I love Mountain Mike's. This location participates on the TooGoodToGo app, where I was able to pick up a $5 surprise bag. It shows a lot about a business that cares about not letting food go to waste! You would be surprised to know a majority of restaurants throw away so much food. The employee working on 01/31 afternoon was very kind and let me take home a large amount of pizza and even let me pick out my own slices and helped me package it. I appreciated the great customer service even though it's clear I wasn't paying full price for it. The pizza was hot and delicious. I tried this horrid place a few years back. The manager reached out and I got a gift card to try it again was just as horrible. My daughter goes to the gym next door and she wanted pizza so I decided I'm going to give them another shot. All we hear when we come in is screaming and yelling from the back in the kitchen. It's scares my daughter. I let the person up front know that they need to take care of that and all he did was make excuses. None of this is acceptable and no one should support this place. Shout out to fellow Yelp Elite, Brendon N for putting Mountain Mike's into my mind when I was craving pizza! Came here on a Friday night and decided to go with the Chicken Club Pizza. They had a deal for large pizza for $21.99, and this was a massive pizza. I'm a bigger fan of white sauce pizzas versus a red sauce. The chicken club comes with a garlic sauce, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, green onions and it reminds me of eating an elevated costco chicken bake, which is awesome. The only feedback I'd have is that it needed more sauce, it's not a thin crust, so the extra sauce would be my tweak to the menu. Calling in is recommended or ordering online, especially during peak times. I was quoted 30 minutes but it ended up being over an hour. It's all good though because I could tell that the staff was all pretty new and still figuring out the processes down. I think of all the chain pizzas, Mountain Mike's is definitely higher on my list, plus they always got some kind of deal going on. I'm really excited when dining fully opens back up because I saw they have a lunch buffet option for $8.99. All-you-can-eat-pizza, who says no? lol read more

Ordered from this new Mountain Mike's for the first time last night and I was not impressed. Pizza was made with wrong toppings and when it arrived, it was not hot!! I paid an extra $8.00 for the toppings that I wanted and it was wrong! I ordered 6 Buffalo wings and they had no kind of sauce on them. I paid $41 for a small pizza and 6 wings... too much! We eat here regularly with other families with kids between the ages of 2-4. Their pizzas are always a hit with the kids -- esp the cheese and chicken club pizzas. My husband can't eat dairy so we often get the plain classic chicken for him. We are so thankful for this option because it's delicious and eliminates the need for us to figure out an alternative food option for him on our pizza nights. What really shine is their service. They are so friendly and welcoming to families and large groups. Having 4 TVs that play local TV is really helpful for the kids in the age group -- prevents meltdowns while waiting for the food. read more

Incredible service from start to finished. We walked in around 10pm on a random Wednesday and was greeted with amazing kindness and patience. You can tell they love providing phenomenal service! This was our first time visiting a mountain mike's and we did a half and half medium pizza of the Everest and garlic Tucson for the 2 of us. So good and I liked that the slices are cut into smaller slices. We're not sure why we haven't visited a mountain mikes until now. We've been missing out! BEST LAST MINUTE BUFFET SERVICE!!! I called 20 minutes before the 2pm cutoff time if they still take in buffet customers. On the other phone line, Dave gracious told me to come in as long I'm in the door before the cutoff time. Upon arrival Dave and his team were very kind and even offered to make a fresh, custom-made large pizza, half veggie and half cheese, as I'm personally vegetarian and the current buffet table has meat. Though past 2pm they told me to take my time eating and to enjoy this wonderful meal. The salad bar was amazing, especially their potato salad. The fountain Drinks are included as well. In the end I was able to take home all my leftovers and the remaining custom made pizza home. Would definitely go back there again! read more

I was serviced by Patricia the cashier and Dave the manager when I went to pick up my Mountain Snowy Alps pizza. The overall experience was pleasant from the phone call to pick up. This pizza was delicious, it exceeded my expectations compared to round table, dominoes and I even had 10 extra slices after feeding 4 people. Why it was great: -The pizza was fresh, left under a heat lamp while I showed up a few minutes fashionably late. -The ingredients were PLENTIFUL. They did not skimp at all. Every bite felt like I was getting my money's worth. -The toppings must've been from whole foods. The crust, the meat, and the veggies were obviously fresh. The quality was amazing and unbeatable compared to other places. -The service. I never thought I'd know my pizza guys or cashier's but they were so kind to me. "Give him extra ranch". Most places charge extra for that but not Dave, he enthusiastically shouted to give me extra ingredients. The only improvement to the pizza would be more sauce would've been better but it was fine for other folks. The pizza did come out to be on the pricier side but you get what you pay for. Went with the family for the lunch pizza buffet on a Friday, and it was much better than expected! There were like 6 or 7 different pizzas available, with freshly baked ones regularly being added. They are not cheap with their toppings. It's a decent amount on top where as other places skim you on the ingredients. I also order the cheese bread here which is delicious. The churros are okay. The manager here is welcoming and remembers his customers... unless I really do come here a lot. He makes sure my order is right every time.
