I've called several times during the lunch time hour to get pizza ordered for my office only to be placed on hold for over 5 minutes each time. I get that lunch time & dinner time are the busiest times of the day, but has customer service truly gone out the window? I hate always having to log on to the computer to place an order. Phone orders use to be so quick. You've lost my business 3 times in the last month due to this as i've just hung up and called another pizza place for our office lunches. We started out calling for take out but then opted to dine in when we saw how clean and pleasant the atmosphere was. Great flat screens and the staff even asked if we wanted the channel switched for us when we changed tables so we could watch the Olympics. Staff are very polite and kept us informed of the status of our pizza. The pizza was excellent with lots of fresh ingredients. We ordered the combo Snowy Alps and they served it to order as I made a few changes. Probably one of the best pizzas, perfectly cooked I have eaten as a dine out in quite some time. I will start by saying that except for the cold tomatoes on the Vegiemore (not cooked so I think they added them on after the oven), the pizza was pretty decent. On the other hand, the jalapeno poppers were partially cold (not cooked long enough). Also, we don't like bell peppers. We asked to substitute for jalapenos. Instead of substituting, they just up-charged us for the jalapenos. Lastly, and probably most important, there was a (probably) four year old girl helping herself to the salad bar. Unfortunately, she had to literally climb on the bar to get her salad toppings, which allowed her hair to fall over the toppings. The employee looked right at her, did nothing. We ordered wings, gluten free sausage pizza and the Everest. Despite the amazing flavor in the wings, I ordered the ridiculously priced 24 wings and only received 18. There was no more than a bite of meat on 80% of the wings. I love wings- these were a joke. The gluten free pizza was cold and mushy and the Everest was tasty but overpriced. Overall, disappointing. We had eaten here for a birthday party and had enjoyed every bite. $80 later. What was supposed to be 2 meals worth barely lasted the night between all of us. What happened was that they charged me twice and told me to "call them another day." This here pizzeria was bought up and turned on its head. The doughy rounds and red spritz all gooed up with the grated cow jizz is the best. Baked and faked baby = aces! You can use the box from one of these old spin daddies to create a makeshift shanty to sleep it all off. And brother for a real hoot check out the roller skates called delivery vehicles gumming up the old parking field! What a hoot and a half. Location is good and pLace is decent and clean. Pretty empty for a Saturday afternoon. Came with my family today at 3:30pm. Giving it two stars for the not so friendly cashier that took my order. The white girl with black hair behind the counter did not greet us when we arrived, looked annoyed to be taking my order and to top it off looked like she was under the influence of some narcotic. We haven't had Mountain Mike's pizza for almost a year. When I asked our son what he wanted, he said pizza and i told him I was going to order a cheese pizza from Mt. Mikes. Let me tell you - this was the BEST cheese pizza we've had in a long time. I was going to have it delivered by didn't want to wait until 8PM to eat so I placed the order online and went to the restaurant. We understand technical issues are part of the business, but lady at the counter was extremely rude! Absolutely no sense of customer service. Saddest update ever: I ordered a pizza at 8 p.m. When I clicked on the link for order status on Yelp Eat24 they told me delivery was scheduled for 8:24. I started calling at 9 p.m...........my pizza finally arrived at 9:35; delivered by an obviously intoxicated driver, the half vegetarian/half meat pizza order was in fact covered with meat. Yelp Eat24 refunded my bill, and told me that a manager from the restaurant would call me regarding the poor service I had received. No one called. I will never order from them again. read more

