Im sure I am spelling incorrectly but the woman, I think Dilpree, was incredibly patient with my order. I called and asked if we can pick up early for a office lunch and order 6 pizzas (four mountains). Not only did she come in early and accomodate my request, she included plenty of plates, napkins, cheese/peppers, and the order was right on time! Our 45 employees were very pleased with their meal and it was all still hot from the oven! I will be ordering again soon for our next pizza party. Thank you for opening up early and accepting our order!! Other pizza places would have said no. read more

I ordered from DoorDash and the pizza is not fully cooked. The dough is raw and doughy and we are not able to eat this pizza. We are very dissatisfied with our order and DoorDash was absolutely no help. Don't waste your time here, there a plenty of other pizza places to eat at in Gilroy. read more

Had a great visit and service with this Mountain Mikes in Gilroy Ca. Place was empty and not a big wait on the Pizza. Facility was nice and clean. I was impressed so many seats available and looked pretty small from the outside but once I opened the doors it was bigger than some of the other Pizza restaurants I have visited. read more

We've been consistently going Dominos in Gilroy and recently stopped in (due to coupons) and gave it a try. OMG we can't stop! We'be officially ditched all pizza joints in town for this spot. Consistent quality on pizzas and occasionally rarely if they mess up they will acknowledge it BEFORE you even know and will take it off your bill or give you something else. The service priority here is off the charts. Carlos is so attentive in his service and we just love coming in and knowing we will always come out of here happy because Carlos is on the job! read more

I walked to order a pizza to go home around 6:10 p today after coming home from work in the Bay Area. I got their mini pizza.. 5-6 slices. The kid said to me it will take 10-15 mins I waited for A VERY LONG time almost an hr. 30 mins pass I asked if my pizza ready. The kid tells me that they just put it in the oven ?!?! The joint was empty no one was in there no one was leaving for a delivery. An hr later I get my pizza. I call to say something about this the Indian lady legit tries to tell me that A 6 SLICE pizza takes 34 mins to cook ?!?! That's a lie I told no the kid told me 10-15 mins I waited an hour to get it to find out in the middle of me waiting my pizza was just barley going in the oven. Mountain Mikes Pizza in Gilroy used to be our favorite pizza go to. A few months ago, our pizza was burnt and not a lot of toppings. We decided to try again last night, and there were not enough toppings , sauce or cheese like we knew the pizza used to be like, nor like the advertised picture of the Everest combination. They are under new ownership, probably finding their way. Hoping they will go back to making the pizza the way we loved it. read more

Brought my wife here to have dinner and the customer service is great. The atmosphere was really friendly and to top it off Carlos our server handle our order quickly and I couldn't ask for any more at a pizza parlor. This place is a must to stop by for a family dinner! read more

We just had our last pizza from this location. After being happy with the pizzas for several years, we picked one up that is undercooked, crust twice as thick as usual and un cooked in the middle. Therefore not edible. There was a lack of toppings and sauce that is normal. The flavor was not the same as before. We had a medium Mc Kinley read more

I think the pizza can be really good when the person making the pizza takes a little pride. I have never had poor service there, but it was certainly appreciate a little more friendliness. Also if people get up and leave messes on their table, I know how busy it is in there, have somebody come out and clean off those tables? It's horrible empty tables trying to find a clean tables. And when it's slow during lunch, come over with the remote control and ask someone if they'd like to watch something by their table it's not that busy. Just some suggestions, I will be back and back again and back again and leave on a positive note I love your pizza, thank you read more

I was skeptical because there were a few bad reviews, but I realize this is due to their delivery service. Perhaps they are short staffed for delivery service because the qualify of the pizza itself was good! I had a small pepperoni and sausage on a weekday night. Not too crowded and the pizza was prepared fresh. Unfortunately they don't have seated waiting area for customers so I would recommend ordering ahead then arriving early to guarantee that it's hot. I decided to wait in my car and realized they don't have a way to call me and it's possible my food could've been sitting. read more

