Just had brunch here and sat at the bar with McKenna as our bartender. This was one of the best experiences we have had, she was so friendly, amazing service and they were great to put the football game on for us. We will be back for another weekend brunch there soon! read more

Same as another reviewer, there was really no wait at all. Came in at 10:00 on New year's Eve day. Server was very fast and attentive and was running several tables pretty expertly, running back and forth between the kitchen making sure everything was just right. I ordered a parfait which was a good size - sometimes they are huge and I just can't eat it all in one setting. Only thing was it was made with quark I am pretty sure. I wasn't prepared for that, but it was ok I guess. Fruit in it was fresh and the granola was tasty. My husband ordered avocado toast, scrambled eggs, and sausage patties. The avocado toast had a lemon vinaigrette he had me try and it was delicious. Eggs were fine. Sausage was mediocre. Not very flavorful. Perks: overall great food, free WiFi, 5% cash back via Yelp check in. Our waitress also apologized for the wait on ringing up the card (which was not bad at all) and offered us a coffee or other drink to go. Very thoughtful. To work on: maybe listing it as quark in the parfait description on the menu and getting some more flavorful sausage. read more

Yikes. Service was terrible, the drinks were sub par and the food was presented well but bland and stale. It was clean but the table salt was contaminated. Even the fries were undercooked. Just a bummer. read more

The place is very clean and neat Food was very clean and healthy and the wait staff was great too. I enjoyed the homemade jam and espresso was great too. read more

I traveled to Tempe for business and went here every morning. I LOVE breakfast! The food is incredible and the service is top notch. We had an awesome waitress named Kennedy every time we went, and she was the best!! read more

I absolutely LOVE Morning Squeeze! They have amazing sweet and savory options. My favorite menu items are the Overnight Oats, Belgian Waffle, and the Morning Squeeze Omelet. The outdoor patio is spacious and pet-friendly. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make sure your visit is memorable. Kennedy is my regular server and does an exceptional job each and every time I stop by. If you haven't been to Morning Squeeze yet, make sure to have a meal there soon! read more

It's our first visit. The breakfast sandwich and devil eggs made the impression. Mushroom and asparagus went so well with the sandwich. Definitely a must try! Classic egg Benedict is up to standard but not quite impressive as much. I appreciate our sever recommending the sandwich. Her service is great too! My 1 star cost is for the time taking to have our food. It takes quite longer than a usual breakfast place although our visit already at 11am. read more

Food wasn't great but still edible & we waited on drinks what seemed like forever. Service was lazy. I kept hearing conversations between manager and employees that should've been private. This location is definitely mid read more

Great food, and fantastic service! Hard not to feel happy when everyone here is so nice. I totally recommend the breakfast tacos.

I was debating on whether or not to give this place three stars or four, but like to give newer restaurants the benefit of the doubt. The good: this place is super cute and I thought the food was perfectly fine and the prices were reasonable. Their $4.00 mimosa flight is a great deal, and it's a great place to go before game day or just to start off a fun day. My roommates and I loved that. There's also a parking garage right next to it and street parking on Mill, so that makes it easy parking wise. The not so good: We sat at our table outside (it was 103 outside) for 25 minutes before being given water. We almost left because we were so hot and thirsty. Someone who was not our waitress finally came over and just took over from there. Luckily, our new waitress (who I think was actually a hostess) was friendly and got our food to come out somewhat fast. It wasn't super busy either, so I'm just going to attribute this to the restaurant being relatively new. Hopefully if I come back again, this won't happen and hopefully I can find a spot inside. read more

Would have been 5 stars if the AC worked.... Service was amazing!! But the temperature was disgusting.

Layla was our main point of contact for our service and she did an amazing job. She is the backbone of this establishment and every person who comes into Morning Squeeze should be honored with this type of service. 5 stars all the way around. We had a group of 10 and everyone was treated with kindness and respect. read more

Enjoyed brunch. I had a veggie omelet which was very well prepared. So many times when you get an omelet with egg whites and vegetables it is runny. This one was cooked to perfection! We split an order of the Nutella pancakes and they were light and yummy! Tip: You can make a reservation on Open Table so you don't have to wait for a table when it is busy. Sorry for no food photos, but we were hungry and the food was good! read more

I want to start off by saying...this place rocks! I've been to every location, and each time I am greeted with a warm and friendly smile. The service is always top notch, and the staff really do go above and beyond for their patrons. My go to meal is the veggie omelette (add cheddar) and I can say that I've never been disappointed...but honestly everything on the menu is so tasty! I recommend to anyone looking for a fun, exciting brunch/breakfast spot! read more

