I guess carpet cleaning only includes vacuuming. The exterior was fairly clean, but there were still a lot of dead bugs on the front of my car. Three stars is mostly for the staff that helped me, they were so nice. I'll probably give them another chance as they are one of the only full-service washes in the area, but I hope for a much better wash next time around.

After waiting an hour and a half, I checked on the progress and saw the tire hadn't even been touched. When I asked what was going on, they made up an excuse that "the tire thread was too little" when they are racing tires with a thread wear of 100. That's something they could have told me immediately instead of letting me sit there for no reason. On top of the wasted time, I watched several concerning safety issues in the shop. Their lifting practices were careless, and at one point they had a mustang tilted sideways on the alignment rack. The entire experience showed a lack of communication, professionalism, and basic shop safety. I wouldn't trust them with any repairs after this, should've left much sooner.

Throughout my conversation with Justin, I noticed how customer service oriented he was. During the inspection, Justin found that the brake fluid was really low and dirty. I had just had a different auto shop inspect my brakes, and they said they were fine. They must not have checked the brake fluid! Justin also found 2 nails in a tire, and cupping in the back tires. Last week, I went to a tire shop for the rotation and balancing of the tires. They did not notice the nails in the front tire, or the cupping in the back tires.
