    Recently bought a 2021 Jeep Gladiator from them. I couldn't be happier with the whole process. It was honestly one of the best buying experience my wife and I have ever had. There was no back and forth, they told us their best offer and we told them what we wanted. It worked out for everyone. Our rep Harry was knowledgeable, laidback and very easy to deal with. We are so impressed that any Jeep or truck we buy, will always be here from now on. I can't recommend this place enough, stellar team at DTO Customs!!

    I'm in the market for a truck - I am probably going to buy a new Ford F-150, but I drive by Dealers Trade Outlet all the time and notice all of the nice looking trucks and jeeps with aftermarket lift kits and large tires. So I thought I'd at the very least stop in, look at their offerings, and ask a few questions. First of all, the trucks here are all used. But they are in excellent condition. They had two Ford F-150's which I looked over, and they had a lot of Chevy and Toyota trucks, and a ton of really nice looking Jeeps! I met the owner - I believe his name is Bill. I asked him a lot of questions - and found out a couple of informational nuggets that I was not aware of - information that I will put to good use with some aftermarket mods for the new truck I am going to buy. If you are looking for a used 4WD Truck or Jeep, you should definitely check these guys out! The lift kits and larger tires are already installed - so you won't have to worry about having to add these modifications after buying your 4x4!

    DTO is an awesome dealer and the staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I bought my 2017 Jeep from DTO and Matt and his crew are an excellent group of people to work with. The customer service is unsurpassed to anywhere I have ever been and they are on top of things if any issues arise. I would definitely buy from DTO again as well as recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a lifted Jeep or truck.

They use classic bait-and-switch tactics to avoid taxes and overcharge customers. Initially, they quoted me a ridiculous $930 for labor on my Lexus ES350, then offered to "lower" it to $790 only if I paid in CASH. This is clearly a tactic to avoid taxes while still charging premium rates. I provided all my own parts (spark plugs and two catalytic converters). Even though they only installed ONE of the two converters, they still forced me to pay the full "cash price" we had discussed for the entire job. When I asked about the second converter--which is a simple 30-minute job in the front of the engine--the mechanic tried to extort another $350 from me! To make it worse, the mechanic lied to my face about the technical difficulty of the job to justify his price hiking, claiming the rear catalyst is easier to access than the front one (a blatant lie to anyone who knows Lexus engines). These people are not honest mechanics; they are predators looking for cash-heavy transactions. The shop is empty for a reason. Check the other reviews--I'm not the only one they've tried to scam. Do yourself a favor and go to a professional shop that accepts cards and provides honest estimates.

Garage door closed (it was winter) but clearly marked for inspections. Realized later that there was a big vehicle parked in front of the entrance with the name of the company. That door is to the right of the garage door. Interesting waiting room. Lots of antiques to look at. Creepy dolls, age old magazines, Christmas decorations, and piles of 8-tracks! The wait was very entertaining!! Great music while you wait too!!! Everyone super friendly. Inspection was $20. I'll be back in a year :)

When I bought the car it was making some noise over bumps and the headlight went out on a test drive. They told me they would fix the noise and the light. The next day the transmission went bad so I went back so they can fix everything. They had my car for week and told me they fixed everything. When I went pickup my car, they said they could not find anything wrong the transmission. When I drove out the dealer lot the transmission started to act up again and the light was not fixed and the noise over bumps was still there. So, I went somewhere else to get everything fix. I will never buy a car from here every again and don't recommend this dealer to anyone.

I went in to test drive a few cars, i was in the beginning of my search process. So i test drove a car which was very nice and smooth. I liked the car. Once we stepped out of the car, the sales person said, "so are you ready to do the paperwork?" I laughed because i certainly stated that we were just test driving a few cars, wanted to get a feel for it, not buy it then and there. After further discussion we talked about the price, and the guy tried to sell it to me for 17k, when in fact it was listed on Cars.com at $15, 500. I was like that doesn't add up, you can't have 2 prices posted. Then he proceeded to say that it was actually listed by someone else on there for that price, and he did not know that it was listed at that. "he doesn't know what they put up there." BS, you must give them permission to post those numbers. After going back and forth, i purchased the car, but it left a bitter taste in my mouth. I did have the car looked at by an independent car shop, and would recommend to anyone who is considering purchasing from here to do so. Very disappointed in the process.