Hot food came out cold, waitress was unapologetic, and wasn't very good anyway. Smoothie was clearly from a machine and "like Costco's" per my son, and parfait was overly sweet. read more

I would like to take the time to share my experience as a routinely Sunday morning breakfast go-er to all restaurants across the valley. I have been to morning squeeze several times over the past year and generally the experience is so-so. Decent food, decent customer service, decent wait time. It's generally a place my boyfriend and I like to go if we woke up late, or just need a default. Now today, definitely ended my experience of wanting to come back. After entering the building the hostess (which was very friendly) seated us outside at a table between the bars. Now I understand that it may be hard to see us with a big brick wall next to us, blocking the view of seeing a table for the waiter, but this was a very slow morning. We ended up waiting a solid 10 mins for our drink order just to be taken, and that was after the fact, I had to get up and grab the hostess to ask for a waiter. We ended up ordering 2 waters and a Americano (unfortunately to say, the water was the best thing out of this whole service). When we got the Americano back, I have never seen so many coffee grounds on the side of the cup and I'm sure at the bottom.. (my boyfriend didn't even make it halfway through the drink because of the taste). We then both ordered the eggs my way. When it came out (delivered by someone else of the staff) my boyfriend had received an untoasted English muffin, hash browns with sea salt over them, eggs and sausage, with a cute little orange slice. I had received uncooked scrambled eggs, uncooked hash browns (no sea salt), toast, and bacon, no orange slice. Now, just by judging the plates, mine seemed nothing but an after thought. All we had to put on our toast was butter, and we received a little side of ketchup (leading to the only real flavor on the whole plate). Our waiter never checked on us, so we couldn't ask for any jelly, or anything that we may need.. the only time he came back was when he dropped off the bill. Needless to say, it was mediocre service and we will not be returning. Hopefully this review has helped on where you can improve as a company. read more

The food was so delicious! Loved the brunch and mimosa flight. The Eggs Benedict was bomb!

Laney is the absolute best here. Such great service and super friendly. I got the carne asada eggs benedict and it was soooo good. great drinks too i would really recommend! read more

Looks can be deceiving,... a slow Tuesday afternoon in August. Too hot to be outside under the misters,... let's go inside and enjoy the AC !!! On the inside, the floor plan is well organized, brightly lit with fresh furniture and fixtures. The first thing that greets you at the door beyond the welcoming smile and polite demeanor of the hostess, -is a thick stench of raw sewage; -not processed like week old Chinese leftovers, but a potpourri of feces and vomit in a soup of briny urine. The Hostess says with a smile,... "Don't worry,... -you'll get used to it" and, we probably would have if, it didn't take 47 minutes to get our food entrees. By then, not only was the aroma embedded in our nostrils but, I swear,.. I could taste the pungent flavor in the water and my sandwich as well. The entrees we ordered, a Free Bird and The Reuben were of standard kitchen fare. The Free Bird item appeared appetizing until you realized it was dry as plywood and fried into oblivion. The Reuben. Nothing special here. -For a second, I thought, I got 2nd prize or something worse. Both came with Plain-Jane unseasoned fries,... The Free Bird plate was bursting with color and full. The Reuben made me feel like, a 2nd place loser with a participation award. Anosmians and Ageusians Anonymous,... this place is definitely for YOU read more

This place is okay. I like the outdoor seating and patio area. The service was not very good. Food was average at best and a little on the pricey side for what you get. Was told the wait was 20mins for a group of 4- we ended up waiting a little over 1 hour with no explanation. You can bring your dog on the patio so that's another plus. Apparently this location is better than the one in Scottsdale. read more

I tried this for the first time. Wasn't impressed by it. They only have one type of potatoes and they were not good at all, to much spices, wish they had regular hash browns. My english muffin one side was burnt. But the scrambled eggs were good! And of course the PRICE was so high I don't think I'll order from there again for me not a good place for breakfast, no varieties at all! read more

So went last week and didn't review because every new restaurant needs to work out the kinks. I came in today, went to bar and sat for 10 mins, no water, no menu, no greet! So i packed up and let the hostess know about my situation. "Sorry, thanks for coming in" ahhhhh am I missing something! The only good thing about this place is the OJ is like crack and it's always under shade (not like my attitude) but it's cover completely #nosun I know it's summer and it's slow but pick up guys/gals. read more

