I tried calling and leaving a message but no response till the morning of the appointment when I called and explained the situation but was met with a really rude person saying I will still changed 50% of the charges for late cancellation. I am not sure how this business runs with basically no leeway to paying customers who have unique situations like this. First and last experience here.

I was admitted to the hospital on the day of my appointment and was charged 70% of the appointment because I was considered no call no show. I have been charged $175.00 While I NOW, understand your "policy" is that after 30 minutes you can charge whatever fee you deem fair for missing an appointment, your also at fault. After looking at my phone records I see that my sister called for me the day I was admitted. Whether or not your staff informed you is on you. Not me. Even if I showed that to you, which I can, I now know you wouldn't reverse the charge which you made very clear on the phone after I had informed of my emergency hospitalization. You are at fault for the following: 1. Not having your staff inform you of changes when you are in fact called 2. Not calling your clients within that 30 minutes to check if that are coming or there is an emergency. Which you stated, Liz, that you do not have to do. 3. Punishing, not simply following policy, but punishing a 4+ year client for being hospitalized. Of which I have documents. I also offered to show it to you, Liz, when we spoke on the phone. In the which you replied you have zero interest in seeing. 4. No matter how many times you tell me, "We gave you plenty of notice with multiple texts and emails" This apparantly does not account for ANY medical emergency or Acts of God. In other words, if a client had been struck by a car and was hospitalized or even died your stance verbatim on the phone was "It's policy that I charge you 70% and in some cases 100% of the appointment that's been missed." While I can understand a charge/fee for no call no show, which turns out this situation is not, what you have implemented is punishment for the client, while falsely claiming it's protection for your staff since "they are not hourly". But this partly false?Why? Because you're establishment clearly states you accept walk-ins. While your staff is paid hourly the opportunity for income is only denied by your "policy" in order to accept fees at the expense of not only your clients, but also your staff, who likely lost the client due to this policy. I'm truly saddened, frustrated, and embarrassed at your lack of business ethics, empathy, and greed. As a business owner myself, I do not and will not recommend you Liz or your establishment to anyone. Your shame knows no bounds.

Just before the new year I splurged to get a new look at a very fancy, very EXPENSIVE salon in the Pearl district and left that experience feeling defeated, used and looking like sh*t. I had just had another bank breaking major hair fail, and it was the final straw, I got home looked in the mirror and started crying. I spent several weeks "getting back out there" until I finally decided to give Christina at 360 Hair Studio a try. I am half Chinese half German with THICK, wavy, constitutionally dry hair. No stylist has EVER finished my hair on time during an appointment. It's always a mad scramble to get me done and out of the chair b/c the next unfortunate soul has been waiting. No matter how many times I've told stylist that extra time will be needed, no one ever believes me. Sometimes you need to go see someone who has similar hair, or may have a similar background to understand where you're coming from. My first appointment with Christina, was to fix the haircut. It was so whacked that we had to go shorter than I had originally wanted to but I followed her advice and she took time and skill to thin out my crazy mane into a cute, sleek, perfectly layered shoulder length bob. My second appointment a month later was to correct the horrible choppy orange Balayage. Christina was like a seasoned PRO, foiling me up in record time, washed, toned, conditioned AND even fit in adding bangs to my look.... IN AN HOUR and a HALF! :-0 I was completely speechless! I couldn't believe my hair! Soft, straight, ashy light brown n soft blondes perfectly blended in with my medium brown hair. I grinned so hard all the way home cheeks hurt! Christina is kind, personable, warm, trendy, professional, fast as hell and so reasonably priced. I finally feel I can trust again in my hair relationship! If you go see Christina, I can't imagine you would have any experience other than a totally excellent one.

Que the circus clowns!…read more If you're thinking of booking with Lynn, save yourself the time and just box dye your hair while setting two hundred dollars on fire ... because that's exactly what you'll get from her.   Lynn did not even get close to what I asked for. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she said she could do it.  She told me she was going to tint my 'warm brown' ends with a 'cool brown' so they would match my dark roots and then she would lighten my ends and around face.  In the middle of my appointment she decided to bash one of her prior clients, telling me how she once turned a girls hair green and said it "wasn't her fault" while she laughed about it.  She also bashed another stylists client that was in the salon at another station because of her hair color. Continuously stating that she was "Going to H*ll" for her comments and laughed every time she said it. Very unprofessional. After she dried my hair she kept turning me from the mirror to take 'after' pics (which I never received) and kept saying it still looked 'a little warm'.  She told me while I exited to let her know if there's anything I didn't like.  I got in my car and questioned what I was seeing in the mirror. But it really didn't hit me until I got home and was really able to see what she had done. She made my hair brassy orange (See.The.Pictures) I messaged her and asked if she would fix what I was seeing. She said she would but that she would need to charge me AGAIN because she had already done a 'color fix' (um, what?!) and that I would need to wait a week to get back in.   With more thought and the reality of the situation, I didn't want her touching my hair again! Needless to say, I had to have another salon fix what she did to my hair.  When I asked Lynn for a refund she stated she "doesn't give refunds" and that she "stands behind her work and offered to fix it" (ahem, for more money). The new salon I went to had to perform several steps to fix Lynn's color debacle. When I sent Lynn pictures showing her what had been done, she gloatingly gave herself credit and said that she had "removed prior color that aided in the look the other stylist achieved". Yes Lynn, you are correct. If you hadn't messed up my color, another salon wouldn't have had to do a real color fix and change everything that you did. Not sure you should be patting youself on the back for that one.  Laughable. If I could give zero stars I would. Again, she did not refund any money for what she did.
