Great sandwich, good service sadly no horseradish. This is just what I've got to say I know know why I had to say more.

Had to fuel up before a 4-mile hike, and since I've cut out junk food, I went searching for something solid. Found this deli--and wow, it was exactly what I needed. I went with the pepperoni + pastrami sandwich, and it hit every craving without weighing me down. Fresh, stacked right, and one of those sandwiches that makes you sit back and go, "Alright... this was the right call." The service sealed the deal. Super friendly, patient, and genuinely warm. They let me take my time ordering, didn't rush a thing, and even brought the sandwich out to me--small touches that make a place stand out. Great food. Great hospitality. And definitely the kind of spot I'd come back to anytime I need real fuel before hitting the trail. read more

If I wrote a review every time we were here, you would think I was sponsored to write the post. My mama and I always come here after church before we go to see my dad at the cemetery and it always hits the spot this Sunday when we went in, they were slammed packed literally all the tables were filled. We were lucky enough to snag a spot while we were waiting for our food if we wouldn't have gotten that seat, we would've just sat outside in the provided seating. It is nice that they have indoor and outdoor options. The service and staff are always super friendly and I want to say the guys name is Mike with the long ponytail. He's always there on Sundays and he has a crazy infectious personality. He's literally always smiling and happy. I've never seen someone at work( especially in customer service )that is just genuinely happy. I am very thankful that he is blessed with that. Because let's just admit it he works in customer service you know not everybody is wonderful all the time and there are only certain people that can let it roll off them and keep it pushing... I'm gonna say it again just come here. I bring my mom at least twice a month. I've brought my brother also a coworker and of course my Hubby The sandwiches are fire, and the fried green beans are literally a must The only thing that kind of bothered me this time (and I have literally never had a complaint before) when I ordered my sandwich. It came hot like toasted/melted. I definitely didn't want that and I always order the same thing and it's never been offered hot either, so I thought that was kind of weird but other than that Everything was delicious. I still ate it because it was extremely busy and I didn't want to be that person while they were slammed to make such a minimal thing a big deal... I still ate it. It was still good. It just wasn't what I really wanted, but it's all good because I will always be back. read more

The staff is very friendly. The place is what you would expect from a fast food restaurant on the inside. We had subs and they are large and they definitely do not skimp on the meat and toppings, however feel like it is quite pricey for a sandwich. I will be 100 percent transparent probably won't be back just because of the price. Subs were fine but that's it, I could get a better sub elsewhere and maybe even save some money. read more

This place is amazing. The food is high quality and the portions are very large. You will it feel full and leave very satisfied. All this is in large part to the excellent management. He keeps his kitchen clean, organized and safe. He fosters an environment of kindness and welcomes everyone personally. He really takes the time to get to know his customers and remember their names. read more

Was craving a turkey sandwich and I heard good things about this deli but I was vey disappointed. I even went right when they opened up at 10am thinking the food would be fresh! The bread was stale the tomato was tomato was slimy and I didn't end up eating any of my sandwich it was that bad. Customer service was good but that's all about it. Will not be returning. read more

It was a cool vibe but the sandwiches weren't the best. Service was cool. It felt homey everything was great but food wasn't over the top good. And it was somewhat pricey. Overall I would give it 4 stars. read more

One of the best hot pastrami sandwiches I had. I was in the area for a training. Stopped to charge my car across the street. Service was great, entire place was clean as well as the restrooms. Hafa Adai, to the manager and the homie that took my order. I will definitely cm come back if I'm in the area. read more

Pleasantly surprised by the portions here. Came here for lunch and ate with my eyes. The Italian combo I got hit the spot nicely. I added sweet potato fries, which were super crispy and cooked perfectly. Then I saw they had spicy chicken sandwiches....which I'm a sucker for. I got the buffalo one, thinking it would be snack size, but man, it was huge. Bigger than a burger. And it was good too! Anyway, if I'm down in the area again, I'll definitely stop here for a sandwich. Guy working the register was super friendly too. read more

Never disappoints me like Subway does. Friendly service, clean, and yummy sandwiches. We've been coming here since they opened. We even moved a few miles out of town and it's still well-worth the drive. read more

Not sure if this is intentionally done but staff consistently "forget" to ensure all food items are included with delivery bags for door dash. I'm constantly having to ask for refunds through door dash for missing items. read more

Second time eating here. 1st time was DoorDash and the soup and sandwich was very good. 2nd time had to stop in personally and it was even better. The French dip was perfect but the service was great and friendly. It's refreshing these days to be treated like they know you and are happy to be doing their job. They care about what they served and their customers. Highly recommend. Thanks for making an out of tower feel at home. read more

