One of the worst service experiences I have ever had. I brought my Cadillac to Moore Cadillac after receiving a service promotion and scheduled an appointment to address an issue with my driver's seat recliner. Before handing over the vehicle, I clearly explained that the seat would move forward but would not move backward and specifically warned them not to move it forward because it would leave me unable to properly adjust the seat. Less than an hour later, I was told they would not do anything without first charging me $200 for a diagnostic. I declined and went to pick up my vehicle. When I got in, I discovered that the seat had been moved forward anyway--the exact thing I warned them not to do. As a result, my vehicle was returned to me in worse condition than when I brought it in. The seat position now makes the car extremely uncomfortable to drive and significantly impacts my ability to use the vehicle. The way the situation was handled afterward was even more disappointing. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told he was too busy with meetings. I requested a callback and never received one. I asked for the employee's name and was refused. I then submitted a formal complaint and still received no response. The issue is no longer just the seat. It's the complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer service. A dealership representing a luxury brand should not return a customer's vehicle in worse condition, ignore complaints, refuse basic information, and then disappear when asked to make things right. Moore Cadillac has lost my trust completely. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering using their service department. read more

Terrible Experience - Stay Away from Moore Cadillac Chantilly I've purchased multiple cars in the past, but this has been by far the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. I came to Moore Cadillac Chantilly after seeing a vehicle online, and when I got there, the price was suddenly $2,500 higher. They claimed it was due to a pricing update that "hadn't reflected online yet." Only after a long and frustrating negotiation did they agree to honor the online price -- and even then, they refused to offer any further discount. Still, I went ahead and purchased the vehicle for my limo business, trusting their promise that I would receive my title number within 7 to 14 days. It's now been over 15 days, and I've received nothing. I've made multiple calls and sent emails with no consistent or helpful response. My salesperson, Iyaan, takes days to reply and always has an excuse like being off work and he has no automatic email.setup that he is away. Another person, Allan, told me a week ago that the documents would be sent in "a day or two" -- and still nothing. Today, I found out from the title department that they haven't even received my documents from finance. And of course, the finance department isn't answering, and the manager is conveniently "unavailable." Their communication is a disaster, their customer service is nonexistent, and once they sell you a car, they completely stop caring. Because of their negligence, I am losing $400-$500 per day as I can't operate the car in my business. Do NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership. No explanation for what caused problem, no experience in the Cadillac brand, short staffed, no car wash, waited for an hour for an uber ride back, then waited 20 mins to pick up car. When you by a car of this caliber, you expect the service to match. Not so with Moore Cadillac. My car had a check engine light and would not engage the gears. Upon contacting AAA to tow the car, they checked the battery in my trunk and the issue resolved itself; I belive the car reset itself. I decided to drive my car to Moore to have them do a diagnostic to see if there was an underlying issue. Dropped it off and never heard from them for 2 days at which point I called. Service tech said he'd check and call me back, I never heard from them, 4 days later I still have no idea as to what is going on with my car. Moore has had my car now for 6 days. I've always had slow service dropping off and picking my car and while annoying this is some of the worst customer service. At this point, I just want my car back so that I can sell it. As Moore is the only Cadillac near me for 30 miles, this will be my last Cadillac. read more

Good morning everyone I bought my Cadillac in Jan. and i found out that they sent my title to the wrong credit union. After numerous call to tag and title plus the general manager i was assured that they would fix it. I find out in mid feb that they still did not fix it and after numerous calls again i was assured that it would definetly be taken care of. Mid march comes around and still nothing. It is now the end of april and still have done nothing at all to fix this. The credit union that actually should have the title has now penalized me because of this and made my payment go up $150. I bought my Escalade in for a routine oil change, tire rotation and recall resolution. Pop The service advisor, Dom, never called to say my truck was ready. My appointment was at 8:15 on a Friday morning. They gave me a loaner Friday afternoon because the truck wouldn't be ready in time for me to make another appointment on the other side of town. Saturday morning, I called to check on my truck, I got his voicemail so I decided to just bring the loaner car back and take my truck. I can't afford to keep taking days off from work