I think all In-N-Outs are at least a 4 frankly-- solid when you come, generally a must-have if you're visiting from out of state, but no particular location is exceptional to visit as they are mostly the same. This location was no exception today. Clean, prompt service, food quality was on point. Don't think there's anything to necessary improve here, as it was about what I expected based on my experience as an LA resident of a long time. Just a caveat that parking is rather rough here. Not only is it sparse during meal times, but the parking lot doesn't have a good circular pattern and awkwardly dead ends at one side, meaning you have to three point turn to go back if there are no spaces. Best to just go through the drive through if you can help it. But hard to knock their setup-- they are rather space constrained here. read more

I've been to many in n outs - many! I usually never leave them a review, because well....it's in n out - it's always good!! (Most of the time) I've only left an in n out a review only once before and it's usually when something is wrong. Because I know they care about their brand. So here goes....something is kind of sus with this location: 1- The burgers: usually in n out burgers taste fresh. You don't get that "old meat funk" in the smell or flavor. Our burgers, at least, had a little of that funk, the kind of funk when meat sits out or is a little old. I didn't get sick or anything, but you can taste the funk - it didn't taste like the in n out burgers I'm used to. 2- The space: man this place was a mess. Food all over the tables. Trash all over and around the trash cans. Food under the tables. It was just kind of gross. We wiped down our table and chairs with napkins. They weren't even busy when we went, so not sure why that was the case. 3- The atmosphere: you can barely breathe. No AC or even fan running. After about 10 minutes inside, I felt like I was suffocating. I went outside where there was a nice breeze, while waiting for food. They just really needed to open the door. Luckily, they turned the AC on after I came back inside. All in all - it wasn't the worst in n out I've been to. But it's not the in n out standard I'm used to. read more

Super busy on a Sunday afternoon and parking lot was chaotic for both drive-thru and people dining in. I usually get the cheeseburger or double-double animal style with side of fries. Shout out to In and Out for saving the day. We visited Carmel yesterday and decided to have dinner in town. After an hour plus wait, the restaurant we wanted to eat at still had no tables available. I understand The typical chaos of the parking lot and the drive thru process, but the food was terrible and not even edible. My son wanted In-N-Out so we came to the Seaside location. First off, their service and staff are amazing and pleasant. Very professional. The drive thru line was long but went quickly. There is a lot of outdoor seating and this location also borders the Laguna Grande Lake with a walking trail. We both got the Double Double with grilled onions and the animal style fries. The burger was really good, but a bit salty. The fries were not my favorite. It just felt like chewing on cardboard. But all in all it was good and you definitely cant beat the price!! read more

What a miserable experience at In-N-Out Burger some reason the city of Seaside is now demanding In-N-Out Burger have double lanes of people waiting in the drive-through. It's causing. In n out is always a go to when hungry and there's one in the area. The drive-through was a bit chaotic, but then one of the employees came out to direct traffic, which made things a lot easier and smoother. We got 2 cheeseburger meals, both were delicious no complaints. There's plenty of parking available and service is fast. Employees were all amazing as well. read more

This is probably the BEST In N Out I have been to in terms of 1) getting orders out accurately 2) getting fries preference correctly While In N Out rarely makes mistakes on orders, I feel like this time around, it wasn't a miss at all, and all the extras were extras, and all preferences were preferenced. It was my first time tasting light-well fries the way they're supposed to be done, and it was delicious! Chaotic parking situation. I used to go here all the time with my family, but no more. Some bonehead manager made the decision to put up orange cones to block cars from parking in the back. So now paying customers only options are to park in the small number of spaces in front where there are never any spaces available, or use the drive-thru which is regularly backed up 200 ft or more on to Del Monte Ave, which means from the time you get in the very back of the line on the street, until you pick up your food and drive away, is often 30 minutes or longer. Plus it's technically illegal to park in the street in that fashion. The last time I went another customer was yelling at the girl who was standing by the orange cones because of the chaotic parking situation. The bonehead manager is clearly trying to coerce people to use the drive-thru only, so that the employees have to clean fewer tables inside the restaurant, so he can pay a few less employees on each shift. This is without a doubt the worst run In and Out burger in California. read more
