I ordered a 3 piece chicken strip meal, got home and only had 2 pieces. Since I live 20 minutes away, I wasn't going to drive back to complain. Lesson learned, check my order before I leave! I doubt the management will read this, so if you order from here, you might want to check your order before leaving. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Seaside, California

We craved wings, so we stopped at our local Wingstop for the first time and satisfied our cravings! I ordered the 8 piece combo while spouse ordered the 6 piece combo. Wings came out of the kitchen super fast. Staff was pleasant and helpful, one wiped down our table, another delivered our order to our table and staff cleared table when we finished. We also watched sports on their many TVsinside dinning room. Dine in, take out or delivery Wingstop is a place for wings! read more

The flavors for the wingstop in seaside is un comparable to the other wing stops. In my long drive this is where I stop

Wingstop is very hit or miss depending on the commitment of the staff at each store. I ordered ahead online for simple order. It was ready at the exact time that I needed it. The lady doing pick up orders was very friendly. However when I looked at my food I noticed that the sauces and seasonings were very light. Normally I feel like they overdo it with the sauce. But my chicken was almost bare on one side. Even worse, fries had no seasoning, and half of them were undercooked. Unfortunately this was not a good experience. read more

Weird experience last night at Wing Stop! We got there about 530pm, Saturday night. They were wet mopping the entire floor! Think soaking wet! No wet floor signs! People just walking through it, slipping around! Then, a dude was arguing about his order and would not let up! Employees trying to handle it as best they can. We placed our order and we always wait about 15 minutes as I "thought" everything was cooked to order. We hadn't even sat down with our drinks (after ice skating across the floor) and they called my name. We ordered "lemon pepper" and "mild" boneless wings. Nothing was very hot. The lemon pepper wings which had always been a dry rub was a soupy weird mess. Tasted like lemon pepper but was soooo soupy. I asked the nice guy at the counter about them changing to a sauce and he said "no, it's a dry rub, they just have forgotten the cheese...." I was so confused. I said "I'm talking about lemon pepper not garlic Parmesan". He just stared at me. We started thinking maybe the whole staff was taking gummies or something..... it will be a while before we come back, unfortunately. read more

Honesty should always be #1 with customer service. Words can't explain how disappointing and how low the bar is. Like I understand the place was packed and orders were backed up but please just be honest instead of lying to our face multiple times. We ordered around 6:50pm on the official website for a pick up order. Turn around time was roughly 30-35 min based on the website. We arrive around 7:30pm for our order (40min later) and was told to wait another 8-10 minutes for our order which is fine so we wait. We saw our order on their screens with order names on the side. We also heard that the turn around time was pushing 65-70 minutes at this point. Then 20 minutes pass and we get up to ask again as we noticed our pick up order name disappeared from the screen as well. We were told by the same guy another 8 minutes as "your orders packed up and we're just waiting on fries" We sat back down to wait then another 15 minutes pass by and I noticed that all the bags they packed up were all given to other patrons to pick up. Our order that was supposedly "packed up" was no where to be seen so I get up again and asked about our order. It was near impossible to get the attention of any staff because the same guy decides to look at everyone except me when I approached the counter and was there the longest. When I finally said "excuse me" does he actually stop to talk. The SAME guy goes back to check for a whole TWO SECONDS and comes back and said "another 10 minutes we're just waiting on some WINGS". Which I clocked him and said "wait you said fries earlier so which is it". He tries to backtrack and said "oh I was mistaken." Then I bring up the fact our order was removed from the order screen and he said "oh what?" Then proceeds to move back in the kitchen to check the order. After what I can tell is pure confusion amongst the employees the same guy came back and said "so it turns out we deleted your order because we thought it was a duplicate." Both my friend and I deadpan because we had such a specific order for a very specific name that it was almost impossible for them and for someone else to have this name and specific order. So my friend and I waited almost 1.5 hours for them to lie to us TWICE. Then they said they would make it but given how backed up the orders were it wasn't worth our time to wait for it so we asked for a refund and the same guy said to go online (bad answer - there no way to request a refund on the website). Will be reporting to our bank for a chargeback. read more

