Pizza Factory is a family fun place

We arrived near closing. The manager was able to quickly put in our order and get two hungry kids fed. They were craving pizza. We enjoy the pizza delivered to our home for their kid bday parties! Delicious wings, salad, cheese breadsticks too! Can't go wrong with this place. Exceptional food and service!

Pizza Factory catered our business' Chamber of Commerce event. As a fellow local business, we love supporting our fellow neighbors, especially when it means hot pizza, pasta and wings for an afternoon party! A huge hit with our guests and our whole office smelled great- we even attracted some neighbors to grab a bite and say hello! Highly recommended for parties, events, or just for the family.

    Dry pizza :/

I decided to order the Awesome combo pizza for delivery and am very disappointed. The pizza, delivered by GrubHub, took over an hour and the pizza was stone cold. I understand the delivery issue may not be Pizza Factory's fault, that is not my main complaint. This pizza was so dryyyyy I opened a jar of Ragu to make it more edible. I've ordered from this place before and know to always ask for extra sauce, which I did do in this case, but clearly didn't happen. At least there was a good amount of toppings, other than the lack of cheese and sauce. Irritated, I called GrubHub and did receive some credit thankfully for a microwaved, dry but somewhat edible pizza with the help of Ragu. I wont be ordering from them again.

This was supposed to have red sauce and extra cheese, yet it didn't

They didn't start arriving for quite a while and multiple drinks were incorrect. It was well over an hour before our food order was taken. We were almost two hours in before the food started arriving. The salads that came with meals were good. A number of folks ordered the bisque and after some entrees were already being served to some, our sever said they were out of bisque, but making some more. About a half hour later the bisque came and everyone said it was cold. I'll just describe my meal, but there were issues with others as well. I ordered the halibut ($44). It was served atop mashed potatoes and asparagus. The potatoes were cold. The fish was a very thin filet (was it even halibut?), breaded and grilled. It was so hard and dry I had to use a knife to cut it. It was mostly breading and not much fish. If we were not guests of the dinner coordinator, I would have sent it back.. Our group understands the challenge of serving a big group, but this was beyond unacceptable. Is there any management oversight? Who's training the kitchen? We were seated for over three hours just to get through our meals, with no appetizers or deserts ordered. The restaurant was not busy for inside seating either.

I think that is the one drawback of this place. The restaurant itself is very nice inside. Well decorated with a nice bar. There is a very nice patio area but given weather it was not open. I'm sure it is when weather permits. For happy hour the apps are about 40% off specialty drink specials are $10 cocktails and I believe 5 draft and wine. I got the smoked old fashioned and it did not disappoint. Wife got the Chardonnay and was happy with it. We started with garlic bread and it was pretty good. We then went with the wings. These wings were so good we ordered a second plate as did our friends. Some of the best wings I've had in a long time. For mains we got the gnocchi and friends got the pizza. Everyone was very happy with there dishes. It was a solid meal. The gnocchi is I believe $11 for happy hour and pizza I think is $10. Great deal for what you get. It's been many years since my last visit, back when I was engaged, but I had been hoping to return this year. Some of my favorite memories are from this place. The wine was always wonderful, but what truly made it special were the people. Anna, her husband, and their son Steph were some of the kindest and most welcoming people you could meet. They made every visit feel personal and memorable, and their warmth was a big part of why so many people loved coming here. Thank you for the memories, the hospitality, and the great wine over the years. You will be missed.

He was patient and knew the menu, and offered options when he saw our reactions as we tried to decide. The chef even walked out and offered to make the bolognese from scratch and omit the mushrooms. From start to finish the whole Mangia team was great, and it made me happy to see how they treated one another. The dishwasher came up a few times to swap the trays and everyone got along, and I noticed the chef made them each something to eat as the restaurant was closing. As for the food, good Salinas option. The Nonna appetizer was a bruschetta with pistacho, fresh ricotta, and honey. Delicious. Beet salad was good, hearty beets, mixed greens, and balsamic. It was over dressed for my taste, but hubby loved it. I wasn't a huge fan the cheese they used, it was a harder salty cheese in small cubes. I got the penne with a really subtle lemon cream sauce, grilled chicken, and broccoli. Came out hot and it was a generous portion, waiter offered some fresh cheese so took that of course. I'd order it again, but don't think it was the best pasta dish I have ever had. Chicken Parmesan was cooked fresh, and came with the penne and marina. In my opinion the marina was under seasoned, but I'm generally heavy on the garlic and basil. I don't know I'd label it as a culinary hot spot, but the food was good, and made by good people. I appreciate the atmosphere and we will definitely be back.

The restaurant has a great drink selection and a great menu. We were pleasantly surprised to learn they offer a Tuesday dinner special that includes an appetizer, entrée, and dessert for only $32! This menu also had a special drink selection. I ordered the house salad, prawn risotto, and chocolate lava cake. The salad was very fresh with spring mix and butter lettuce, which I especially enjoy, and it was topped with a light vinaigrette style house dressing that was light and delicious. The prawn risotto was creamy, flavorful, and the shrimp were cooked perfectly. The chocolate lava cake was rich and very chocolatey, a bit too rich for my personal taste, but still enjoyable. It also came with vanilla gelato, which was delicious. As a table, we also ordered the tableside tiramisu, which was such a fun and unique experience. I am a tiramisu connoisseur, so anytime I see it on the menu, I ordered it. It is my favorite dessert. Although this was not my favorite one, I very much enjoyed the experience. I will mention the espresso needs a little more time to fully soak into the ladyfingers, but the presentation and experience alone made it worth trying. The ambiance was lovely with nice background music, and the service was attentive and welcoming. Everyone in our party truly enjoyed their meal, especially the birthday girl.
