After I completed the form, she told me two pages were missing and made me fill them out again, which wasted a lot of time and caused unnecessary frustration. As I was just finishing, she told me the customer behind me would be helped first because my transaction "took too long," even though the delay was caused by missing paperwork on her part. When entering my address, she mistyped the letter U as N. While handwriting can sometimes be unclear, she did not confirm with me before printing everything. When I asked for a pen to correct it, she refused and said she typed exactly what I wrote, without taking responsibility for verifying such an important detail. I cannot pay over $100 in postage with an incorrect address. She showed no willingness to correct the mistake or help resolve the issue. This lack of care, accuracy, and customer service is unacceptable.