Our family had pizza here on Friday night. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. They were patient with us as we tried to figure out which pizza pleased everyone and made helpful suggestions. If course the pizza was very good with generous amounts of pepperoni, jalapeños amd sweet pineapple! We tried the new churros for dessert, too, and they were very good! read more

Not sure why these guys have 3 stars? Their pizza is always great and their dining room has arcade games and an air hockey table. The best part is the customer service because one time a third party delivery service forgot to give me something and they remade the order at no charge! Thanks Mike's, see you next time! read more

Saturday May 13th we choose to give Mt Mikes another shot since the last time the Manager was nice and helping us to fix our order. This time the WIFI went down causing a delay on my pick up order. After calling 30min I go to pick up my Pizza's. The person Carlos says the order was not ready . WiFi issues and if I could wait another 10-15 min . I am already late and in a hurry to make two more stops . Carlos goes above and beyond to offer to deliver my order to my house . I politely decline. He then offers a discount for the mix up. I take the discount go make my other stops and come back. The pizza was ready and Carlos also gave a free 2-liter. So 1hr later I get home to a nice HOT and Fresh Pizza!! Thanks Carlos for FIXING the issue and making sure my Experience was 5-Star. You and your manager owned the mistakes no matter what and made me the customer feel like a VIP!! You guys ROCK!!! read more

We ordered for delivery: The Mt. Veggiemore and a one-topping pineapple. The Mt. Veggiemore was dee-liscious, especially the smoky bite of artichoke heart! The other group in our party usually order their pineapple pizza from Domino's but stated that this was much better than the other guys. I'm giving 5 stars for this Mountain Mike's because the pizzas were excellent and the manager, Melissa, went above and beyond to correct an issue regarding their delivery service that surfaced later. Would definitely order from them again if we're in the area craving pizza. read more

This place is great if you live in unincorporated Gilroy. This is the ONLY place that will deliver past city limits. In all honesty, their pizza is comparable to RT's pizza at a better value. The service has always been good but can get slow on specific days when sports/events occur. Which is to be expected....so plan accordingly. They have a lunch buffet special, salad bar and a good selection of beers. They also host events. read more

Ordered online to be delivered at hotel. No problem with order and delivery process. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and garden salad. Bread on pizza was not great tasting, I've had better. Pepperonis were uniquely small and taste good so kids found that interesting and new. Garden salad had big chunks of veggies and didn't appreciate that since I had no knife and had to share the salad with 4 people. Overall, I've had better tasting pizzas. I would not order from here again unless it's the only pizza place option. read more

I feel so sorry for the workers here. I went in the the first time and was greeted and chatted with a worker there and he was so polite and just had a great energy. I came in a second time, and the same worker was there again. He politely and kindly said hi and as he was working, the boss was so rude to him. Me and my friend were shocked to see a boss treat this employee so badly for making us feel welcomed. Pizza was okay, but the management was horrible. read more

My review will probably go up a star when the buffet returns or they take down the buffet signage off the window.

My family and i enjoy the pizza here. Its a fun and friendly environment and i can watch my Raider games here. The beer is not that cold but the pizza is always delicious. We order it cooked 5min longer so it adds crispyness! Sooo melty and just the right crunch. My favorite is the combination. Cant go wrong. The games are a little hard butat least there is games. The conditioner broke but good thing winter is coming. Overall we love this place. read more

Ordered a large half and half pizza, person who took my order said it would be ready in an hour. We felt that we had been waiting for it to arrive till I decided to call and get status. While I was on the phone my friend decides to go outside. He noticed that the pizza was left on our patio. We opened the box and it was cold. I decided to complain and the employee mention if we can take it back and that they will make an other one. What bad service couldn't believe she this was the best offer they could offer from a well known brand like Mikes. I told they could at least offer us to bring an other one and take this one back. Very disappointing service from Mikes. Now were here reheating it kn our oven. Should of got pizza from 7 11. Not sure what types of morons work there but i would not order from them or recommend F- TO BAD I I CANT USE LESS STARS. read more