Stopped in midday, after a long drive to the area. Immediately after walking in, we were greeted with a friendly hello and helpful staff. The place was clean and spacious. Our mood lifted at the prospect of a good sandwich. We ordered a large turkey, bacon, and avocado on a white roll. Since we were sharing, our server asked if we'd like to have the sandwich cut into fourths. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that the large is actually the size of 2 regular sized sandwiches anywhere else. When it arrived, we were blown away by the deliciousness. The bread was perfectly toasted. Vegetables were farm-fresh flavorful. Everything came together beautifully with the oil and vinegar drizzle. Best sandwich we've eaten in years, at an affordable price. read more

Solid sandwich chain! If we don't feel like driving into Monterey and want sandwiches, we always stop by. Decent selection, prices, and love their beer battered fries! The spicy green beans are good too, if you want to try something different. What gives this place an extra star is their best employee, Chris. His customer service is excellent every time and he really makes you feel taken care of! Give that man a raise and promotion!! read more

Tried the a small Philly cheese steak sandwich. Doesn't look too appetizing but flavors were there. Would definitely get this sandwich again. Sweat potato Fries were cold when I received them so I kindly asked them for hot ones. It's clear they used the same fries and refried then. them. When I got them back they were just greasy sweat potato fries. I didn't bother to stay and complain. Would never order any type of fries from here again. Waited 20 min for my to go order that was before they refried my fries In total almost 30 min for a small Philly and sweet potato fries. read more

Writing this because Chris deserves some acknowledgment. Sandwich was good don't get me wrong. I actually had someone else who took my order and she was very sweet. But this man Chris, calls my name hands me my sub very nice respectable. But when I sit down to eat is when I really started to notice. His attitude, the way he treated customers, clean some tables. Walked through the menu with an elderly couple, the man stole my heart. That's the employee any establishment yearns for. I really hope they get paid a decent wage because that really makes or breaks a place, and I would pay Chris double his wage to just have him great me at my own home he was that nice. Every time I've come to eat here, I've been always greeted and treated with outstanding customer service by "Chris". He sets himself and his team apart from others that I've interacted with behind the counter. Takes pride in what he does and always very customer friendly. Can't give the food a rating because there was no service. The wife and I waited at the counter and were never greeted. Ignored is a better word. As we were leaving, a younger, gentleman came in and was greeted. Sunday, 4/13/25 @ 2:00 PM. read more

I nice place to get several kinds of subs, fries and other sides. They have friendly staff. But I am MAD because they discontinued serving Diet Dr Pepper! Monday October 10, 2022 Well I decided to try Deli Delicious again this morning and that was a major mistake. The deli had 2 Mexican woman working who are rude and obviously prejudice. The Mexican lady who took my order with the braided hair was a definite bitch and should be fired. I ordered a hot tri-tip sandwich and it was nearly $18 with the tip. When I got home the sandwich is insulting. There's very little meat a few jalapeños and some melted cheese. The worst sandwich I have ever received ever. I definitely would never recommend this deli and advise anyone who is reading this to go anywhere else but here. This deli is a ripoff and the employees are asses. read more

Great service from Chris and his crew ...best sandwich and always a smile and great customer service !!!

Food is good but 35 minutes before closing they no longer allow customers to eat inside and only allow takeout. They said this is a policy that is new. Very frustrating. The intent was to eat and be done before 9 and as only customers in restaurant it is funny to think they could not manage cleaning up. Guess money is tight now and they cannot pay employees to work a minute past the closing time posted for the restaurant. Also told us the fountain drink machine was shut down so only $6 20oz fruit punch Gatorade available. read more

Came by with coworkers for a weekday lunch. Ordered a chipotle chicken and jack cheese small sandwich with the works and sweet potato fries for about $12 A small sandwich is just enough to fill you up for a mid-day lunch. Really great food and fast service. I've been ordering sandwiches from them for months now saved always consistently fantastic!!

Went in today for the first time during my lunch break. The food was fine, I got the pastrami pepperoni salami hot sandwich. When I got in there a lady was complaining about how they messed up her order yesterday and brought in the receipt and took about 5 minutes before the person who I suppose was the manager offered her a free meal, after that her order took about 10 seconds. I order next and then another person ordered after me. After about 13 minutes of waiting that had the person who ordered after me ready to go with her 3 sandwiches, while I who only ordered one had to wait 18 minutes and about half of my lunch break taken away. They seemed to know the person by name which is why I assume they took care of them first, however this will prevent me from becoming a regular at this place. read more
