A quick and heart-felt thank you and commendation to the guys at Moore Cadillac in Chantilly, VA, collision repair group. Hooray Henry and Zack!!! So I came home from work the other day 10/27/16 and found my roofing company half way into a total roof replacement. They said they wouldn't start until tomorrow, due to impending rain. My stomach churned at the worry of rain on a partially unprotected roof. Anyway, I digress. I drive into my garage in my beater (daily driver) and am horrified by what I see. My beloved "fair weather" ride, that I go to such great lengths to protect is covered with drywall dust and crumbs and over-head is a large hole through the garage ceiling. I gasp at the scrapes and scuffs from the top of my cars roof all the way down the rear quarter-panel. I'm later able to piece together with the roofer's proj.mgr. that while replacing sub-roof (plywood) one of the crew stepped through the ceiling of the garage sending a 1 foot square piece of drywall bouncing numerous times down my formerly pristine car. I was livid and could barely talk to the roofing proj. mgr. about the course of action. The next morning, I finally get the fortitude to look better at the damage in sunlight. While I was still inconsolable, I started calling possible repair places, decided that Moore Cadillac would be a good call as I knew they had a collision repair shop. So I show up and meet Zack and he calls over Henry, the finish guy to look at it. Henry just grabs his equipment and starts to go to work on the scuffs and within no time he had my car looking like the day it was delivered from the showroom. Henry knows his finish products and techniques and Zack knows the estimating end. Ultimately they said that the repair was quicker than the estimate and processing, etc. and I could not have felt better. These guys turned a horrible event into a new relationship. I will forever refer folks to these guys as they know what customer service is. I can tell you from a lot of experience, that trait something many customer service people really do not grasp. I too, am in the customer service industry and know of what I speak. Trust me, take your baby (car) to these guys for any collision repair and they'll first make you feel like you are in good hands, then when they've completed the job, send you also away knowing what SERVICE really is. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They are actively engaging in illegal bait-and-switch pricing and outright lying to customers about known, serious mechanical defects. In early September, I looked into a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland (VIN: 1C4RJFCT4HC648514). It was briefly sold to a customer named Jamie (who left a review about it on 9/11/26) but immediately came back to the lot. A salesman contacted me to say it was available again. When I asked why it was returned, Devin explicitly told me the "previous buyer's financing fell through." This was a complete lie. The vehicle was actually returned and refunded because a severe exhaust system leak threw a check engine light. Instead of fixing it, the dealership put it right back out for sale "as-is" without touching the exhaust (the vehicle history report shows no repairs were done). They are clearly just clearing the trouble codes, masking the issue, and trying to trick the next buyer into taking on a broken car. On top of the mechanical deception, they are running a illegal pricing scam. They have the vehicle advertised online for $16,000, but when I tried to buy it, they refused to honor it and claimed the absolute "best deal" they could do was $17,500. I have filed formal complaints with the Virginia Motor Vehicle Dealer Board (MVDB), the State Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, and the BBB. Save yourself a massive financial headache and stay far away from this place. They are crooks. Buyer beware! On a lighter note, I'd like to thank Jamie for leaving the review a few days ago. My husband wanted a used car that we could only find at Moore Cadillac. We went to the dealership to inspect and test drive the car. We were not ready to discuss a price, but the sales manager kept insisting that we give him a number. Since we refused, he implied that we could not afford this vehicle and that we did not have good credit scores, so we left. After searching further, we could not find a similar car at a different dealership, so we decided to purchase it from Moore Cadillac. We negotiated with the dealership and settled on a price, down payment, interest rate, etc. We also completed the loan application before going to pick up the car. Unfortunately, our disappointing experience continued when we returned to pick up the car. We were at the dealership for three hours. There was no one ahead of us in the finance department, but we spent most of that time waiting for the finance person. When we finally saw him, he tried to give us a higher interest rate than we had already agreed on, and convince us that it was a good deal. Eventually he decided to give us the rate we had already agreed on. He also kept forgetting to subtract the cost of tags since we were transferring them from our existing vehicle. The entire experience was horrible. I am not sure how anyone could be happy with the customer service that we received. If this car had been available at another dealership, we would've walked away and never spent our money at this establishment. We will not be back to purchase ANYTHING from this dealership again. read more

I would like to start off by saying this dealership came highly recommended and rightly so ! I bought my 2017 Cadillac CTS last year for my 50th birthday and I got into a very minor fender bender in my baby . I didn't want to take it to just any willy nilly shop so I did my research , being in the car business myself , and decided to take my car to the best . I also had a service issue that needed addressing and seen as it was there at Moore CADILLAC , I decided to kill two birds with one stone and just have my baby go straight from the body shop right into service . One stop and shop :) . The transition went smoothly into service and I picked my car up the next day . The entire process went great and the work performed was to my satisfaction . Bought a premium CTS new in 09. Have had a couple of minor issues but nothing noteworthy. The good news about Moore is that every time I contact my service adviser David Korleitz, I am treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Recently my daytime running light had burned out. The problem was intermittent but David was able to catch it while it was out. Even though, moments later the light was back on, he worked with the mechanic to ensure that a new light