Nothing overly unique or fancy, but it absolutely hit the craving for a traditional slice. I'd give it an 8/10 for being reliable and satisfying. The House Combination Pizza was the standout. I'm usually not a big fan of combo pizzas, but this one genuinely changed my mind. Everything felt well balanced, and the Italian sausage was the highlight, rich, flavorful, and really elevated each bite. Middle of the road too pretty good Italian food. Nothing extraordinary. But I'm a East Coast Italian food snob so take that into consideration. I think for California it's very good. Not crazy about their pizza because the crust isn't right for me. But it's very popular with the sports crowds especially the kids. They go in there by the dozens. This is my favorite pizza place! Wonderful for friends and family! Full bar, game room for the kids and the food is so delicious! We all dug in before I could get good photos but I highly recommend Angelina's! You order at the register and get a number, they also give a raffle ticket! You have a chance at winning a free small pizza every hour how fun is that!? Everyone gets involved and our food came out hot and delicious! Pizza combo is so great! Caprese salad is simple but quality ingredients The wedge salad is amazing, so cold and crunchy with so many toppings! Wings I would have liked a bit more crispy but just ask for them to be extra crispy next time. We were excited to try Angelina's Pizzeria as part of a school fundraiser, especially after hearing so many great things about their pizza. However, we were disappointed with the quality--it was dry, lacked flavor, and just didn't live up to the hype. Honestly, If I had to compare this order to Costco...Costco's pizza is better. Perhaps the lower quality was due to the fundraiser setting, and not much effort was put into these particular pizzas. That being said, we truly appreciate Angelina's participation in supporting the school, which deserves recognition. A mind blowing specialty pizza with pepperoni, salami, and bacon. Triple check. Seriously this place is worth the trip. I really liked the vibe, locals only. However I felt like anyone from out of town would appreciate a pie from here. I bumped into an old friend here and loved the bar area. Absolutely love this place. I was so busy stuffing my face that I forgot to take pictures. We got a Caesar salad and it was so fresh! The Parmesan is so good here. And I feel like the croutons are made in house. We also ordered a Godfather pizza. It was delish! I would have preferred bacon over meatballs, but it was great. We wanted to have a simple salad for dinner, the special was apple walnut salad, so my husband ordered that, and I asked the person taking our order if the house salad was iceberg, or mixed greens he assured me it was iceberg lettuce, I told him good because I didn't like mixed greens. He rang it up and the pitcher of beer was $32, I asked how many glasses of beer were in a pitcher, he said two glasses each, so we decided to order a couple of glasses of beer instead. He asked what size breadsticks we wanted, I was confused if he would have said it was the size of a pizza, we would have had a reference, we ordered a medium size When they brought the salad it was mixed greens, I told the server that wasn't what I ordered, then a nice gentleman came out with the salad and he just couldn't understand that I only wanted iceberg salad, he told me I would have to order a wedge, which was fine I would have ordered it to begin with if the kid at the register had pointed it out to me. When they brought it out, it had ranch dressing, I ordered blue cheese and I thought a wedge always had blue cheese, anyway the salads were good, nothing special. My husbands salad (the apple walnut special) had three pieces of apples and lots of red onions. We finally got the breadsticks ( which turned out to be pizza dough with garlic and cheese) after we were done with our meal of salad. Anyway it so wasn't worth $80.00. We were looking for something off the beaten path and recalled eating here last year with extended family. My daughter ordered a Ceasar salad topped pizza and my wife ordered Speggitti in meatsauce. I never get Alfredo Pasta at home (my wife hates Alfredo). Feedback my daughter was delighted love the salad and pizza concept. My wife and I both added a house salad that was 6$ for a handful full of greens . Speggitti was good rich sauce you can tell it is homemade beef and sausage (meatsauce was extra)goodness in tomato sauce. My Alfredo was a chicken Alfredo with Fettuccine noodles the sauce was thick the pieces of chicken a tad dry but the flavor was good. No doubt sauce was homemade but made in advance and protein and noodles added per order pastas came with garlic bread. I pleased all was good it will probably be another year before I return though....maybe for pizza. Service was pick your table take a menu and sit and determine what you want then come back to the service counter.and order. Then sit with a number on your table and someone will bring it out. I used to go to to Casa Sorrento in South Salinas but the quality took a drastic turn and we were looking for a new place to try. I have gone to Angelina's for three years and it's been quality food at a good price and good service. The last two times have been awful. I ordered St Pattys's day Irish nachos which promised corned beef, cheese, black bean and horseradish sauce on lil potatoes. We got nacho cheese sauce and sour cream and very few pieces of corned beef and beans. I told a server there about my concerns and he found raw horseradish and shrugged. We tried it with horseradish and it was worse. we asked if we could send it back and order something else and the server said "no" as I had eaten "most" of it. Thank God I did not eat "most" of it as I was sick the rest of the night.Basically they served a bad meal and they won't apologize or even try to make it better. read more

This pizza place has some really weird hours! They do not even open until 4pm. The inside is a nice and open platform. They are very close to Toro Park and Fort Orr. After doing a long hike I came here for some carbs. I sat at the bar and quickly found a nice game room with multiple pinball machines! You know in poped off a few games. I ordered my food and after placing the order I was given a raffle ticket. I didn't know what this was for. Luckily I was still there when the bar tender started called out numbers. To my suprise I won! What did I win? Thinking it was a beer or something. Nope, I won 1 free appetizer! Great bonus! The food was really good. It is not oily like what you get from RT and MM pizza places. The Cesar salad was so good and they had enough dressing to appease my husband who will dump a whole bottle of dressing onto his salad. The Roasted Golden & Ruby Red Beet Salad was TO DIE for! That raspberry vinaigrette was so good and sweet! I was expecting a tart dressing. I am in love with the salmon tacos. They place a beautiful block of seared salmon in the taco on top of a bed of cabbage slaw. Oh, and the avocado crema was so delicious. It was creamy and smooth and fresh! Food was absolutely delicious! I had the BBQ chicken pizza and it was divine. My boyfriend ordered the Godfather and thoroughly enjoyed his pizza as well. The only complaint... was the drinks??? The water tasted off and I noticed I needed a few pours to wash out a dead fly... and the soda was very watered down, even upon initial sight of the color itself. I'm not one to complain but I think it should be known that this place has false advertising and bad customer service. I received a flyer in the mail regarding 2 or more weeks ago which had a family package that this place was now offering. I tried to order it over the phone but the worker didn't seem to know what I was talking about and when to go ask the manger. She her response when she came back that he too did not know what I was talking about and then proceeded to say that I must be wrong and the flyer belonged to another pizzeria. When I went to pick up the pizza I showed the same worker who took my order the flyer and she stated she never seen the flyer but I pointed out that it was right behind her. Once again she asked the manger but didn't come back with a resolution. I asked if they could still honor it but she stated no and that their system had no way place the order. I thought it pretty interesting because like I told her the flyer was right behind her so why can't couldn't my order be honored?? The funny thing is when I spoke to the manger he too tried to make me feel like I was in the wrong. He went on a tangent about a whole lot of nothing when all I was trying to do is ask why my order couldn't be honored if there's flyers everywhere.