because they can't get their crap together. Stay far away! I live in Northern Virginia. My wife and I had been doing our research for months and Saturday was the day we decided to go out and possibly make a purchase. Moore Cadillac in Chantilly is the closest dealership to us, and we had decided on a Platinum Escalade Sport. Moore showed they had some in stock. Upon entering the dealership, we were greeted, or I should say I was greeted. The salesman, of middle eastern decent, wouldn't even acknowledge my wife. My wife and I were both asking questions and he wouldn't even acknowledge her questions. He was very rude and pushy. After 20 minutes of putting up with his rudeness we walked out. We ended up driving farther into the city to Linday Cadillac where we drove off the lot with a new Escalade. I purposely dressed down to go to the dealership and I don't think he thought I could afford an Escalade. Stroked a check for $150k at Linsay. I guess it was a bad call on his part. The car is under manufactur warrenty. The car now does not pass Virginia state inspection. Go to Jim Coleman Cadillac. My sales representative at Moore Cadillac, Essie, is fantastic. But after the sales process it is all down hill. The Service Department is basically non-existing. Simply put, service sucks. Unfortunately the management doesn't seem to care and just makes excuses. Today, I waited over 13 minutes for service to pick up to schedule an appointment. Not with it. Called Jim Coleman Cadillac and in less than a minute schedule the appointment. I reached out to Mr. Moore to let him know- hopefully he will respond. BLUF: Do NOT patronize the service department at this dealership unless you have a lot of time and a LOT of money to waste. Short story long: As a professional driver (rideshare not F1), I understand the impact and importance of bad reviews and therefore do not give a bad review unless I truly believe that I have been done dirty, and that unfortunately is the case with Moore Cadillac, more specifically their (dis)service department. Even More Detail (in no particular order): Problem 1 - Wheel bearing repair: About a year after I bought my CTS, I started hearing a grinding noise coming from the rear passenger wheel. I spent the next 3 YEARS and several thousand dollars enduring this noise as no one of several mechanics I took it to including Moore Cadillac could resolve the issue (but still charged me for their effort). It wasn't until I noticed that the problem diminished when I was turning and that reminded me of a similar problem that I had in my first car (86 GTI) that I was able to advise my advisor of this and finally resolve the issue (for a fee of course). Problem 2 - Grille repair I hit a deer a couple years ago and took my car to Moore to get an estimate for repair. I figured it wouldn't be much because (I was naive and) it only damaged the grille and not the bumper or hood. I was told the grille was on "indefinite back order" and they still wanted to charge me over $3k because they said it would take 12 HOURS of labor to replace the grill EVEN IF I PROVIDED THE REPLACEMENT GRILLE! Needless to say, I did not have them replace the grille. Problem 3: Over the 5 years that I have owned my CTS, I have had to replace 10 "run flat" tires and fix or replace at least 3 rims at a cost of over $6k. I have never had a fixable "run flat" tire and have experienced several blowouts which have put my life at risk. I have never had to replace a tire due to wear. I only recently discovered that there is a spare kit available since the CTS does not come with a spare. In the most recent episode, I was told that my tire needed to be replaced even though it had less than 1k miles on it because of yet another gash in the sidewall. I do not take my CTS rock crawling so I am forced to believe that this is a defect in the "run flat" tire or a defect in my trusty mechanics at Moore Cadillac. Either way, unsafe and unsatisfactory. Problem 4: The next-to-last time I had my CTS serviced at Moore Cadillac, I had to have it towed because the tire had once again blown out. I received a call from someone at Moore Cadillac the next morning informing me that they were going to charge me a $200 diagnostic fee that would be separate from any charges incurred in the repair I mean replacement of the tire and they would not proceed with said replacement unless and until I agreed to pay. After I agreed because I did not want to face the hassle of having it towed somewhere else, I later received another call telling me that besides the irreparable tire, they also noticed "significant damage" to the grille. As I mentioned in Problem 1, the grille had been damaged for years and there was an indefinite back order on the replacement. What they failed to mention or address was that the tire pressure monitors were not operational in all 4 tires which not only was the cause of the current blowout but also the cause of my final visit. Problem 5: The Last Straw The last time I took my CTS to Moore Cadillac, it started running roughly and was due for an oil change anyway, so they once again advised me that they would be charging a non-refundable diagnostic fee even if I only wanted an oil change. I once again agreed to the charge out of convenience and made the mistake of requesting an appraisal. So when they told me they "diagnosed" $5K+ in repairs, I said I would have to sell it because I did not have that much to spend (especially after I had just spent $2K on tires in the past month). But when they