Came here looking to catch a vibe on a Saturday night but it was a dud. Had a drink, which as good, sat for while watching the game and departed

Party for 1 on 10/7/2025 went wonderful! It was a Tuesday evening and I was seated right away. I made it time for Happy Hour and therefore order the Berry Fresca. This drink was refreshing and was provided in a mason jar which I loved. I ordered the BBQ Pulled Chicken sandwich along with the collard greens and potatoe salad as my sides. My food came out in a timely manner and I was also provided with extra sauce on the side. The food was absolutely delicious and satisfying. I ordered a glass of Sparkling Rose Wine which was also refreshing. I managed to save room for dessert; Molten Cake with Vanilla ice cream. The waiter was attentive and nice throughout my experience here. I will definitely return here without a doubt for either dining in or for take out.

The food was delicious. The only issue I had was my bread was toasted to much. They replaced it quickly. The night I went the played trivia games which was fun. It definitely had a good vibe.

If you love BBQ, do yourself a favor and get to Morgan's. Everything we ordered hit the spot and then some. We had the ribs (so tender they fell off the bone), flavorful BBQ wings, perfectly crispy fries, buttery cornbread, and baked mac & cheese that was creamy, cheesy, and soul-warming. Every bite tasted like it was made with care and serious flavor. The portions were generous, the food came out hot, and the vibe was super laid-back and welcoming--perfect for a casual meal that still feels like a treat. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. If you're a fan of good BBQ done right, Morgan's is it. Already planning my next visit!

Service was okay however the waiter was in a rush to go home because his shift ended in 10 minutes after we were seated no shade his words not mines. How to describe the dishes, it was barbecue, but the taste in the chicken revolve around the flavor in the skin. The chicken was tender. The mac & cheese didn't have enough salt, however the bacon mac & cheese was very good. The smoked sausage was nice tender, but it wasn't cut they grilled a huge link no sauce, nothing.

I was here for Happy Hour/Dinner with my friend and it was amazing! We definitely got the bang from our buck! We shared the Nachos, Chicken Wings, Smoked Chicken Platter with Mac n Cheese and Coleslaw, Key Lime Pie, Molten Brownie, the Prospect Punch, and the Texas Two-Step drink. The staff were very friendly and the ambiance was really down to earth!

We came for a late dinner and the food and service was phenomenal. The ribs were really good. I highly recommend the pork belly!

Great happy hour stop. I had wings at a dollar a wings but you have to buy a minimum of 6 wings. I had the mango habenero. It was a good crisp but not much flavor. I also had the nachos. Those were top 5 amazing flavors. The cocktails were priced well and tasted good. All the staff was super friendly. Im glad I was walking by and decided to stop in.

honestly, a very solid barbecue option in new york city. i passed it on a bunch of occasions and considered trying it many times, especially because the outdoor seating looks so cute. i tried the chicken platter, which honestly was enough for two people. the chicken had a nice char on the outside but was moist on the inside. the platter came with coleslaw and mac & cheese, which were honestly just all right. i felt like they lacked seasoning, but to be honest, for barbecue in new york, a pretty solid option. also, a little bit more on the expensive side, most meals are ~ $30s. i had no trouble finding a seat for a table for four on a saturday evening.

I came for their $30 dinner three-course Restaurant Week promo. Decent food, recommend the wings and juicy chicken with that spicy green sauce. Fall-off-the-bone ribs, but needed more flavor. Spicy BBQ sauce was a hit! Drinks were solid, but the mac and cheese didn't impress. We had *Frito Chili Pie *Smoked Bbq Wings *Smoked Half Chicken w/Mac and Cheese and coleslaw *Pork Rib Platter with grilled corn and Mac and Cheese * Flatbush Fizz ( vodka, Straw Jam, Basil, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and Sparkling Rose *Texas Two Step (Whiskey, Sweet Tea and Lemon) *Prospect Punch *Key Lime Pie *Chocolate Brownie That Flatbush fizz was so good. Very refreshing and the flavors were well-balanced. I also enjoyed my Texas two-step . And the prospect punch is very similar to a rum punch. FSummer happy hour, their drinks are half off cocktails and they also have outdoor dining.

I came here on a Monday during happy hour in June. I wanted a peaceful dinner with a great non-alcoholic beverage and that's what I got. I people watched and saw lovely couples enjoy their meals and drinks, as well as singles dining out. There was great service with a friendly face. I devoured the chicken sandwich with their spicy and sweet barbecue sauces made in Brooklyn. An excellent authentic experience from somebody that used to live in Atlanta.

I went for restaurant week 2/10/26 to catch the $30 meal and I wasn't disappointed. My whole objective was to try the brisket tacos and I was almost denied the tacos because the dinner menu was the only one available. But regardless the staff was able to accommodate me and still make the tacos. I went during happy hour so I also got a Texas two step that was half priced. The sweet tea was definitely sweet and it hid the alcohol well enough to sneak up on you. I got the lunch menu 3 course meal and I ordered the naked wings sauced half BBQ and half buffalo, the brisket tacos and a chocolate chip cookie in a skillet pan topped with a little vanilla ice cream. Morgans BBQ sauce is amazing, not too tangy not too sweet. Just right. So it made the wings and the brisket tacos even better. The brisket tacos were packed with brisket with a little Pico de gallo for spice. The added BBQ and Mexican flavors made me wonder why it's not a thing already. Can't describe how flavorful the tacos were. They were just amazing. The cookie ended the meal nicely. It was slightly crunchy on top but soft and gooey in the middle. Overall the whole meal was a 9 or 10. My only gripe is the brisket tacos are not available on the regular menu. If management reads this, please add those brisket tacos at least for happy hour, I promise you'll make a killing. It has to be apart of the menu not only for restaurant week. But I will return again to try the other BBQ options just based off the tacos.

