I'm so disappointed.. I was really looking forward to my appointment here because I was given a gift card and decided to treat myself- which is not something I often do. I went to their website and scheduled my appointment for the "silky smooth pedicure" online (a week in advance). I show up for my 3:15 appointment at 3:10 and check in. The gal at the front desk had a hard time finding my appointment in the books and I was immediately concerned that there may have been an error with the online scheduler. Regardless, she had my choose a color and sit down. I sat in the waiting area for over 30 minutes before a different employee approached me to ask if I'd been helped yet. When I told her that I was waiting for my appointment that was supposed to begin 30 minutes ago, she apologized and found someone who could do my pedi. I was moved to one of the pedicure stations and waited for another 15 minutes. Finally, someone started working on me. As she began working on me, however, she was running back and fourth because another woman who had booked a pedicure arrived and would also have to wait. Like I said earlier, I had booked a "silky smooth pedicure". A service that is supposed to take 45 minutes for the essential oil bath, sugar scrub, callus removal, massage, wax bath, and polish. I was done in 20 minutes. I could tell that she was rushing through my service so that she could help the other woman waiting. I know I shouldn't be this upset, but I'm pretty devastated at this experience. Like I said, I don't treat myself often and this was supposed to be something special. Instead, I was forgotten, pushed to the side, and rushed through. Now, not only am I upset about this, but so is my friend who gave me the gift card for this appointment. I regret not having the courage to stand up for myself and paying the full amount without saying anything. I left feeling discouraged and upset. I would like to speak to the owner or manager of the salon to discuss whether or not this is normally how the business is run- I would hate for this to happen to someone else. read more

NEVER go here for your brows. I was going to get a mani but decided against it after maya did such a terrible job on my brows. Two completely different shapes and length, way too far apart between. I've been getting my brows done for 20+ years, I just needed them cleaned up. She rubbed her hands without gloves all over my face, it was overall not good. I don't recommend for brows. read more

Everything is brand new! The staff are so wonderful, very courteous and friendly. The area was clean and welcoming. My nails turned out phenomenal, my nail tech was sweet enough to help me pick out a color to match my dress for an upcoming event. I could not recommend this place more. They got me in right away, without an appointment. Very friendly place and very relaxed and comfortable environment. The lady that did my nails was very quick and they looked excellent when she was finished. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone in a hurry. I've been going to this nail place for a while however recently their service has gone down the drain. They're refusing to fix a second broken nail on a full set they completed because they wouldn't make much off of it. They have people working on two clients at once doubling the time it takes. I plan on taking my services elsewhere permanently. read more

They take their time to do really good quality services. I got a foot treatment pedicure by Sandy, and my feet haven't felt this good in probably 2+ years. This is definitely a five star place. i rate this a one star. me and my girls were on vacation and just wanted a nail fix up. they asked what we wanted then they proceeded to say "yeah we don't have time for that ". very disappointing, if i was running a business i would do anything to satisfy my customers. i recommend not going to this salon, if they even take you. read more

Im so disappointed. I went in to get a fill and to repair 2 broken nails. Jenny was the nail tech who helped me. She started fixing my two nails but the she got a text from another client. She started to rush on my nails and told me she didn't have time to do a fill. Which sure it's understandable that the other client had an appointment with her but I paid $15 to fix 2 nails and and get regular polish. My nails that she fix broke within 2 days of getting them done. I didn't get a fill on my other nails and they are still intact. Don't recommend unless you don't mind being rushed out and having broken nails within days read more

Yowzers. I have been coming here off and for over a year, and the quality continues to decline. My pedicure today is messy, the color is mottled and it looks like she swirled together two different colors, and there is a huge bubble on my big toe. I always request an appointment with someone I know has done good work, but the last few times I've gone, they always have a different person doing the job. What is the point of making an appointment with a specific nail tech if I then don't get them? Ugh. Time to find a new place. read more

I found this place on Yelp and decided to go because of the good reviews and the fact that many people mentioned it was clean. I was impressed when I walked in. There are a ton of nail colors to choose from and the atmosphere is nice. Everything did look clean but I'm concerned that they are not cleaning their instruments correctly. The techs each have their own container with their names on it. The container had a lining at the bottom and after they were done using the tools on me they threw them back in there. I watched as they went to "clean" them. From what I can see it looks like they washed them off with water, stuck them back in their case, and used it on their next customer. I just don't see how they can be clean if they're throwing them back into the dirty container. Working in the medical field, this really concerns me. I will not be returning. read more

Appointment or no appointment, you have to wait. Unless you are getting a pedicure ( so they can up-sell you) they act like they don't have time for you. I have been there three times and will not be going back. I've even told my friends not to bother with this place. At my last visit, I had a shellac manicure and received a 15 second hand massage.
