Hiring Moovers of Chicago to help unload our boxes and move them into storage was absolutely the right decision. Thanks so much for the smooth day! 5 stars and two thumbs up!

I texted the team to ask about their timing and they claimed the truck broke down right in front of the pick up spot (hard to believe this - I had been sitting there for 30 minutes and did not see any truck in the area). It took the team 2.5 hours to come after finishing up their other job, but I would've appreciated the acknowledgment of their mistake vs coming up with an excuse about the truck.