made me an offer, they subtracted the cost of the repairs from the value of the car even though I told them not to make any repairs and then they charged me the diagnostic fee and the oil change BEFORE they wrote me the $1K check for my $6K car. So my trusty service advisor sat there and watched me scramble to come up with the $300 when it had already been subtracted from the appraisal. I can think of several other issues in my experience with the service department at Moore Cadillac, but I feel like I have already justified my one star review and don't wish to waste any more time explaining myself. When your family knows you drive past their dealership on your way to work, you are the designated dropper off person and picker upper for their vehicle. My mom's console went completely blank in her Caddy. She was able to contact Don and arrange for me to take it in for them to look at. Once I arrived and Don began his check in process, he asked me to show him what she was talking about because he could not see it. I got in and turned the car on and showed him. My reaction was priceless when he said "oh, you just have to hit this button." Priceless, I tell ya! I learned she must of hit the button that triggered the screen to go blank. Once that was said and done, Don removed the plastic from the seat and sent me on my way. I appreciated that he was honest enough to just hit the button. Now that's hard to come by. Not even worth the 1 star.... BEWARE and DONT let this happen to you by making the mistake of buying a General Motors Vehicle. PLEASE READ and SHARE to expose them. I would never again recommend Moore Cadillac Chantilly or General Motors because they are unprofessional, unorganized, incompetent, discriminative, and just have ridiculously bad customer service. Being a premium brand vehicle, you expect more, especially with how much you are paying for a vehicle. Our experience with them has been beyond horrific. Moore Cadillac and General Motors are deceitful, stating Safety is their Number 1 Priority but it's not. They couldn't fix our car, but kept it for months. They made us take back our unfixed car even though it has a safety issue, and we aren't able to drive. They were rude and discriminatory towards women, thinking they don't know anything about cars. They refused to speak to me and only would call my husband. Also, the General Manager repeatedly said, its not our fault you don't communicate in your marriage. How unprofessional is that? We bought a 2021 Escalade on October 31, 2023, at 29,600 miles and an extended Warranty, including everything, for $9,300.00. An "Air Suspension Error" light on the dash came on in December of 2023. The short version of this insane experience: we have been taking this car to Moore Cadillac in Chantilly, VA, since December 2023. Each time, they had the car for 1-2 weeks, except this last time, when they had it for a month. They were supposed to have a specialist but didn't because corporate didn't approve it. However, they told us the car was fixed each time. Mind that this vehicle is still under Factory Warranty, and the extended warranty doesn't start until 50k miles. At this point, we got Corporate General Motors involved, but they are just a mediator and have no control over the independent dealerships. Cadillac kept my car for almost a month before the General Manager, David Saenz, told us he would have a technician (who we don't know anything about) drive our car every day from his house to work and back for however long it took. That's insane to pay for a car only to have someone else joyride it. We needed the car fixed. I said I needed a document to guarantee not just Moore Cadillac's Insurance would cover the vehicle, but also they would cover the depreciation value if anything happened to my car. With the light on, I can not sell or trade the car. He said fine, send me a document, and I'll sign it while corporate GM is on the phone. So, I said no one is allowed to take my vehicle until we sign the document, which is not unreasonable. He said, we don't have to service your vehicle, pick it up, and return the rental or you'll be charged, then hung up. Corporate GM was on the phone and did nothing. At the same time, Corporate GM was working on a buyback, but they said no after 2 months because they didn't see any reason for it. I have been on the phone with them for hours for the last 3 months, and I still have no resolution, and a car I am making monthly payments on fully warrantied. Finally called a local shop and not did they give us a quote while we were on the phone, they were professional, clean and polite and had the car back to us the same day for under $500. I have been a long time customer with Moore Cadillac Chantilly, Virginia. I rate when they're good and I rate when they're not so good. I've always given them five stars, but I cannot this time they rate only 3 stars. This time the car was not washed as was on the paperwork. I received a call saying that my driver side window switch was not working, but it was working fine when I took it into the dealership. That was an additional $800 added to my bill. They did work it out that I pay half and Moore pay half but I'm not even sure if anything was wrong with the switch they did the diagnostic when I first went in. They didn't find anything wrong with the switch. I felt the had no choice. It was raining and snowing. I wouldn't want to ride around with my window down and can't get it back up. I felt I was being held hostage. I left there