The management needs to take note of how racist their workers are. I don't have to spend my money at such a place. On 10/12/25 I ordered online, went in to pick up my food and was ignored by the staff. They were only helping the Hispanics that came in behind me as if I wasn't standing there. Totally ignored me till I said excuse me I was ahead of them. Very nasty attitude!!! Won't be back anytime soon that is for sure. Zero rating on service read more

Elsie i apologize if I got your name wrong. But you gave me the best customer service That I could expect from a wingstop. Elsie thank you for making my experience better than I would have expected read more

I walked in and the customer before me had just finished paying with cash. The cashier clearly did not know how to take cash, and I proceeded to stand there for around 5 minutes with no explanation or apology, just stood there awkwardly while I waited for two other employees to explain how a register works. I'm unsure if she's new or anything similar to that, but even if she was knowing how a register works is an essential part of working a job like this. I did not get an apology or explanation after the fact, either, just more awkward looks. Normally the service here is adequate, and I'm disappointed with the amount of disrespect and lack of care I felt. read more

The order here has been the issue. Not sure why but it seems like the order is wrong more time than not. Once the order is complete the food is good. The workers seem nice but can be a bit rude sometimes. The only reason I am giving a one star is for the service and orders taking can be improved. The tables are somewhat clean at times, just wish the trash would be taken out the back door instead of through the dining area. read more

This wingstop is always on point with their orders. I have never had a bad experience with any of the workers.

Great wings great service great location awesome workers can't wait to go back to visit this location

Food was good and freshly made. The Parmesan garlic has too many calories, but taste really good. The basic hot one has no calories but it's too spicy. It was made fresh for us. We only waited 10 minutes. Service was quick and they allowed us to taste, since it was our first time.Monday and Tuesday you get good deals $.70. Peace. Nice music inside and very busy place people in and out like crazy. Nice of you outside. They have five tables actually six tables bench and a few are like seats. Parking is easy and and a lot of light at night so don't be afraid to come in at night. read more

Horrible experience, I placed an order for delivery and did not receive my order. The picture they sent as "proof of delivery" was not my home. I called and texted the driver Eddy and received no response. I called Wingstop and was told I had to call door dash, I called door dash and was told because it was placed with Wingstop I had get refunded through Wingstop and had to call back. I was told to call back in 72 hours if I didn't receive a refund. Extremely disappointed I wasted my time and was left with no dinner in the end. read more

Great chicken. The service is descent. Get the food quickly. Overall, you get what you get.

Ordered food through DoorDash from this location. My whole order was wrong but I was hungry and it already took a hour so I TRIED to eat what was there. The wings were soo over cooked the bones were falling apart in my mouth I couldn't even eat them. Most of the wings had so much feathers on it, it was disgusting to see. I've never had a wingstop be so awful before!! read more

Why does one place an order on-line in advance? Scheduled to pick up for 11:15 AM. Ended up driving away at 11:50 AM. This is the second time that i have placed an order via the website for pickup. I scheduled the pickup time for 11:15am. I arrive at the store to pickup my order at 11:30am. MY ORDER WAS NOT EVEN STARTED! The person behind the counter stated that they do not place large orders until the person comes to pick it up. The whole reason why one orders in advance is to above having to wait on the order. I needed to get back to work for a meeting where the wings were lunch!! The clerk behind the counter had no answers and was not even apologetic. If you order via the website for pickup, you have to pay at the time of order. I am baffled why my order was not ready when I arrived at 11:30 for a 11:15 pickup. Awful customer service the eating area is full of boxes as they were getting a delivery in the middle of their day. huge safety hazard. read more

1 star because 0 was not available. Walked in, they would not take an order in person, but if I ordered online it would be 35 minutes. No thanks, will never be back read more