was installed. The whole job was done in less than a half hour. He always gets me in right away, has the loaner rental car all ready to go and has always ensured that my car was fixed properly and quickly. I always feel like I am the only one in the service lane. It is a credit to Davids professional demeanor. I have bought other cars from Moore in the past and always find them to provide a truly premier level of service commensurate with the Cadillac name. Nothing but good things to say about their commitment to excellence and customer care. I purchased my 2014 SRX in a record time. Actually I went to Moore Cadillac with the intention to compare colors,options and packages that I should include in my new car. I didn't have in mind to buy the car. with such a substantial purchase it would take me several visits and to several dealers until I find the one that I feel is the best deal for me. My visit to Moore Cadillac and with the assistance of Morgan was absolutely great. I made my decision to purchase the car on the spot. Morgan was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I made it clear that I don't want to speak to any manger knowing what goes on when you buy a new car in any dealership. I have been a Moore Cadillac Customer for over 6 years. Recently, I was in the market for a new car, and had wanted to check out the new XTS. I had the best experience I have ever had. My Sales Person, Antonio Starr, knew the car well, and was great through the whole process. It was honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had. His Sales Manager Ken Bell, was also great to work with. Everyone was professional, and i got the deal I wanted. I felt my trade in value was fair, and I got a great price on my car. I also know, being an existing customer, that I will continue to great Service, Melissa, my service advisor is great. My wife owns another GM car, and she takes her car to the Moore Dealership for services as well. I have owned my XTS for about 2 weeks, and I can say it's also a great car. I first noticed the car of my dreams on the Moore Cadillac website. When I arrived at Moore Cadillac, I was greeted by a friendly and wonderful sales person named Eric Wright. Eric Wright was very knowledgeable and did not hassle me. He took his time going through all the history of the car and also volunteered me other cars to look at. Eric Wright made my buying process fast, efficient, and he is a talented salesman. He was not pushy at all. He even let me test drive the car as long as I wanted, that was very helpful for me to make my decision. A check on ownership, service history and mechanical etc condition was made without a request from me. Overall I would highly recommend Moore Cadillac. On the basis of my experience I have been extremely happy with my purchase and the process of securing it. I would rate this experience zero stars if possible. Earlier this week, we reached out to the dealership regarding a 2023 Corvette Z06, a vehicle valued at over $120,000. After discussions with Adrian, we were assured that no deposit was necessary and that the car would be on hold for us until Saturday. However, on the day of our planned visit, I received a text informing me that the vehicle was no longer available. I immediately sought clarification, as we were en route to the dealership. It became apparent that both my phone number and my fiancé's had been blocked by Adrian. When we called the dealership, he avoided our calls. After eventually speaking with a sales manager, we received little assistance and only a vague apology. This level of service is unacceptable. This week we purchased our fifth Caddy and was impressed with the total experience from initial email enquiry, response, to test drive, write up, and sale. My wife and I were particularly impressed with the Sales Consultant Mr. Eric Wright who was very knowledgable about the Caddy we purchased as well as the Caddy we traded in. He was a true gentleman, not a hard driven high pressure guy who made the customer feel welcome and appreciated. After the sale he sat in the car with me to set up the On-Star system, got extra key rings, and gave me a review of the various car features, which are so numerous, you need a review. The entire staff is helpful, friendly, and professional. I had the pleasure to work with Jonathan Wagner and the manager Tony who took care of me throughout the entire car buying process. They updated me constantly on my (new to me) Dodge Ram 1500. I also liked how Jonathan took action when I sent my inquiry for this vehicle by texting me instead of sending me emails. I called the dealership, and was helped immediately by Tony Soleiman, who was able to answer all of my questions about the car, sent me additional pictures of the car, to assure me it was exactly what I wanted and was going to get. We started the process for me to buy the car and have it shipped to Michigan. Tony was great at facilitating the shipping of the car at a very reasonable rate. The car was shipped to my home on time as discussed, and the paperwork followed as expected. My calls, regarding the process, were returned in a timely manner. My regular service contact left the dealership and was assigned a different one -- and I had a very different experience. Besides feeling like I was being rushed while in the service person's office, I was told that besides my oil change/regular service, I needed new rear brakes. When I mentioned I thought I had them done last year (which I did, the front ones) he said he didn't know -- and didn't even bother check the history of my vehicle that I bought and have been bringing there for years. Then, once I decided to have the brake work done -- $700 more than I ever thought I'd pay on that visit -- I sat in that dealership for FOUR hours; he never checked on me once. I decided on a whim to see if there were any openings on a Snow Day - most of the area was shut down in the morning due to heavy snow. I knew I need to get the emissions check performed on my vehicle and since I was off for the day - I took a shot and called. Not only were they there and the young lady I spoke to was very friendly and said they would be able to provide the service around 1:00. They were currently finishing cleaning the lot of the snow from the previous night and were moving the vehicles back out of the garage to open up the service lane. I am very pleased with the service I received at Moore Cadillac of Chantilly. I had service done (rear bumper repair) to my 2013 Nissan Sentra due to a finder binder. Katie Morris with Moore Cadillac was very professional and kept me in the loop on my car, and even talked to my very concerned mother over the phone about the repairs being done to my car.