Disappointing in their service. Party of 20+ walked in at 8pm, 90 minutes before closing, and had over 12 people ordering the salad bar, and were told it was closing at 8pm. Had to ask them multiple times if there was a way to keep it open and she finally called the manager/owner who said it could be open till 830. Pretty funny to watch 12 + people scramble to the salad bar to get there $8 all you can eat in 30 minutes. At the owners request, we returned to try this new location again. I must admit, it seemed like an entirely different place. Apple juice for the kids, warm marinara, well timed apps, and a fresh salad bar (though the topping selection could be improved on) I forgot to mention the nickel games. Great way to keep the kids entertained while waiting for the pizza. -if they keep this up, it will be worth a regular visit. We went to beach last week. My family love mountainmikes, so I stopped in to take advantage of their take out. First let me start by saying if you are hesitant to grab take out from anywhere because of our current COVID-19 situation, DO NOT fear mountain mike's they are taking every precaution possible to keep you safe! Staff is masked, gloves changed out after every customer, hand sanitizers at the door and on the checkout counter, I mean the staff even sanitized the pen before and after I signed the credit slip. They truly take their customers health and safety serious! The pizza was amazing as always and I took their recommendation and tried the garlic bread sticks, absolutely amazing! I can't talk to other Mountain Mike's pizza places in the area...but this one, to me, is fairly consistent with the Mountain Mike's pizza I grew to love when I lived in Los Gatos, CA! Plain and simply, it's good pizza...good ingredients...never skimpy with the toppings... and relatively reasonably priced...and so far, consistent. Also...when it comes to delivery, their drivers do a good job. Can't really say much more than this. It's not spectacular pizza...but far above the other chains, like Pizza Hut, Domino's and Little Caesars. And...for the money, arguably better than Round Table ( which had been my go to pizza place...and still is, love those Maui Zowie pizzas!) Anyway...for me, a Combo pizza from Mountain Mike's is damn good! read more

Pizza is decent. I think it's better than Pizza Hut. Love that the pepperoni comes out crispy. Good flavor. It's a good spot for a casual quick dinner with the family or friends with kids. Service was fine. The games area left a lot to be desired, it's pretty janky. Half the games don't work and there aren't very many to begin with. The games spit out tickets but the prizes are automated and they're almost empty the couple times we've gone. My kid doesn't care and he still had fun. Management, if you could just have a few decent working games without the lame prizes I think people would appreciate that more than having the super cheap automated prizes and games that don't work. read more

I had been told that Mountain Mike's makes a good pizza, so I decided to try one this evening. I went through GrubHub and ordered my food. Less than 10 minutes later I got a text from GrubHub stating that my order had been canceled. I called GrubHub customer service and they advised that Mountain Mike's had canceled my order. When I asked why, they told me that Mountain Mike's said they were too busy. Can you imagine that - a restaurant being too busy to serve food?!? I love Mountain Mike's Pizza! It's my go-to for pizza delivery in the area! Their pepperonis are smaller than typical pepperonis and I think they are a bit spicier. They're certainly not stingy with them though, which I love! My favorite! I ordered delivery last night for a large pizza and a cookie pizza, and I was not disappointed! My pepperoni and artichoke pizza was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings. (If you've never tried artichoke on pizza, I highly recommend you do). The cookie pizza was delicious, too! I ate almost the whole thing to myself before my boyfriend even got a slice! Props to the woman who answered my call, too. I was a little less than prepared with my credit card info on the phone, and she was polite, patient, and respectful to me anyways. Overall, I love this place & would recommend it to any skeptic! I ordered 2 large specialty pizzas last night, and I couldn't find any coupons as I recently re-organized where I kept them all. I called anyway but didn't ask if they had any coupons. I showed up and to my surprise, the girl at the counter gave me a nice discount! I was like really? That's so nice of her & tipped her. I normally love mountain mikes, buy this one is horrible. I placed an order online for delivery at 9:30. I get a call from some guy who doesn't even apologize, just says we're not doing delivery anymore, I said your website took my order, he says it's because they close at 10 not 11, however i ordered at 9:30. My apartment is literally a 2 minute drive. It takes about 15 min to make a pizza. Everything else aside if the guy had apologized it would have been all good, but he just didn't care. Oh I should also mention they charged my credit card though. I called back to tell them they had charged my credit card. Not a good atmosphere. They have this loud machine that does not stop saying hello, and the lettuce is in a container of water at the salad bar. All they had was pizza with meat (my coworkers are vegetarian) so we had to ask them to make a cheese pizza. The breadsticks were out and they didn't care to make more. They are all in the back not paying any attention (except for the employee eating next to us). We are in town for work and won't be back next time we are here, or for the rest of our stay. Save the Yelp response and just make improvements for the locals who deserve better. read more