almost $7000 poorer. I have shown my loyalty to Moore Cadillac since 2006 when I purchased the vehicle. I wish they show me the same loyalty. BUYER BEWARE. .. I Custom ordered a new Escalade V 7 months ago from Moore Cadillac, and the dealership and I agreed to a price of MSRP. After doing my due diligence locally I seeked out this dealership as they were the only ones advertising that they would not be charging a premium on top of MSRP. I am from New Jersey. They are located in Virginia. I was asked for a $5000 deposit. I did so, when it was time to take delivery of the vehicle 7 months later I was told by the dealership and finance manager that I would not have a choice to finance the vehicle nor was I allowed to pay cash for the vehicle. Instead, I was only FORCEFULLY told to lease the vehicle with a markup of 100 points onto their money factor added to the MSRP at the end of the day. For context this equated to a premium of about $500-600 more per month on the lease. If I I decided to purchase the vehicle at the end of the lease after all taxes and fees I would of over paid by $50,000 to own this vehicle the way the dealership forces me to purchase. (Lease to buy) Both the finance manager and sales director (Mike Dwyer) told me its a standard practice they do to all customers that lease a vehicle from them, they maximize profits and raise the money factor on every deal. The customer doesn't even know what's going on. The customer wouldn't see it on the contract. Its hidden on a back screen only the dealership can see. No matter if its a $40,000 vehicle or $150,000 vehicle. ALL CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF THESE GAMES. The finance manager stated this was a standard practice of the dealership, and that if I could afford this truck then I could afford to pay the markup. The finance manager spoke to me in a most condescending tone and told me "this is what you are going to do, take it or leave it." I was incredibly upset and asked for a few days to process this as this was in no way shape or form what was discussed when I left the deposit back in July 2022. In the interim of processing this egregious and shady sales tactic I had a death in my family, which I mentioned when the Sales Director (Mike Dwyer) called me to try and strong arm me into either filling out a credit application or they will take the vehicle away from me. His cold and callous response was "We will release the vehicle to another client and part as friends if you don't complete the paperwork." The crookedness and heartless business practices of this dealership left me with no choice but to not accept their deceitful business practices. They never intended to sell me this vehicle at MSRP as agreed, instead they thought I was a desperate fool willing to go along with their strong arm business practices to take a vehicle with an insane markup. I had to fight to receive my deposit back from the sales director who dodged my calls, text messages and emails. I did end up receiving it finally but I can not believe this is the way this dealership chooses to do business. After speaking with the general manager ( David Sanez) he even told me I could of purchased locally for $20,000 over msrp and saved 5 months of waiting with getting a lower interest rate, and that deal would of made more sense then the deal I would be getting from them. He also stated that the owner of the dealership was the person who set the structure and no one will over turn or alter the structure for this specific vehicle. Who does that. The original sales women( Jean Benedict) sounded very sweat as well while placing the order but quickly changed and couldn't handle running numbers clearly, and quickly started to avoid all my calls/ emails. This is a exclusive vehicle Cadillac is not mass producing and was a dream of mine to own. This is a collector vehicle for the future. They crushed my dream and wasted a lot of my time. I've been driving Escalades for years and was never treated or lied to this way from any local dealership. Everyone locally was upfront on there markups. My wife and I purchased, and in less than 24 hours, returned a 2017 Toyota Camry from Moore Cadillac because of one individual's poor customer service. The context - found car online, set appointment, went to dealership, examined/test-drove car, liked car (despite some interior cosmetic issues and lack of floor mats), and decided to buy car. We worked with Matt Jackson for most of the process. He was polite, courteous, and attentive to our needs and questions. He kept in good communication, and when negotiation our offer, listened to our request even if there wasn't much more he could do. We requested a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) to be performed on the car. Mike Dwyer, lead Sales Manager, implied it wasn't necessary given the "care Moore takes in their cars" and being a "reputable dealership". We insisted on the PII. I returned the following day (without my wife) for the PPI to be performed at a nearby Toyota dealership. The PPI revealed the back 2 tires were in bad condition and needed replaced, including one tire having a nail! We presented the PII info to Darren (used car Sales Manager), and it was received with deaf ears. Darren claimed their sales price was fair compared to other listings, that they previously discounted the car (because they wanted to move it off their lot - not to help our sale), and that they had had discounted us $280 (prior to PPI), an amount that was less than we