I called and asked if we can pick up early for a office lunch and order 6 pizzas (four mountains). Not only did she come in early and accomodate my request, she included plenty of plates, napkins, cheese/peppers, and the order was right on time! We've been consistently going Dominos in Gilroy and recently stopped in (due to coupons) and gave it a try. OMG we can't stop! We'be officially ditched all pizza joints in town for this spot. Consistent quality on pizzas and occasionally rarely if they mess up they will acknowledge it BEFORE you even know and will take it off your bill or give you something else. The service priority here is off the charts. Carlos is so attentive in his service and we just love coming in and knowing we will always come out of here happy because Carlos is on the job! read more

I think the pizza can be really good when the person making the pizza takes a little pride. I have never had poor service there, but it was certainly appreciate a little more friendliness. Also if people get up and leave messes on their table, I know how busy it is in there, have somebody come out and clean off those tables? It's horrible empty tables trying to find a clean tables. Saturday May 13th we choose to give Mt Mikes another shot since the last time the Manager was nice and helping us to fix our order. This time the WIFI went down causing a delay on my pick up order. After calling 30min I go to pick up my Pizza's. The person Carlos says the order was not ready . WiFi issues and if I could wait another 10-15 min . I am already late and in a hurry to make two more stops . Carlos goes above and beyond to offer to deliver my order to my house . I politely decline. He then offers a discount for the mix up. I take the discount go make my other stops and come back. The pizza was ready and Carlos also gave a free 2-liter. So 1hr later I get home to a nice HOT and Fresh Pizza!! This place is great if you live in unincorporated Gilroy. This is the ONLY place that will deliver past city limits. In all honesty, their pizza is comparable to RT's pizza at a better value. The service has always been good but can get slow on specific days when sports/events occur. Which is to be expected....so plan accordingly. I feel so sorry for the workers here. I went in the the first time and was greeted and chatted with a worker there and he was so polite and just had a great energy. I came in a second time, and the same worker was there again. He politely and kindly said hi and as he was working, the boss was so rude to him. Me and my friend were shocked to see a boss treat this employee so badly for making us feel welcomed. Pizza was okay, but the management was horrible. read more

My family and i enjoy the pizza here. Its a fun and friendly environment and i can watch my Raider games here. The beer is not that cold but the pizza is always delicious.