The service was nice, and the margarita was better than the frizz ( I think that's the name of the drink). But it was good overall. I got the brisket sandwich a bit on the spicy side. Also got fried Oreos that were delicious. The place was cool, and rock music was played. I sat outside and had space to sit inside, too. Yes, the bathroom was clean too.

    Do you have happy hour?

Hi, Michelle. We have a great happy hour. It is Monday thru Friday 5-7pm. All appetizers and drinks are half price at the bar only.

What happened to the baked potato side? I no longer see it on the menu

Hi, thank you for asking. We are delivery only while we rebuild from the fire. We will begin to offer the baked potato again when the dinner reopens in the next month.

Will you have an individual thanksgiving menu on Thanksgiving Day?

Thanks for asking. We will be serving a traditional Thanksgiving menu for individuals. We will also have our regular menu.

Nice happy hour and a large chocolate drink selection I was at this unique Guatemalan (ish) restaurant a while back with one of my groups. I said "ish" because the menu has dishes from all over, ranging from sandwiches to BBQ ribs to Guatemalan and Mexican soups. It's out there, and even though not everything works that well, it's fun, and if you can't find something you want to order here, you probably shouldn't go out to restaurants. There was also live jazz music that night, which was loud but nice to listen to. Since it was happy hour, a bunch of us got drinks. I went with a maracuya margarita, which was decent; someone else had a jalapeño margarita, someone had a beer, and someone had a mojito. There were a few nice hot sauces on the table, with the red one reminding me of salsa macha as it had a smoky kick and a spicier green sauce reminiscent of ají verde. They gave us some complimentary blue corn chips and a very mild black bean dip, which was tasty enough and hard to complain about, as it was free. From the appetizers, we got the Hot Figs for $15.95, consisting of honey goat cheese, corn tortilla chips, and plum + pumpkin seeds. This was a unique and fun blend and reminded me more of something you would find in a wine bar. The mix of sweet and salty, with a bit of crunch from the seeds, was nice. This was good, and I would recommend it for a table rather than for a solo diner. There was also The Zingy Salad for $21.95, featuring zucchini spirals, yuzu, tomato, onion, cilantro, pumpkin seeds, and a jalapeño infusion. $18.95. The salad was fine with a bit of crunch and a mild spiciness. It was fine, though a bit wet, for lack of a better word. The best dishes of the night were the soups, which each had its own distinct flavor profile. My sight presence went to the Pepián for $21.95, consisting of chicken, pumpkin/sesame seeds, green tomatillo, cinnamon, cumin, black pepper, carrots, chili coban/pasta/guaque, and potato + rice. There was plenty of tender chicken inside, with the soup having a nice roasted flavor with some spice and a bit of sourness. The potatoes and rice on the bottom added more sustenance to this dish. Almost equally delicious was the Caldo Tlalpeño Rojo for a dollar more with shredded chicken, tomato, black pepper, garlic, onions, peas, chickpeas, corn, achiote, chipotle, Monterey jack cheese, and crunchy blue corn tortilla chips. By comparison, this was a bit heartier, with the melted cheese and shredded tortilla chips inside, similar to soups found in Mexican cuisine. While I also liked the mix of veggies a bit more in this one, as it added a bit more texture, I still slightly preferred the flavor of the other soup, as I usually prefer a bit more spice. The rest of the food was fine. The TPC sandwich for $19.95 with chicken, peanut butter, coconut cream, ginger, cilantro, pickled carrots, and lime was fine. For the number of ingredients, I found it a bit sweet, likely from the cream and the peanut butter mix. The bread was nice, but it also fell apart. It came with a nice side salad with a good vinaigrette. The most expensive at $24.95 were the Slow Cooked BBQ Ribs, consisting of baby back ribs with rice and beans. The ribs were almost a bit too tender as they lacked any bite, which was nice, but the sauce was a bit too generic tasting, reminding me of Sweet Baby Ray's or something similar. The rice and beans were standard. This was also OK. Next came some dessert. There was first the $12.95 Rosemary Churros served with dulce de leche & chocolate dips. While I'm not sure if it worked, the rosemary did add a unique smell and a bit of flavor, and at least it wasn't generic. The churros themselves were hot, and the sauces were standard, with my preference being the dulce de leche. I also ordered a Champurrado for $7.95, which was fine. It wasn't as thick as I expected, though perhaps the style is a bit different than the champurrados I rarely buy from Mexican street carts. The chocolate flavor was very nice, though, and I like that it wasn't too sweet. Another person got a $4 Alfajor, which I got a bite of, which was standard. This place is a bit hard to rate. The two soups were wonderful, I liked the appetizers, and I found a couple of the other dishes just OK. Overall, it was a good meal, but I'm not craving to go back. This would be the perfect 3.5, but I'll round up as that doesn't exist.

The eggs rothko was buttery and flavorful but still managed to not feel too heavy. The broiled tomatos on the side were a nice touch to contrast the egg and toast from the main dish.