requested given the interior condition of the car. All that aside - who would sell someone a car knowing there's a potential safety issue (nail in tire)? They refused to consider our request to either discount the car given the necessary repairs needed, or fix it themselves. Stuck having to decided if it was worth it, we proceeded with the purchase while being clear we were disappointed with their stance. In the process of completing paperwork, my wife wanted to speak with Mike Dwyer on the phone to reaffirm our concerns and consider if anything more could be done. She proceeded to share her concerns in a calm demeanor and all of a sudden Mike SHOUTS at my wife on the phone! He claims he's being attacked because we said we would comment on our poor experience (AS WE'RE NOW DOING), like that somehow gave him the right to SHOUT at us, like we're not the CUSTOMER who THEY should be going out of THEIR way to accommodate. They didn't even offer to plug the hole where the nail was until we insisted they do something to help ensure our safety. If only that was the end. I finalized the sale, left with the car, and after a night to think on it, my wife and I decided we could not in good faith keep this car. How would that experience give us faith if something quickly went wrong with car and we needed their help? My wife and I arrived the next day to return it, and once we walked in, saw Darren behind the sales desk. Darren had no issue with us returning the car. Shortly thereafter we saw Mike at the desk and told him we were returning the car. When he asked why, we told him plainly - it was because of how he treated us. He got defensive and AGAIN began to SHOUT, threatening to call the cop on us, telling us to come back in 2 days to do our return, and did everything he could to remove us (without us returning the car). But THEN he took it a step further - he came from behind the sales desk toward my wife, at which point I stepped in front of him to shield her, as he pulled out his phone to record us. We did the same, as though he had grounds to prevent us from fulfilling our right to return the car! Thankfully, Matt Jackson was finishing up with another customer and assisted us with getting our tags off the Camry and getting us to finance to return our deposit. Truthfully, while the processing for returning the car was easy, the experience was WORST then the day prior. Long story short - BUYER BEWARE!!! WE FOUND ISSUES, AND THEY DIDN'T LISTEN! WHAT'S GONNA HAPPEN TO YOU? I wish Matt Jackson and Lilly from financing the best - they were the silver linings in the whole process. Otherwise, there's no words for how we were treated. I find myself writing this review because I was attempting to determine whether I should use Moore again for routine repairs or try Lindsay Cadillac or simply go rogue by returning to a reputable private repair shop. My car is a 2014 CTS Premium AWD Coupe. She's sexier to look at than I will ever be and her FlexFuel engine warms my heart and wallet. The car is a turbocharged 6 cylinder thus reasonable performance and a low gas bill are awesome. But I notice that every time I need anything b with Moore it's at least $1000, their is Service Advisor turnover such that no one knows your service history and whatever I get serviced seems to lead to something else needing repair. My car is gently used. I'm the second owner and it's barely 50k miles. I replaced the plastic front grille and it's been a reliable car. So, I'm of the mindset to go rogue and return to my repair shop in Reston that specializes in GM cars. When one is purchasing a vehicle with over 100k MSRP you expect a premium sales experience to go along with the premium vehicle you are getting. Well, Moore did not provide that. They have a nice building and a welcoming appearance, but is is a distraction. I contacted the dealership and notified them of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I mentioned I was interested in that one due to the end of the year incentives and where my price point was. On my way to the dealership the salesman called me to let me know his "Porter" was taking my vehicle around back to have it detailed since it had been sitting and was a little dusty. Less than 10 minutes alter my girlfriend calls me from the dealership and tells me we have to buy the most expensive one because they have sold the one we were there to buy. (10 minutes is pretty fast). So when I get there they show us the car they want to sell us. Not the one we were there t buy. and quote a silly price. It is listed for $90k and some change on THEIR WEB SITE! Then after 40 minutes of the manager "Working up some numbers" They low ball us by at least 4k on the trade-in and quote is the list price telling us we got all the end of year incentives (Without listing the incentives of course). When I pointed out the very obvious bait and switch they made a few lame excuses a 20 year old buying their first car could see right through. I quietly placed my hand on my girlfriends shoulder and told her I think our business there is completed. At this point, I would not buy a used lawn mower from Moore Cadillac. We are going home for Thanksgiving. I am pretty sure my home town dealership will treat me better than that. If you are looking for a Cadillac, my advice is to look elsewhere. These guys are sleazy under the slick exterior. It would be like buying a very expensive car from a used car dealership outside the back gate of a military base. read more

