Newish, clean Post Office. However, the customer service is horrible. There was only one person in fron of me so I thought I'd be done in 2 minutes. Instead the worker chatted with the customer in front of me about the weather and cold remedies. No big deal, probably a regular I thought. Then she proceeded to go in the back and chat with another worker for a few minutes. Then came back and chatted with a different co-worker for another few minutes, all while I waiting in line. Totally ignoring me, a paying customer. If this is the "service" we can expect from the USPS, yes, they should shut down the offices and lay off these lazy workers. read more

The person who was working there was extremely rude and arrogant. Kicked me and this other lady out and was very very lazy and even started arguing with us. Only when I saw the others reviews left made me realize that I wasn't the only one. I only needed to drop off a package and the worker was making such a big deal. read more

There was no line when I went in which is always nice . There is usually a long line here. I had asked a lady a question. She said she couldn't answer my question as she was playing with her hair. I felt she wasn't even listening to me because she was distracted by her hair. I called USPS and they were able to help with my question. Just don't say can't help you. At least refer me to USPS phone number. read more

Quote my husband "the best postal worker I have ever met works here." The post office moved from its large location nearby to the strip mall area. At first I was hesitant for the downsizing but I really had no reason to worry. This is why I love this location over any of the others in an 8 mile radius: 1) Lines are usually short no matter what time of day I go. 2) Customer service is awesome (10 stars if it was an option). 3) Parking is plentiful. 4) It's close to grocery shopping, dining and ice cream! Bottom line, everyone I know dreads going to the post office. I don't have that feeling anymore now that I can go to this location! This Post office is usually short staffed and very knowledgeable and friendly. However we can only get our mail when the doors are open. Before they left the door open after hrs so people could access their mail boxes. Of course the main office was closed. There was no explanation why that was done. Now we get a notice in the mail that the rates have gone up when theyre already high. That's not right. In that case , we should be able to access our mail after hrs like before. read more

I hate coming to this usps. But for SOME returns it's required for me to go to a usps and this is the closest to my house. I showed up in person both ladies were rude. They gave an attitude when asking questions. They don't explain anything! Fast forward, I'm calling for my package to see where it is and they don't pick up. I literally called 10 times and they finally picked up, when I asked about my package, Davinder right away "hello what do you need" with an attitude. Asked about my package and she said she doesn't know that I need to call the third party so I asked for the third party info and she said she didn't know to google it. Okay, google what? She said she didn't know and proceeded to hang up. Do not come here! If you need to go to a usps go to a different one. This one is TERRIBLE! read more

For over 3 years I had no problems accessing my PO Box in San Lorenzo. As of 2 weeks ago the doors to the lobby and PO boxes are locked and I cannot get my mail - several attempts made. I tried to call the main number, but was left on hold for an hour - only to be hung up on before I got to a person. I tried to email, but because my question didn't fit one of their canned responses, my email wasn't pushed through. I finally stood in line for 30 minutes at another post office to try to get info. I was given several numbers, one of which worked. She told me their hours might have changed. This isn't on their door or online. So I am left to guess how to gain access to a box I pay almost $100 a year for and am denied collecting business checks to deposit prior to year end. DO BETTER USPS! A simple hand-written sign on the door would go far to keep frustrated patrons at bay. read more

I have yet to have any of my packages mailed efficiently to my apartment. I get notices that are inaccurate where packages are being marked delivered when they're not or that my packages are at the post office when they're not or that they're not updated because the mailer failed to scanned and upkeep records. It's frustrating having to wait more than week past the delivery due date and calling the headquarters multiple times just to get a package. read more

USPS is like another DMV-- no one usually likes being here. I recently moved to the area, but this has GOT to be the worst post office I have ever been into in my entire life. I've been here about three times and each time, I've noticed the same rude lady yelling at customers and giving them a ridiculous attitude. I very rarely give one star, but I'm sorry, you're not supposed to treat customers this way. Today was the day it was my turn to be served by this woman.. by name VICTORIA. If you could, avoid her at all times! I just came to pick up a package because I had an orange slip attached to my mailbox to pick up the package. Note that everything on the package (first and last name) were identical to the delivered box and my driver's license. NOTE that my DRIVER'S LICENSE has my IDENTICAL signature. NOTE that I did not lose or gain weight, so I look exactly what I look like on my driver's license. The only thing not matching was my changed address since I stated I JUST moved to the area. I already filed the change online with the DMV but have not received my new card in the mail yet, but VICTORIA proceeded to yell at me saying, "YEAH, YOU SHOULD DO IT. NEXT TIME YOU COME HERE, I WON'T GIVE THIS TO YOU." She clearly was NOT listening to anything I was saying.. I even requested a customer survey but she stated she could not give me one unless I bought something from the post office. I suppose to got the hint that I was irritated because at the end, she suddenly started speaking to me "sweetly." Nope, nope, and NOPE. It doesn't work that way. I'm now filing a customer complaint on USPS directly. read more

i am sad to report that this post office has a carrier that is not only unfriendly, unprofessional and rude but i consider him a dangerous person. i asked him why he did not pick up my outgoing mail? his response can only be described as "going postal". yelling, cursing spitting, like a mad dog. this is why these employees end up working for USPS. they could never be hired in any free market business. his unprofessional psychotic behavior is standard procedure in the federal government, and worse yet, tolerated. so sad that this is what happens when you hire idiots, and never fire them. read more

Waited in line for a half hour, no biggy since it's Christmas week. But when "Art" came back from lunch, he was rude. I put our small package down, and tells us to put it in his pile of packets to be delivered. As my husband tries to ask if he can have a receipt for dropping the package off, Art rudely cuts him off and says no. When my husband tried to speak again, referring to the package being work related and how he was told to get a recipe at drop off, Art again interrupts to say he can give him a drop off reciept for $1.30 (something like that). That guy is awful. No "hello", just "put that there", and "no". What a dreadful human. read more

No stars if I could. So I came by the post office to see why there was no attempt and delivering my mail, and the guy just laughs at me and tells me that their post guy does that all the time. He said that he'd often just walk up to a house and leave a failure to deliver notice and never even try to deliver packages.