I hate writing bad reviews but I had to communicate this, I have been to the morning squeeze for the third and last time. 1st experience: long wait and food was cold 2nd experience: long wait because the forgot to put in my order and the food was ok. 3rd and last experience: I wanted to give them another chance because the location in right across the street from my apartment and I was given a 9 dollar gift card. I actually timed it and after waiting 20 minutes at my table, no server in sight. The table next to me said the server only came by once and they were disappointed. I just left! read more

Vibes immaculate. Food spectacular. Drinks phenomenal. $9 mimosa flights and amazing bagels. Music is always spot on. Our server Anna was amazing and the general manager as well 10/10. Always bringing friends and family in and will forever recommend Morning Squeeze. Tempe location is amazing, definitely preferred over the Scottsdale location, more patio seating. But overall the company as a whole is truly the best. By far our favorite restaurant spot. (Mimosas definitely started to hit while typing this review but we love this restaurant all the same) read more

Meh. Took a long time to even get the server to take our order and then over an hour to get our food. Sadly when we got our food it wasn't super great just so so. The mimosa flight was good and very cute theming. I just wish the food was better. Kinda dry. read more

Morning Squeeze - Mimosa Flight - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Tempe, Arizona

Ordered from grub hub today and the food was prepared well and I was pleasantly surprised by the potatoes! Omelette was soft and cooked well, not over done. The jolt smoothie was too strong with the peanut butter but overall it's fine, hope to enjoy the restaurant when the pandemic is over! read more

This place may not be anything to write home about, but it was a solid stop for a quick or light morning bite and maybe some breaky booze. The food is pretty simple and although there aren't really any solid vegan options, you can definitely make somethings work if you're not an egg person. I thoroughly enjoyed a mimosa flight with 3 different flavors - all delicious, but the orange juice was suspiciously neon yellow colored which was odd-looking but still tasted good! In all, the ambiance is cool and fairly quiet and the space is open with a misted patio and bar. Plus, really nice service overall, however, behind the bar they kept smashing champagne bottles into the trash which was kind of startling and loud multiple times throughout breakfast. I would recommend for a chill weekend breakfast or brunch.(: read more

I come to Tempe for business quite a bit and have noticed that this town really likes its breakfast places, and I was excited to see a new one that was so close to the downtown area to where I was staying. It seemed a little difficult to find while walking on the street, but once inside, it's setup like a very bright and happy diner. Lots of oranges, yellows, and greens, and plenty of bar seating and bouncy booths. All of the servers seem to all be super athletic and make me feel super inspired to have the right food to start my day off right! I came in at around 7:45 on a weekday and it was probably 25% full. Food was fast - I got the Cross Fit - and the water was plentiful (mostly because the containers are ridiculously enormous and if I didn't work out myself, I probably wouldn't be able to lift it because my hand would be too small to hold it). The portions are quite large. One of my favorite parts was the whole wheat toast - it's from Wildflower bakery and I thought it was absolutely delicious. Great touch! Overall, really liked this place and will probably come back again when I'm in town next. read more

I definitely love this place. The only reason why I give it a lower rating is because if you are having a family brunch, you may want to go to the Phoenix location. We we around a lot of ASU students, and also went on a Saturday morning so unfortunately because of that it was quite busy and loud as well. read more

Morning squeeze is officially one of my top 5 favorite breakfast spots in Tempe. I took my girlfriend for brunch here, and she absolutely adored the place! The interior aesthetics were really nice and felt welcoming. The patio is great to hangout, relax and enjoy the weather. Being welcomed with amazing customer service, you'll enjoy your experience. For each of the waitresses are so welcoming and always smiling. Our waitress Mercedes was really kind and attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed and even helped my girlfriend decide on what she wanted. I fully recommend the crepe with Nutella and strawberry's, though I was only able to sneak a bite from my girlfriend. She absolutely loved it, though I don't like really sweet things, it tasted really good. read more

Honestly ... very mediocre place compared to others in Tempe. I've been about 3 times, very inconsistent each time. I expected better today, with all the COVID-19 protocols and such. However, bathrooms were disgusting, hardly any soap in the dispenser. The first glass of water i got which was about 15 min wait with no server coming to the table had a dead bug on the rimand then half way through the meal, a daddy long leg spider crawled on the wall right next to my face!! Just kinda grossed out tbh... as far as the food/service, pretty average nothing special ... read more