Avoid this dealership at all cost. Not only is the customer service horrible, I took my Escalade there for service as it was making a noise. They wanted to charge me $10,000. I decided to pick up and think about repairs or trade in but when I went to pick it up all the lights were on, car was shaking and barely driveable. Since I did not bring it in that way, as noted in paperwork, there explanation was " Must have gotten worse while it was here, you can pay to fix". I could not believe it! Everyone I spoke to thinks they purposely messed it up so I would pay. It's unfortunate as I was going to trade in for a new car there but instead I will never do business with them and hopefully this prevents others from doing so. read more

So after someone rear-ended me into the CFO of Five Guys, I came here to the Geico insurance repair shop in the back building. The appointment itself was set up by the insurance companies. Staff in the front building were of varying helpfulness on the phone and in person; there's one Enterprise rep dedicated to the Geico shop, and a separate one for the manufacturer's auto shop attached to the main showroom. I was handed off multiple times in both mediums because of a lack of clear information by all parties. Shop guy was gruff but effective, going over all the inspection points with me beforehand (and repairs at both ends were done fine, though I had to get the loosened gas pedal inspected after pickup). I specifically requested a compact rental and they were happy to fulfill my request with a Chevy Cobalt. Geico rep was thorough about paperwork and walked me through the rental the way U-Haul strolls their vans, but later on the floor liner was left forgotten in my car. I wouldn't have been happy with the level of security where my car was kept for pickup had it been anywhere else but the industrial isolation nested in the NoVA 'burbs. read more

Their Flatbed Tow-Truck almost hit me when he merged in with no room, flipping a board that was in the road hitting my driver side door. Then immediately locking up the breaks making me driving off the road with my family in the car to try and avoid him. I definitely feel that all this was done intentionally by an Evil employee. If I hit him, it would have been catastrophic for my family. Driving like that in a hard rain is dangerous and potentially deadly. I've left messages for the service manager and general manager and have received no response which I'm not surprised about if this is the type of proffesionalism they train. I can not speak highly enough for the two people we worked with at Moore Cadillac. Kevin, and Woodson in F&I were both extremely pleasant, not pushy, and willing to work with us on our needs. We actually drove down to VA, from upper MD just to look at some cars an an Audi dealership a few miles away. When we test drove an SQ5 there we decided to look for comps in the area and found a beautiful white one that Moore had taken on trade back in December. I called Moore Cadillac on our way there with about 20 minutes of notice and asked if we could test drive the car. Kevin made it happen even though he had another client coming in shortly. He set us up, let us test drive it while he finished with his other person, and then we all got started on our deal. They offered us a fair value on trade, had lots of options for warranties and added value and have a great 5/30 program. Our F&I person was Woodson and he was again extremely pleasant, talked us though options, and was not aggressive or pushy even when we declines several options they offered. (All of which still had very good value I might add) He had us in and out of F&I within an hour it was great! Although we live in MD, and we're 2 hours away from this location we will 100% be recommending this location to our family, friends in the southern MD/VA area. New/Used Cadillac, or even a Used Car of another brand, Moore Cadillac of Chantilly made our buying experience easy, comfortable, and something we could feel confident in as we drove home to MD. 5/5 Stars to Kevin, Woodson, and the Facility. read more

This time I went in for a regular service and a recall. Called in to make appt. recommended I do a tire rotation with my oil change and filter. But when I got there I was told not to yet. Don Kelly was the service advisor assigned to me. He was really nice. He told me it would take around 2-3 hours from what I remember. He even called the shuttle for my pick up later on. 2nd time I got my car washed there. It's complimentary so I guess I shouldn't complain but they do a pretty horrible job for a higher end car dealership. I had huge hand prints on my door. read more

We had sold our vehicle that we had purchased at Moore Cadillac in Chantill, VA and have tried UNSUCCESSFULLY to return the warranty we purchased. First we called the warranty service and they said we absolutely could get a refund on the remaining value of the warranty, we simply needed to contact the dealership. We have made DOZENS of calls, left numerous messages, even had someone in the finance department say yes and that they would email the form for us to fill out- never did and now they won't answer their phone. Its no secret the dealership makes money off of the purchase of extended warranties, but they have lied. read more

Make an offer on a car. Salesman just say no. No counter offer. Nothing. Bush league dealer. Plenty of used Caddy's on the market. Go somewhere else than this place. Off Lease Only on Florida has great deals. Carvanna has better buys. read more
