Well, this my second review. Pizza is good, but now im not sure if should continue buying from this place. This time I witnessed a man working on cars outside the parking lot...as I was waiting for my order...I saw the same guy walking in to the kitchen wearing his mechanic jumpsuit...what caught my attention is him walking straight to the kitchen and started to help, which in my opinion is not sanitary. It looks like they are always short staffed and the lady manager only stays on the register, she could've said something as a manager or make the orders herself. This place is definitely not what it used to be a few years ago...it looks like they have new management/staff, family owned now maybe. It's a bit loud, due to the tv's but that I can understand. I placed an online order and when it arrived I asked the delivery driver if he had the ranch I ordered with the wings, cheese, pepper or napkins. He said they didn't give him any of that to give me. I was like okay, I guess. I called the restaurant and the manager said he's not sure what happened with the ranch but the cheese, peppers or napkins are not included unless you note it online. Okay I get it they are trying to cut costs but damn for 50.00 give me some napkins at least. By far the worse Round Table I have ever been to. I checked out the salad bar because I am gluten intolerant and my friends families can eat gluten. The bar was out of many toppings including lettuce. When I placed my order and asked if they were going attend to the salad bar the stink eye look I got was so bad even my friends commented. Took 20+minutes for the bar to be added to and by then my family had already starting eating their dinner. So I get my salad and there are no forks. We ordered 5 salad bars and they knew they were out of forks. I am standing there with the WTAF look. The manager said he was "looking". Another manager 10 minutes and we got forks. My friend called round Table and they put her on hold 3 times for over 5 minutes so she asked me to call and see if I could get through. I called and they put me on hold. While I was on hold she called again and they took her order right away. Clearly you guys do not prioritize phone calls in the order they are received. I was told to email them due to the review I left and Sierra said I should be hearing from the franchise owner within 4 days. I never heard from her or the franchise owner and it's been more than 3 weeks. This Round Table does not deserve even 1 Star! My pizza delivered today had NO pizza sauce on the pizza! When I called the restaurant to let them know, a female employee had major attitude and hung up on me! We went for the lunch buffet for pizza and salad bar. The salad bar was "ok" some items seemed not so fresh and limited choices. The pizza was not very good and I'm not sure whose idea it was to drizzle ranch dressing over the pizza but it was disgusting. Only had 2-3 choices of pizza and it had sat there awhile. The twists also had ranch dressing on them too, yuk! The soda machine was not working properly. The servers were polite. Some of the booths were a very tight fit. Also the food is made in a fast amount of time, we online order, and the pizzas have been correct since you pay for toppings so don't want to be shorted. Please avoid this specific round table in Marina, CA if you don't want to be disappointed. We had ordered pizza and 12 classic wings and when we got home and opened the box it appeared to be chicken nuggets not classic wings. They were not fully tossed in sauce and they were also cold. I called them and told them we had ordered classic wings and they said that since they were out of classic wings they used boneless wings without giving us a call beforehand to make sure that was okay with us. We basically paid for something we didn't order, if we wanted boneless wings we would've ordered boneless. Regardless of that the boneless wings weren't boneless "wings", they were chicken nuggets. GrubHub stays messing up everyone's orders, and even though it's not Round Table's responsibility, They went above and beyond to get my order to me. We've been customers for years. Stopped going for a while Becuase of the decline in service. There was a point my husband ordered a pizza it took over 2 hours and he had to cancel. Today we ordered for delivery. There's a $4 delivery fee... pretty steep but ok I worked all week, didn't feel like driving. I get a call from the driver asking if I lived on the 2nd floor.. I responded yea. He informed me that the delivery is contactless, however I didn't leave any gratuity but he would still leave it at my door. I was dumbfounded and didn't know how to respond. This was tasteless and given the history of bad service and long wait times I was hesitant about leaving gratuity. This place is terrible. It is so run down and the workers here do not care. I've been here a few times and my experience is not isolated to one event. Every time i've been i have had to wait over 45 minutes for a large pizza when there were only a few other customers in the establishment. I know they also do deliveries but come on... The pizzas always look messy and they are sort of over priced for the see and quality of the pizza. The workers are more concerned with talking amongst themselves or being on their phones than actually helping people. The workers even yell at each other while customers are standing t the counter. Pizza dough is always raw when I order. The pizza is okay. The delivery guy had a mask on but had his nose uncovered. Not a proper way to wear a mask. The delivery wasn't contactless. Family member Had to go outside and he stood close to my family member. As a company you guys should be training your drivers how to do contactless delivery, and practice physical distancing and proper mask wearing. read more

My last pizza will be my LAST pizza at this location. As much as I like their food there are too many reasons not to return. First, the young lady (who was very nice and personable) was not wearing a mask. She took my credit card and brought me my pizza but no mask and no gloves. Second, I had to wait 20 for my pizza because they made the first one wrong. I get it, that happens, but compensate me (give me the wrong pizza too or free breadsticks or $3 off, something) but they did nothing even when I asked. Finally, $28 is just too expensive for what you get. The pizza, while good, is just worth that price. I doubt they will lower their prices anytime soon but I hope you get your health practices and customer service figured out soon. read more

Really disappointing. I came in for the lunch buffet at 2:00. I confirmed that they were still serving (until 2:30). I paid and then discovered that many of the salad bar ingredients were empty and they only had a few slices of dry cold Hawaiian pizza left. I got some and then asked if they would start something fresh. I was told that because the buffet was set to close within the half hour, the manager wouldn't allow them to make anything fresh for me, despite having paid for the all you can eat buffet.
