Total nightmare. In a moment of panic, I called Sebastian, who was recommended by an old family friend. To my surprise, he picked up, even though it was well past business hours and he did not know my phone number. He was super friendly, and genuinely helpful over the phone. I told him what was going on, and he reassured me that he could take care of it. Sure enough, he showed up, diagnosed the issue (bad alternator) on the spot, for free, then went out to a 24-hour parts store, came back, and replaced it right there--all within a couple of hours. I was back on the road that same night. I've got serious trust issues when it comes to mechanics. I've dealt with shops that oversell, overcharge, and take forever to do the simplest things. But Sebastian is a breath of fresh air. No upselling, no games--just honest, fast, skilled work from someone who clearly cares. If you're tired of overpriced shops or shady mechanics, call Sebastian.
