I asked it to be rare and it came medium. The eggs were scrambled and tasty. The potatoes were small red potatoes that were quartered and they were good as well. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meal. The service was very good - the food was delivered without much wait and the server kept checking in with us fairly often. Went here early on a Wednesday morning because it was close to my house and I wanted to try it out. We're seated right away as there were a few customers but not to busy. The waitress took a little bit longer to coming to our table considering there were maybe 5 tables seated in the restaurant. She took our order right away and and the food came out promptly. I find it to be a happy medium between pancakes and a healthy breakfast like a protein shake. They were YUMMY! They were massive fluffy and had a hint of vanilla and cinnamon. My fiancé had a southwestern omelet that came out looking stunning. Fresh avocado, pulled pork and a sauce that forced me to reach over and snag a bite. Apart from the great food and beverage options the environment is great. The music isn't too loud to have a conversation so this is now added to my list of breakfast spots for business meetings. When you walk by a near empty restaurant at 7:00am on a Sunday but the smell is so good you have to cross the road. I am so glad I crossed over. Everything tastes homemade from the crispy but soft potatoes, the toast with a preserve that I can't describe, the butter looked it was churned in the back.