    I had such a great experience here - I originally went in for a brake inspection after another…read moreshop told me I needed work done, and Kevin took the time to thoroughly check everything for me. Not only did he explain things clearly, but he was also honest and reassuring -- he let me know my brakes were actually in good condition and didn't need any work at this time. That kind of transparency is rare and very appreciated. What really stood out to me was his integrity. He didn't try to upsell me or push unnecessary repairs, saying "sometimes you just gotta help people out." That genuinely meant a lot. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, and this experience gave me a lot of confidence in coming back here for future maintenance. You won't feel taken advantage of here, and you won't have to worry about spending on unnecessary repairs. I trust Kevin, John and the guys to take care of my vehicles and you should too. I went back to Kevin recently after another shop told me I needed a new engine. After some thorough diagnostics they told me that wasn't the case. I've never had issues of them trying to overcharge for services or provide something that wasn't needed, unlike my experiences at other Toyota and non-Toyota dealerships. I live in Fairfax now so the Fairfax Toyota is closer, but after a recent negative experience there I decided it was worth it to make the drive to Warrenton. Warrenton did the same work for $240 cheaper, and confirmed I didn't need an extra brake flush that Fairfax wanted to charge $160 for. The waiting room is clean and quiet, and they have wifi. The service has always been prompt, although I book ahead of time online and note what I need.

    Prepare to be overcharged…read more Warrenton Toyota had a used, rare‑trim vehicle I had been searching for, and unfortunately that's where things went wrong. They did provide a Carfax report, which showed the vehicle was a corporate fleet car -- not the "owner's personal vehicle" as stated. That alone was concerning. The test drive was limited to a slow neighborhood loop until I insisted on evaluating the suspension, acceleration, and braking. Only then did the salesperson reluctantly allow a proper drive. Once inside, they accepted my offer quickly, but padded the "dealer service fee" (documentation fee) to an excessive $795 -- far above the typical $250-$350 quoted elsewhere. This fee is set by the dealer, not Virginia, and I should have walked out. Financing was worse. They only ran my application through Toyota Motor Credit, returning an 8.63% rate despite excellent credit. They did not shop for better rates. When I questioned the sudden increase to 8.77%, the finance manager dismissed my concern, claiming the difference "only amounts to $70 over the life of the loan." It was not what we agreed to, and only after pushing back did he revert it -- then announced he would not change anything else on the paperwork. It left me wondering what else was buried in the contract. I was also told I could either return to the dealership for my plates or pay $60-$80 to have them mailed. After being charged nearly $800 in dealer fees, this felt unreasonable. The most concerning part came afterward: the dealership never collected the rather large 2/3 cash down portion of the purchase intended to be paid from savings via check. When I called the dealership when realized, a manager admitted they should have collected it and instructed me to drive back -- a 2.5‑hour round trip. Only after mentioning inclement weather did she offer certified mail. My bank advised wiring the funds instead for security, but even that is risky if as they could just claim they did not receive it and it is essentially just like cash. The finance manager ultimately came to my home as the weather got worse so to pick up the deposit check. Even then, he refused to issue a receipt for the payment. He also refused to refund the $250 that the DMV paid the dealership after they incorrectly listed me as an uninsured motorist -- despite the fact that I had produced proof of insurance before driving the vehicle off the lot. This was extremely concerning and felt like yet another predatory practice. The entire experience left a sour aftertaste. Between the inflated fees, questionable financing practices, lack of transparency, refusal to correct errors, and logistical mistakes, I cannot recommend Warrenton Toyota.
