So in preparation for the holiday, I decide it was time to experience a mani/pedi again. I looked them up here and saw that calling for an appointment was best. I called and he got me in right away! It's very clean and nice! I was disappointed to hear that others are not supporting this lovely business. This is my new nail spot! They do hot rocks and I know they did not do it before! I had a lovely time and my lady did a fabulous considering how poor condition my hands and feet were. So if you are planning to go, do! But can you be nice to lovely people working here? I'm tired of seeing of people being disrespectful to people in nails salons. The visit before my last I had an ingrown toenail from how the nail was cut and did not return for several months. I decided to give them another chance last month and we had a poor experience. There was one person working when my husband and I went for walk-in appointments and she had to call the other person to come do my husband's pedicure. We were told "she went shopping because it was slow". She arrived about 25 minutes later. We both received deluxe pedicures, but did not feel that they justified the extra money from a classic. And, I am very disappointed to report that I have another painful ingrown toenail from how she clipped my big toenail to a rounded cut. That visit was my last.

Never again! Neither of us have ever been so dissatisfied with a pedicure service. I went in with perfectly healthy and nicely shaped toenails, and came out with butchered toes/nails, lumpy paint, and nails cut at an angle. My husband and I can probably look forward to ingrown toenails as a result. I'm hoping I won't get an infection- it's still painful hours later. All my husband and I wanted was a relaxing pedicure, and for me, a pretty new color for my toes. What we received was a painful service served with a side of attitude. These two girls have no business working on people's feet. When dremeling off my existing color, skin was removed. When my husband jumped out of his seat because they took off toenail from the surface of his toe, he was ignored- she had to have seen his reaction, but she continued digging into the side of his toe regardless. He told her it hurt, and rather than apologize, he was told to take some aspirin when he got home. Classy. The only words spoken directly to us were to ask which service we wanted, and if we wanted to add a manicure, and we thankfully declined. That was the last they initiated conversation. They filed the bottom of my husband's feet to the point of pain (today's theme) while digging their fingernails into our skin when 'massaging' our feet. My large toenails were cut down the sides for no reason- they were already trimmed and only needed minimal filing. Any professional should have been able to recognize this, or at very least ask. It was too late by the time I noticed what happened to my previously pretty toes. I noticed they weren't using a fresh file (gross and unsanitary) midway through my service- usually they have a new little file and buffer set they open up fresh for each service, but not today. That's what I get for not paying attention the entire time. From there, they were unnecessarily aggressive and rough when moving my feet around, and rushed through everything- including painting my toenails. They are lumpy, the color uneven, it's on my toes, and the skin around them is hacked up. When I noted a corner of my toe lacked any paint, my hand was thrown out of the way and she begrudgingly 'fixed' it. They look and feel terrible! It's going to take a couple months to get our toes back to normal, and we're VERY unhappy with today's $120 service. Word to the wise- don't go here! They're inconsistent, full of attitude, and if you get the 'B' team, you'll come out with crummy looking toes at best, and an unsanitary painful experience at worst.

We walked-in and did not have an appointment. The nail techs were very friendly. I love how clean and welcoming the space is. The massage chairs were also lovely and comfortable. They offer you a beverage while getting your service done as well. I got a cute pink gel pedicure and I am very happy with the results. I'm not posting feet pics because y'all are weirdos sometimes. I got a mani pedi with cat's eye gel polish treatment that turned out absolutely flawless! I have small nail beds and short nails with very arthritic hands and feet and they some how made everything look uniform and beautiful which not only requires skill but also experience! One of my toe nails was cracked pretty badly and they were still able to help shape the nail and never complained or made me feel bad for my the condition of my nails or my inflammatory situation. These people were so kind, intuitive and professional so for all of the above reasons I will not hesitate to bring my mother here in the future as well as myself for repeat business. Yes, it's a little pricey and having several technicians is unique but this shop is top notch, and was absolutely worth it in my opinion. Wouldn't you rather pay more to get quality, long lasting results? I may be easy to please but I'm hard to impress but I was definitely impressed and I'll be back!

First time in my life it was so bad that I didn't even tip and I have no guilt over it. Person #1 came to remove polish from my dip nails. She was nice. No name badge so you don't know their names. Next this feisty madame running the place comes and says we do your toes. Okay!!! But it's someone else. I can tell she's new and has no clue what to do. I sit and put my foot in the bowl. NOOOO you can't do that? What?? They have to put a shower cap in the bowl. What an experience, having your foot in a plastic garbage bag. I'm nervously watching her as they keep coming and telling her what to do. She asks if I want my nails shorter, she clips them and has no clue how to file. At this point I just wanted to leave. As he's painting my toes with her hand shaking she has no idea how to put the light over my toes. As she shoves it against my toes I can feel all the colors scraping off. She had no clue. She only realized it when she went to switch it to the other foot, quickly filed and tried to fill that section with blobs of color. End product is uneven toes with top coat and color spillage. My toes will have to be redone. While toes are being woke d l the salon madame comes and says we do your nails now! Wtf don't I get to enjoy my pedicure! She starts doing my dip manicure, and she dipped maybe in color 2x. The color looks nothing like the rich color I picked. Start to finish less than 30 minutes. All different shapes and lengths and a color that looks like sh!t. No resemblance to the color I picked out. So I threw away 110 dollars and will have to have them redone elsewhere. To put it in perspective at my normal place this is a 2.5 hour job. Lastly, I didn't see any of the tools be sanitized they take out one file from one machine and put it back in this container. Again stay far away from this place it deserves zero stars.
