dishes, or a delicious lobster dinner (a Friday special), you really can't go wrong. It's easy to see why we keep coming back year after year. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Food is absolutely incredible!! The jumbo shrimp blackened are amazing!!!! The Caesar salad is the best I have ever eaten! And then onion rings delicious! Service outstanding from start to finish.

Blackened mahi mahi

Under seasoned. Everything. Sweet potato fries, buttered haddock, sautéed swordfish, clam sauce pasta, broccoli. Probably fitting for some older patrons, but not for me. The lemon butter sauce was the saving grace for the two fish filets. The blackened mahi mahi had exceptional flavor, but more akin to Cajun than the typical black pepper forward experience. Great portions, good rice, well-cooked vegetables. Great citrus vinaigrette for small house salad. Great commitment to nautical theme throughout dining room. HIGHLIGHT: Nick was one of the funniest, sweetest, and respectful servers I've ever had... anywhere. He truly elevated our experience and made it a memorable night as we celebrated a graduation. He was beyond helpful and accommodating.

We had my favorite waitress of all time Jaime! She has it going and had a great experience! So good it made our night! Gives you some things to think about on the menu. The fish here is so fresh! I love my mojitos! Cesar salad was very good and we finished up with a carrot cake! It was huge but ate it all! Place was packed and I can see why! Place is very clean! This is the place if you want fresh fish and ask for Jaime!

A local fave. Busy and bustling with seaside decor. The fresh Warm bread basket pleases all. Lobster bisque is on point. Linguini with clams were delicious. The Caesar salad was ok, very lightly dressed and not creamy. Kids chicken fingers were burnt so they brought out another serving and they weren't much better. Chicken was very tough. Chocolate cake desert was a giant slice, like enough for four people and it was pretty good. Have been here a few times and enjoyed most things.

Lobster special.

We had a great meal for our anniversary prior to a sunset cruise. I had the lobster tail, which was perfectly cooked and a generous size for $39 (special). Hubby had the sautéd black grouper, which was also excellent. The au gratin potatoes were the best I've ever had--very creamy and delicious. Our server Henry was wonderful--friendly and efficient. Love the nautical decor. Highly recommended this fun and delicious restaurant!

Absolute go to, hands down, no questions! Make a reservation in advance and GO EARLY especially in season. The variety of fresh fish available and options for preparing are perfect. I had the Parmesan Encrusted Red Snapper. The salad and Calarmari were perfect, fresh, and delicious. My go to for fresh fish! Love!!

Main menu including kid's, soups, cold apps, and starters.

Although there has been just a sight increase in prices with some items removed and some added, the quality of service, food, and ambiance remain the same. The staff I deal with are always a pleasure! During season, you'll often find it hard to find a spot at the bar for happy hour, so plan accordingly

Enjoyed our first visit to Mr. Big Fish and our waiter Henry was friendly, attentive and helpful with recommendations. We had both of the fish specials black grouper and branzino both blackened with potato augratin, broccoli and a side salad. The atmosphere was relaxed with fresh bread, great drinks and Happy Hour specials.

First & not the last time here. I wanted the northern walleye but they were out of it so I got the Parmesan crusted trout, wow wow wow it was so good. I opted for the cauliflower au gratin & sautéed spinach, I brought home 1/2 of my fish because it was 1/2 of a very large trout. I also got a side salad with my entree. Hub had the fish & chips & loved it. Ambience is very nice, will for sure return!

Had a great experience. We were those people that came in shortly before closing but still felt welcome. The food and service was great, felt very accommodating. I wish I could remember our servers name, he was 40s brown hair, absolutely fantastic. Food was delicious hot and fresh even though we were the last table on a Tuesday night. We will be back next time we visit Naples. Thank you.

