I went to every retirement party Double O Dough was there makiing food for the event. The pizza was super amazing! really thin crust with good texture. I ate way more than I needed to just because I wanted to try each new flavor combo that was coming out. Really enjoyed it , super fun to hire for an event .

Spring rolls & peanut sauce ( foreground) and antipasto skewers . The skewers were a big hit!

It's a huge farmers market-style event with just about everything you can think of, and it's always such a good time. I decided to stop by this barbecue spot because it immediately caught my eye. I'm all about my chicken legs, so I ordered the chicken legs with mac & cheese, greens, and cornbread. Another cool thing was seeing a father-son duo running the place, and being serviced by the young man himself--who is clearly putting his foot in this food--was pretty cool. The greens were moist and salty--just the way they're supposed to be. The chicken was melting in my mouth and falling right off the bone. Now, I'm a very picky mac & cheese girl, so discovering that theirs was actually pretty good was a nice surprise. I'm so happy to have found this needle in a haystack because there were so many options, and I'm glad I chose this one.

He and his son served up some very tasty food and it's served with a smile. My ribs/chicken combo with Mac 'n' cheese and beans was delicious. The beans! Barbecue was on-point!

It took about 7-10 minutes for my food to be done. I ordered the Sifrina which is an arepa with shredded chicken, cheese, mayo, and avocado. I've been to Pana before and usually go for the Pabellón arepa, which is also delicious, but this time I tried the Reina Pepiada, and wow. It's made with shredded chicken, mayo, and avocado. The arepa was extra crispy, which I loved. Honestly, even as a Colombian, and someone who grew up eating arepas all my life, I have to say, this Venezuelan version is amazing. Super flavorful and well-balanced. Germán, the owner, was super welcoming as always. He told me they're opening a new location in San José, which is way closer to me, and I'm honestly so excited to visit them there too! The vibe that day was perfect. There was live music playing, people dancing, and I was just sitting there enjoying my arepa in the sun with all that great energy around me. If you haven't tried Pana, you're missing out. The food, the people, the vibe, todo was on point.

You can tell they really care about their customers and their food. The menu had so many amazing sounding options that we couldn't decide... so we didn't, we ordered three different pizzas and I'm so glad we did! Every single one was fantastic. The Sophia was a dream if you love white sauce pizza -- creamy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced without being too heavy. The Golden State was one of the most unique pizzas I've had in the best way possible. Every bite had something interesting going on and who knew pizza and potatoes just work so well together. But the absolute star for me was the special "La Bomba." WOW. The Calabrian chili gave it the perfect kick and depth of flavor. It was bold, a little spicy, and completely addictive. I would honestly come back time and time again just for that pizza alone. They have a unique crust was perfectly cooked crispy on the outside, soft and chewy inside -- and you can tell they use high quality ingredients. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully put together, not just thrown on a pie. The place itself has a great vibe, good service, and the staff makes the whole experience feel welcoming and fun. Whether you're dining in with friends or grabbing a pizza to go, this place checks every box: great service, creative menu, amazing flavor, and pizza you'll be thinking about long after you leave. Already looking forward to our next visit!