BrickTop's - Millionaire bacon and deviled eggs. Delicious

Excellent meal all around…read more Started with the deviled eggs. They were good, a little sweet, but the honey bacon that came with them was amazing. Great way to kick things off. I had the French dip sandwich and the meat was amazing. Tender, flavorful, piled high on a crusty roll with au jus for dipping and a side of fries. This is how a French dip should be done. Paired it with a cold Stella Artois and it was a perfect lunch. My wife had the tuna bowl, which was beautiful. Fresh ahi tuna with avocado, edamame, mango, radish, carrots, cilantro, crispy onions, and fresno peppers. Colorful, fresh, and packed with flavor. She loved it. The service was excellent. Attentive without being overbearing, kept everything moving smoothly. White tablecloth vibes with a comfortable atmosphere. The Verdict: Bricktop's delivered a five star experience. The deviled eggs with honey bacon were a great start, the French dip was outstanding, the tuna bowl was fresh and vibrant, and the service was on point. Definitely worth a visit.

No one greeted me, took my order, or even acknowledged that I was sitting there waiting. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that other gentlemen noticed I was being ignored as well. Newer customers were also being greeted and waited on. When the lack of service becomes obvious enough that other customers are noticing it, there is clearly a problem. After waiting and receiving absolutely no acknowledgment, I finally got up and left. I wasn't expecting special treatment--just the basic courtesy and service any customer should receive. It was embarrassing, uncomfortable, and extremely disappointing. No customer should be made to feel invisible in a restaurant. This has NEVER happened to me in my life!!

We shared the edamame dumplings, and ordered steak, salmon, and buttered penne for our little one. The dumplings were easily the highlight of the meal, and the kiddo was perfectly happy with his pasta. Unfortunately, the rest of the kitchen missed badly. My steak came out more undercooked than I wanted, the cut itself wasn't great, and there was almost no seasoning. The fries were somehow overcooked and cold. My wife's salmon was similarly bland and seemed to be missing seasoning altogether. We ended up asking for salt and pepper a few times, which says a lot when you're ordering steak and salmon. Our server was nice, and I appreciated that as the dining room started filling up for dinner. But based on how consistently we've enjoyed True Food elsewhere, this meal was especially disappointing. The service kept the experience from being a total loss, but the kitchen execution was nowhere near the standard we've come to expect from True Food.

From the moment we walked in, the hostesses and manager made us feel welcome and had us seated right away. Our server, Angel, was fantastic. He walked us through the menu, explained how many of the dishes were prepared, and made thoughtful recommendations without ever feeling pushy. We started with the octopus and fresh focaccia with honey. The octopus was exceptional--easily one of the best I've had and on par with dishes I've enjoyed at Michelin-starred and James Beard-recognized restaurants. We also shared the beet and goat cheese salad, followed by the local snapper and the ribeye cap topped with lobster claw and tail in chimichurri. Every dish was beautifully prepared and showcased the quality of the ingredients. The cocktails were well balanced (not overloaded with ice), and the Thyme on Thyme is an easy recommendation if you're looking for something light and refreshing. The wine list paired nicely with the meal as well. Watching the sunset over the water while listening to music drifting across the park made the evening even more memorable. Thanks to Angel and the kitchen for such an outstanding experience. Seventh South has earned a spot on our regular rotation whenever we're in Naples.

Naturally smoked turkey with brie, pesto mayo, and tomato jam on gluten free bread, served with a fresh Caesar salad. Pretty good sandwich. The turkey was flavorful, the bread held up nicely, and the salad was crisp with a good coating of parmesan. Decent value for what you get. My wife ordered the fish tacos, which came with a side salad topped with blue cheese crumbles and red onion. The presentation looked great with nice char on the fish, fresh pico, and shredded cabbage piled high. But the execution fell short. The fish itself was chewy and not very tender. That's a problem when fish tacos are one of your popular dishes. On the bright side, our waitress was nice and attentive. No complaints on the service front. The cozy atmosphere lives up to the farm to table vibe they're going for. The Verdict: The Local delivers a decent lunch with good service and fresh ingredients.
